2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1- i want to became the leader of LSPD because in the last few term,s LSPD is not active enough and not full-filling they're duties and only trying to get rid of it as soon as possible, but i will try to make my term as great as i can, by introducing new divisions such as

- HR&T ( Human Resources and training ) They will hire and train all the new cadets and rookies and they will make sure about LOGS,Employment contract,Hosting mass training,s.

- IAID ( Internal Affairs Investigation Division ) They will make sure unit,s professionalism and discipline, and check there activity make sure there LOGS are not messy and there are active , and regularly do bodycam checks , license checks , car trunk checks , Body-search.

- PE ( Parking Enforcement ) They will make sure there are no illegally parked cars in the city, they will basically tow and give fines, and maintain city parking LAWS.

- CTD ( Counter Terrorism Division ) They are the most elite officer,s of our Org,they will be are bomb disposal unit,they will only follow they orders from Chief of the Police or Deputy Chief of the police.

- PR ( Public Relations ) They will host events for civilians,they will make good relations with civilians of Los Santos.

2- from the past few months i been seen LSPD Term,s are not active and i,ll make sure in my term i have active units for each and every events,with at-least 5 to 8 units to every event, i have good past experience about it i have too much friend who will join me in my org and help me with activity,as i also High-command in every org Like SAHP/LSPD/FIB and always Chief of all department i know how to deal with units and how to manage them, and i,ll always make sure to make healthy and good relation with all the state org to maintain batter environment.

3- as i been Deputy Director of FIB in rehan rana term and LT General in Falcon rizuu term specially org like FIB i know the different of commontions happens in between org's and i well know how to solve it and also my NG Experience is very good as NG i have to give candies to all the org's so i always ready for any situation,and the thing i hate most is favouritism i make sure in my term there is no favouritism and every-one get there rank by proper interview process,

3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

1- Improve role-play in situations like arrests, Store robbery, Gun store robbery etc. with more engaging rp in negotiation

2- Introducing new role-plays like quick response to 911 calls training murder investigations and Joint ops with other orgs special forces and better radio comunications in situations like events and car chases

3- Making good relations with other organization and no toxicity in the org or situations

4- introducing new bonus system with better bonus pays and keep good relations with my own org members

5- making open recruitments more often with better training Role-Plays

6- as we all know we need good Team so i myself add Best and knowledgeable chief,s who manage the Honourable departments

7- maintain very good relation with all the org's

8- i,ll make sure all the high-commands in my term are very knowledgeable and well experience

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1 - So i started playing this game a long time ago so i liked to do RP but i want to do different like i want to be leader i have spent whole my time in legal orgs i didn't liked to be a part of gangs and that stuff i wanted to save this city by criminals i see the crime rate going up in city and at that moment there was more gangs active as nowdays LEO's are doing a good job like nowdays crime rate is down because of the Citizen's that like to be a part of LEO and save city and that's what i wanted to do in my starting of Grand RP like being a part of Legal organizations like being in SAHP , FIB , NG and LSPD i liked to be in legal organizations but now as i think i have spent a long time in GRAND RP now i have enough knowledge that i think i can Lead this to a far and a successful journey and under my leadership there will be nothing causes conflicts or any other disturbing stuff .

2.2- Being a Leader is not just about a rank it is about how good you can run the things by your own and help of the true spirts who wanted to be a part of organization so as i spent my whole life as a LEO now i want to lead this part as a Leader because i think you should do something that also helps other citizens like in several Organization we can see stuffs like favortism and that is the thing i hate because of this a normal guy who deserves something good he can't obtain that due to some Corrupt LEO,s and i am not saying that this to anyone i am just giving an example that how smooth the things i can run under my term i believe in myself that if you keep trying 1 day you will reach to that point that was you dream or a target to achieve so just after that motivation i never decided to give up i can give up after not getting selected for any of the applications i have filled but after i think giving up is not a thing the thing is how hard can you do and go to that point you always wanted to be so this brings me to fill the application of Leader of LSPD because i truly believe in my self and i know if i didn't got selected i can try again because leading a organization is not just a experience it is a responsibility and i would love to have that responsibility on me Because if you decided to not give up you will never give up just have a faith in the thing and that's all .

2.3- As i see the organizations like FIB that everyone love to join because they are the most active organization in the city they respond first to the Global calls and any kind of situation in city and i would love to show all how LSPD will be active in my term as they will be the fastest to respond in the city emergency calls and the most active organization in the city i will bring them on their respected top value as the activity of organization will go higher and people will start loving to be a part of it like we will manage to hire good experience peoples and new citizens who wants to serve for the city by hiring a Good HR will help the organization a lot so i will try to find best HR's and the active peoples in my organization like for example if you go to LSPD HQ you will see their is no one on lobby when we press call employee in HQ we will see no one respond specially in night time so i will make changes in that stuff making organization active and also active in night as well so like if peoples wants to get hire they can visit the HQ at anytime when hiring are open they will not see any kind of inactivity by HR's team because in very Organizations you will see lack of HR's but i will fix it in my term and i will only give High command rank to the respective peoples who really deserves it by their knowledge , experience and Hardworking skills that takes the organization to next level .
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1- No corruption ,no favortism , no power abuse and no toxicity will be lolarated

3.2- Good relation with other organizations and as well with citizens clear all the doubt of citizens and if they need any kind of help so we have to help them .

