i believe every org needs a leader who can make firm but fair decisions, as the leader of LSPD i want to set clear standards for Professionalism, discipline and Dedication to work, in the city there are many people who tried to lead but failed due to poor connection between org members and lack of strong leadership. By leading LSPD i want to earn the trust of the citizens and want to make sure that the city is under leader ship of a Fair leader who can support the state by taking firm and fair decisions.
2. To mentor and Develop new Talent
I have a strong interest in training and mentoring new recruits. A great leader dosent just give orders or take decisions they help other grow. By sharing my knowledge and experience , i can support the development of officers , helping them reach their full potential and become future leaders them selfs.

- I would love to lead LSPD as per my knowledge in previous Legal organizations in which i had served months ago and still serving for legal organizations as i have enough experience of serving as a Leo i think i am capable for taking a leadership for LSPD and In my time on the server, I’ve taken on several roles that have prepared me for leadership These experiences have taught me the importance of maintaining order, clear communication, and strategic thinking I believe I am the right fit for this role because of my experience, dedication, and understanding of the server’s dynamics. I’m not just applying for the role of leader , I’m applying because I want to give back to the community and help it grow .

3.1 - I will make the organization active by hiring night shifters and provide them extra bonus as per their time and courage for the organization as i see nowdays the Legal organizations are being inactive in night and as well as in day in my term the city will not face these type of problems Because LSPD will be the most active in city .
3.2- In my term there will no favortism , corruption and any kind of issues. everyone will have a right of their work and they will respect each other not like he is Higher command and he deserves more respect everyone will be treated equal and the Toxicity will be prohibited anyone do these things will be issued by verbal and with a strike if it will be repeated offence .
3.3- Building strong relations with other organizations is essential to ensure smooth execution of various operations and having a good roleplay experience. I am committed to maintain good relations with other organizations.
3.4 - I will make a friendly environment in my term and will treat everyone fairly. I will schedule a meeting with all departments and will discuss all their doubts and problem and together we will try to solve the issues to make LSPD the BEST in the city
3.5- I will host a promotion ceremony after every successful weak in the weakends only the one will be promoted are the hardworkers and those who really have a courage to continue with the LSPD and are true with there work , polite and respectful to each and other .
3.6 - i will make sure to complete all the weakly tasks on the time and help other organizations to complete their Spec-ops .
3.7- Develop empathy and emotional, I am trying to Enhance the empathy among the officers for the better understanding and as well for the better roleplay among all the officers, By doing so, you can engage in more realistic and impactful role-playing experiences.

(ii).I am going to come up with new concepts that the employees of the organization would find particularly helpful.
(iii).I Applied And Tried To Get An Term of an organization But Since it was not my time , i was unable to get it .I know my Cons and i have worked on it

I started patrolling and getting knowledge About the Rp i started growing in RP I went SAHP , Did a lot work Gaved F.T.O Interview Failed 5 Times but i didn't See My back i started growing again and again . And i got the ranks i want but some guys started targeting because i was getting rank fast then other i got demoted promoted again and again and thats why i want you to select me as a leader of LSPD ! Because i don't want anyone to stay back i want them to Come Forward and show activity and make the Role Play Better day and day

--> Firstly becoming a leader is a huge honour in the city and after getting the honour the responsibility also will increase according to the post which we are going to get. Till the end of the day we need to save the respect and honour in the city.
So here are my strong 3 reasons :
--> I want to grow as a Good leader.
I know that leader is a quiet challenging and more interesting. Daily new tasks will be their and we need to do. I know I will make some mistakes but that how I will be learning through the mistakes. I want to keep on improving myself and become a strong by taking the responsibility like communication , decision making , solving a problem and need to come out from my comfort zone and need to start struggling.
--> Discipline and Growth of the organisation
I think a good Leader can keep the organisation in a completely good and gives the order to follow the instructions perfectly. First we need to keep the organisation in a good manner and then we can start cleaning the city with good manner and we can stop the crime in the city through discipline. In growth every one start from scratch and even I came from there and I know how important that leader need to believe and need to support us and not letting us out down. Finally I want to turn my rookie into super confident officer.