3.3- Organizing a quick meeting with all of the units of LSPD and figure out what are the most important things that we are missing or we are not doing and arranging promotion ceremony's at the weekend and having a good bonus system in my organization

3.4- i will make sure a high command is capable for his rank or not like i said their will be no favortism , corruption or any kind of power abuse . i see some units having a higher rank change their attitude they are not helping their junior units or being toxic with citizens and not complying the rules that will be not tolerated .

3.5 - Hosting a different types of events that makes citizens to earn money and brings them joy !

3.6- Having good Head of departments that can handle their departmental work and as-well being active in city specially choosing a Good and experienced Head of department of IA and HR they plays a huge role in RP that makes them to be in proper manners and having good attitude regarding their work .

3.7 - I will have different departments that every Leo can choose their main department any of them and a second department just if they want . Departments i would love to have in my term will be IA , HR , PR , TEU and SWAT if their will be anymore i'll let you know

(i) Story :

I want to became leader of LSPD, as per my starting Was Also begin from LSPD i am New in The City I am Low Knowledgeable I am Low experienceable But If I'll became leader of LSPD i can prove myself by the work. I am Doing RP From 3 -4 Months I know Leader is a Big Post For People Like me But As Per My Experience I seen alot of things like Favoritsm, Low RP , Low Efforts , No Seriousness, One guy is getting Rank of 28 who Deserve 10 And one is Getting 10 Who deserve A lot more . I know Having Experience and knowledge is also indeed to take a Big Post but I just need a chance to prove myself . That's my vission To Why I Want to become a Leader
If you are thinking Why LSPD Because It was The Main core Organisation of the city , It's easy to Run a Term Here. That's my Story.

(ii) Hardworking :
I always prefer Giving Rank to a Person Who is Serious About the organization . Because I seen Alot of People's Having High ranks Doing Nothing . That's the thing In origination there is like 150 People but in event there is a number of 10 - 15 Max , As Per My thinking Likely 1000 - 1400 People do Roleplay Everyday But Giving Time For Organization There is A Less number As Per If I became the leader of LSPD I'll Give The City A Fair , fast and a Perfect chance
Because if a guy fails . 2.1 - So i started playing this game a long time ago so i liked to do RP but i want to do different like i want to be leader i have spent whole my time in legal orgs i didn't liked to be a part of gangs and that stuff i wanted to save this city by criminals i see the crime rate going up in city and at that moment there was more gangs active as nowdays LEO's are doing a good job like nowdays crime rate is down because of the Citizen's that like to be a part of LEO and save city and that's what i wanted to do in my starting of Grand RP like being a part of Legal organizations like being in SAHP , FIB , NG and LSPD i liked to be in legal organizations but now as i think i have spent a long time in GRAND RP now i have enough knowledge that i think i can Lead this to a far and a successful journey and under my leadership there will be nothing causes conflicts or any other disturbing stuff .

2.2- Being a Leader is not just about a rank it is about how good you can run the things by your own and help of the true spirts who wanted to be a part of organization so as i spent my whole life as a LEO now i want to lead this part as a Leader because i think you should do something that also helps other citizens like in several Organization we can see stuffs like favortism and that is the thing i hate because of this a normal guy who deserves something good he can't obtain that due to some Corrupt LEO,s and i am not saying that this to anyone i am just giving an example that how smooth the things i can run under my term i believe in myself that if you keep trying 1 day you will reach to that point that was you dream or a target to achieve so just after that motivation i never decided to give up i can give up after not getting selected for any of the applications i have filled but after i think giving up is not a thing the thing is how hard can you do and go to that point you always wanted to be so this brings me to fill the application of Leader of LSPD because i truly believe in my self and i know if i didn't got selected i can try again because leading a organization is not just a experience it is a responsibility and i would love to have that responsibility on me Because if you decided to not give up you will never give up just have a faith in the thing and that's all .

2.3- As i see the organizations like FIB that everyone love to join because they are the most active organization in the city they respond first to the Global calls and any kind of situation in city and i would love to show all how LSPD will be active in my term as they will be the fastest to respond in the city emergency calls and the most active organization in the city i will bring them on their respected top value as the activity of organization will go higher and people will start loving to be a part of it like we will manage to hire good experience peoples and new citizens who wants to serve for the city by hiring a Good HR will help the organization a lot so i will try to find best HR's and the active peoples in my organization like for example if you go to LSPD HQ you will see their is no one on lobby when we press call employee in HQ we will see no one respond specially in night time so i will make changes in that stuff making organization active and also active in night as well so like if peoples wants to get hire they can visit the HQ at anytime when hiring are open they will not see any kind of inactivity by HR's team because in very Organizations you will see lack of HR's but i will fix it in my term and i will only give High command rank to the respective peoples who really deserves it by their knowledge , experience and Hardworking skills that takes the organization to next level .

3.1- No corruption ,no favortism , no power abuse and no toxicity will be lolarated

3.2- Good relation with other organizations and as well with citizens clear all the doubt of citizens and if they need any kind of help so we have to help them .

3.3- Organizing a quick meeting with all of the units of LSPD and figure out what are the most important things that we are missing or we are not doing and arranging promotion ceremony's at the weekend and having a good bonus system in my organization

3.4- i will make sure a high command is capable for his rank or not like i said their will be no favortism , corruption or any kind of power abuse . i see some units having a higher rank change their attitude they are not helping their junior units or being toxic with citizens and not complying the rules that will be not tolerated .

3.5 - Hosting a different types of events that makes citizens to earn money and brings them joy !

3.6- Having good Head of departments that can handle their departmental work and as-well being active in city specially choosing a Good and experienced Head of department of IA and HR they plays a huge role in RP that makes them to be in proper manners and having good attitude regarding their work .

1- i want to became the leader of LSPD because in the last few term,s LSPD is not active enough and not full-filling they're duties and only trying to get rid of it as soon as possible, but i will try to make my term as great as i can, by introducing new divisions such as

- HR&T ( Human Resources and training ) They will hire and train all the new cadets and rookies and they will make sure about LOGS,Employment contract,Hosting mass training,s.

- IAID ( Internal Affairs Investigation Division ) They will make sure unit,s professionalism and discipline, and check there activity make sure there LOGS are not messy and there are active , and regularly do bodycam checks , license checks , car trunk checks , Body-search.

- PE ( Parking Enforcement ) They will make sure there are no illegally parked cars in the city, they will basically tow and give fines, and maintain city parking LAWS.

- CTD ( Counter Terrorism Division ) They are the most elite officer,s of our Org,they will be are bomb disposal unit,they will only follow they orders from Chief of the Police or Deputy Chief of the police.

- PR ( Public Relations ) They will host events for civilians,they will make good relations with civilians of Los Santos.

2- from the past few months i been seen LSPD Term,s are not active and i,ll make sure in my term i have active units for each and every events,with at-least 5 to 8 units to every event, i have good past experience about it i have too much friend who will join me in my org and help me with activity,as i also High-command in every org Like SAHP/LSPD/FIB and always Chief of all department i know how to deal with units and how to manage them, and i,ll always make sure to make healthy and good relation with all the state org to maintain batter environment.

5- making open recruitments more often with better training Role-Plays

) I want to be leader of LSPD because I think I have what it takes to make LSPD the best legal org in the city. I have been hc of LSPD for a few terms In the terms I have served I have seen lspd success as well as fail. From this I have learnt what works well and what doesn't.
I’ve been working in LSPD for many terms, and I get to high ranks step by step, meanwhile when I was getting a higher rank, I saw in most of terms how the ranking system is, and I think I’ll be able to make the best ranking system for LSPD

) I Can improve the roleplay in LSPD. In the few terms I have been in I have watched many officers breaking rules such as powergaming, corruption without a bio etc. In my term I will ensure that this does not happen because I will have strict punishment system and I will make everyone aware of the rules of both the city and the org.
All organizations have their own departments, but LSPD is kind of a mix between many organizations, like giving fines, towing cars, patrolling, and arresting...
So, I’m planning to make 5 main departments for LSPD, each one will get quests to due during my period of leading LSPD and they’ll be looking forward making LSPD better.
3) I will have strict communication rules to ensure that communication is loud,clear and everybody isn't talking over each other. In one of the precious terms I was high command in everybody used to talk over and interrupt each other on the radio. This meant that when there was shots fired etc we wasn't able to get to them in time as communication is key.I will always prioritize my officers and their knowledge of the rules. For example, if there is an ongoing NG raid, I will ensure all units respond except for parking enforcement. Should a gang failRP, my first action would be solving this IC and making this a learning experience rather than immediately attempting to get them banned from an admin.

Q3 > Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Every week their will be a promotion ceremony where hard working officers will be promoted. My high command team will report to me which officers deserve promotions. Me and the deputy will also be checking logs,event logs etc to ensure that no hard working people are left un noticed.

2. Their will be a strict punishment system that will be controlled by our internal affairs division. There will be a striking system where if an officer receives 3 strikes in 7 days they will be fired.