The leadership is not about to control it is all about the right for justice so we need to treat the everyone in the city equally (weather they are trainees or citizens or Highcommand or any other organisations. And I want to make sure that LSPD is known to be the doing the right thing and not to show any discrimination in the city. The Organisation should respect everyone in the city.

- I would love to lead LSPD as per my knowledge in previous Legal organizations in which i had served months ago and still serving for legal organizations as i have enough experience of serving as a Leo i think i am capable for taking a leadership for LSPD and In my time on the server, I’ve taken on several roles that have prepared me for leadership These experiences have taught me the importance of maintaining order, clear communication, and strategic thinking I believe I am the right fit for this role because of my experience, dedication, and understanding of the server’s dynamics. I’m not just applying for the role of leader , I’m applying because I want to give back to the community and help it grow .
- I want the community have more interest to serve for their city as a Leo and i will also make it true as per I will have 5 Different departments and Citizens can choose any 1 of the department as based of their skills and interest and also can serve for any other department as a second Department .

3.1 - I will make the organization active by hiring night shifters and provide them extra bonus as per their time and courage for the organization as i see nowdays the Legal organizations are being inactive in night and as well as in day in my term the city will not face these type of problems Because LSPD will be the most active in city .
3.2- In my term there will no favortism , corruption and any kind of issues. everyone will have a right of their work and they will respect each other not like he is Higher command and he deserves more respect everyone will be treated equal and the Toxicity will be prohibited anyone do these things will be issued by verbal and with a strike if it will be repeated offence .
3.3- Building strong relations with other organizations is essential to ensure smooth execution of various operations and having a good roleplay experience. I am committed to maintain good relations with other organizations.
3.4 - I will make a friendly environment in my term and will treat everyone fairly. I will schedule a meeting with all departments and will discuss all their doubts and problem and together we will try to solve the issues to make LSPD the BEST in the city
3.5- I will host a promotion ceremony after every successful weak in the weakends only the one will be promoted are the hardworkers and those who really have a courage to continue with the LSPD and are true with there work , polite and respectful to each and other .
3.6 - i will make sure to complete all the weakly tasks on the time and help other organizations to complete their Spec-ops .

3.1 - I will make the organization active by hiring night shifters and provide them extra bonus as per their time and courage for the organization as i see nowdays the Legal organizations are being inactive in night and as well as in day in my term the city will not face these type of problems Because LSPD will be the most active in city .
3.2- In my term there will no favortism , corruption and any kind of issues. everyone will have a right of their work and they will respect each other not like he is Higher command and he deserves more respect everyone will be treated equal and the Toxicity will be prohibited anyone do these things will be issued by verbal and with a strike if it will be repeated offence .
3.3- Building strong relations with other organizations is essential to ensure smooth execution of various operations and having a good roleplay experience. I am committed to maintain good relations with other organizations.
3.4 - I will make a friendly environment in my term and will treat everyone fairly. I will schedule a meeting with all departments and will discuss all their doubts and problem and together we will try to solve the issues to make LSPD the BEST in the city
3.5- I will host a promotion ceremony after every successful weak in the weakends only the one will be promoted are the hardworkers and those who really have a courage to continue with the LSPD and are true with there work , polite and respectful to each and other .
3.6 - i will make sure to complete all the weakly tasks on the time and help other organizations to complete their Spec-ops .
3.7- Develop empathy and emotional, I am trying to Enhance the empathy among the officers for the better understanding and as well for the better roleplay among all the officers, By doing so, you can engage in more realistic and impactful role-playing experiences.
3.8- I will only give the high command rank to experienced Leo's for making RP more realistic their will be no power abuse and any other kind of things that makes RP realistic .
Punishment System:
Verbal Warning 1: For small mistakes.
Verbal Warning 2: For repeated Mistakes
Strike 1 : First serious offense , bad behaviour and toxicity
Strike 2 : Second offense punishment Demotion and re-interview
Strike 3 : Final strike → Immediate removal from LSPD.