3. My high command team will be the best of the best. I will expect a lot from my hc and I don't expect them to receive any strikes or mess up. If any hc isn't fit for the job I will demote them and find another hard working officer fit for the position.

4. I will make sure all of my officers are at event such as subs, hostage situations etc. If I see any officers not attending events they will receive strikes and risk being demoted. I have been in both legal and illegal organisations so I understand how both sides work.

5. I will have 5 divisions:

Detectives – Their main job is to get as much evidence as possible to catch those who try to make the city unsafe, and uncomfortable to live in, and they’ll be conducting their work with F.I.B.
The Detectives divisions job is to collect evidence on gangs and families committing crime. In addition to this, the Detectives division will track down and arrest wanted criminals similar to F.I.B.

S.W.A.T: The SWAT divisions job is to be the first responding team to events and they are in charge of the more tactical side of things such as shooting from the roofs at store robberies etc. They will carry special gear which will help them in gunfight situations.
It’s not going to be easy to choose these units, LSPD expects these units to do a lot for the country, they’ll be taking priority in robberies, and banditries, and they’ll be planning for the whole LSPD about how to deal with the situations.

Internal Affairs: The internal affairs division will be in charge of punishments. They will open an review cases/reports against officers and they will worm together to choose the appropriate punishment. They will check over all logs (ensure that logs are filled correctly), check inactivity of officers etc. The internal affairs division are not authorised to punish those of a higher rank than 'Head of ia' although they will review evidences etc against them. The punishment for ranks above head of ia will be up to me and the deputy.

HR: The HR division is in charge of doing applications, interviews, Hiring, trainings, etc. Their will be 2 phases of training and a
test which to pass the test each Rookie will have to upload 1 pov of fining a person or vehicle, towing a vehicle and a full arrest. Their will also be a quiz on internal rules.
They’ll be the main guide for all employees of LSPD, they will not be any employees, they’ll be the expert employees, if any employee confused with something, they’ll be the first to respond and help them figure out how things work.

Parking enforcement: The parking enforcement division will focus on fining and towing cars that are illegally parked. Parking enforcement will be separate to LSPD (they only fine and tow vehicles) and the requirements of joining will be up to the leader of parking enforcements discretion.
Their responsibility to keep the streets of Los Santos clean out of empty illegally parked cars, and to make this better than expected, they’ll not be doing LSPD main work, and the point of this, to get as many towers cleaning the streets at the same time.

As per my experience I was 27x 2 FIB , 28 x 3 LSPD , 28x 3 SAHP , LT general NG & I was Doc Director in Government too.
Now I want to take a big step to change the city .

(ii) Strong Focus on Teamwork and Discipline:
I believe in maintaining a high standard of professionalism but the departments and a strong team that they can handle each and every Situation !
I want everyone to show up and do something for the Roleplay after becoming a leader and make sure I'll focus on a Fair , Strong , Knowledgeable & Best Team.

(iii) Promotion & Hardwork :

As per in my term I don't want any Favouritism thing, Hirring will be clean , checkup will be done daily as per as I'll give promotion to them only who are active, dedicated & Doing hardwork Towards there Work That's my goal to make a fair , Funny environment in LSPD .

1. My career started with the SAHP, where I climbed each and every rank with my utmost dedication till I was a COS Of IA. Crossing so many struggles and giving efforts then I got into and became the Assistant Director Of HR twice and also in IA department. I was so into leo and made so many friends that helped me in the long run in my success. Afterwards I joined LSPD as Assistant Chief Of Police Of IA and being their using my experience I turn and disciplined many officers and made LSPD the best organisation and also it taught me the value of team work and time. Because in every work punctuality is very important. So being in Legal organizations for a long time and gaining experience in different field and having a great communication skill, I feel confident that I can lead an organization as LSPD.

2. As we all know LSPD is an organization for beginners from where they gain basic experience being a police officer. So it is necessary that we taught them everything step by step that what should be done and what are the duties need to follow being a police officer and I don’t think any other person rather than me knows about that because being in HR and IA and also in others department I have seen and taught many people about their mistakes and made them a good officer so I think I can bring the best HR and IA team to monitor the whole organisation and also the best tactical team to tackle any danger the city faces so that only hardworking officers get ranked without any favoritsm and corruption. Because only one person enough to ruin the reputation of the organisation.

3. Being a leader there are great responsibility remains on a person shoulder not everyone can handle that pressure so being in legal organisation for a long time I think I can handle that immense pressure and also will be able to create a healthy and fun environment for my other colleagues by creating a team work environment and also hosting several events that will not make their day bored and they will feel more motivation to work for the organisation with their utmost dedication.

1. I will make sure everyone receives bonus for their hardwork
2. I will make no favouritsm a policy during my leadership
3. There will be a great tactical team to support the unit during store robbery and other situation so that they can handle any danger
