2.1: I want to become leader of blood gang because I have seen in previous time every gang and state organization have fear of bloods gang and when I spend my time in Gangs my first choice was bloods gang. When I join bloods I did many activities like Highway Robbery, Hostage Situations and etc. After doing activities bloods leader decide to give me high command post. a) As i gained much experienced in illegal org as Leader , Deputy and high Command so i think now im illegible to become an Leader. i make the strong connection in city which help me to make the gang most active in the city. I almost tried all illegal org. Bloods always had the most criminalist and terrorist gang of the city.

b) The gang doesnt work only with the leader it works with the proper team work most of gang become unsuccessful because of they dont listen to their low rank guys but i alwasy listen to my low rank guys to and also guide them or tell them about rules so they dont do any rule breaks or which me to make my term end 100% successfully. To give the graffiti or clands profit i make the one trusted guy as a HR in gang who just handle with the bonuses of grafti or clands so all of my guys can earn money from clands to . I will give my best and my dedication to make Bloods on top and keep it on top.

c) i also focus to earn the money for gang by solar plantation business to make my gang stronger in the city. I want to be leader of Bloods because its give the gangster feeling by the Red color of it and im in the city from 6 months and im engaged with illegal org from the start.

Ans - 1) Having lived in this city for so long, I’ve acquired extensive knowledge of nearly every organized illegal group. My time as a Deputy in Families along with my High Command roles taught me how the gangs function from the inside. With well-established connections throughout the city and proven executive skills, I think it’s time for me to lead. Bloods has always been one of the most feared and respected gangs, and I’m ready to bring that energy back.

2) One of the most important factors that I think makes a gang effective, is real teamwork. The majority of leaders tend to ignore the lower ranks which ususally contributes to their down fall, but I make sure I listen and guide every member. Every member of the gang is briefed on the conduct rules so no one is able to make blunders that can harm the gang’s reputation. I also intend to create the position of an HR officer with the responsibility of managing bonuses from graffiti and clands so that distributed wages will not only be fair but also boost motivation to all active members.

3) In addition, to sustain strong financial health for the gang, I plan on investing in legal businesses like a solar plantation. Bloods has always had a unique character with their bright red color and strong street presence. I will do everything in my power with my experience and dedication to ensure I can lead Bloods to the top and keep it there.

- In order to keep the RP tight in the gang, the most important thing is genuine collaboration. My crew functions as one unit; we do not solo during gang operations. Active engagement is necessary, including communication, execution of maneuvers, and remaining in character. No pecking order will be established in my organization—only those with real expertise and can perform under pressure will qualify for High Command. Each new member must pass an appropriate IC interview before joining.

- As a leader, I will ensure that Bloods maintain active participation in the city’s RP. We will attend, represent, and ensure we are visible. 3.2 : Every week, we’ll host creative gang RP events from underground fight clubs to secret arms deals, from fake police stings to gang family barbecues with hidden agendas. These events will bring variety to daily routines and pull more members into meaningful RP instead of just grind-based activity. Even conflicts with other gangs will include planned story arcs not just shootouts, but setups, ambushes, hostage trades, and betrayals.

3.3 : I will personally keep an eye out for members who show strong RP skills not just shooting ability. 3.2 : Every week, we’ll host creative gang RP events from underground fight clubs to secret arms deals, from fake police stings to gang family barbecues with hidden agendas. 3.3 : I will personally keep an eye out for members who show strong RP skills not just shooting ability. The ones who roleplay fear during a robbery, who stay in character during police negotiations, or who create their own side stories will be recognized and rewarded with ranks, bonuses, and respect.

3.4 : Instead of turning to OOC chats or admin calls, all internal issues will be solved . If a member breaks rules, they might face a gang tribunal or be sent on a “punishment mission” (e.g., solo FZ robbery). 1. When I came to los santos then I don't know much rules and I have seen some red guyss doing some activity then I am curious who are they and what are they doing then I came to know there are several gangs with several events .
2. Each gang having his own colour and identity so I thought to join bloods from their i learned gr rules and ghetto rules and every rule which is needed then I joined bloods and it is my favourite gang also because I have started my journey from their and done several events with them .
3. I wanted to become the leader of bloods because it is my one of the favourite and first ever gang to join and I also know how to manage a proper gang because in earlier days in bloods i was in the rank 14 . So I know rules and all the stuffs.

3. My Advice for Improving RolePlay Level in the Organization:
1. I will hire only the people who know basic server rules and had some knowledge of gang so that we could manage the proper gang.
2. I will also make friendly environment so that anybody don't fight amongst themselves also I will do solar plantation so that we could have a strong economy and can give good bonuses after every event .

a) As i gained much experienced in illegal org as Leader , Deputy and high Command so i think now im illegible to become an Leader. i make the strong connection in city which help me to make the gang most active in the city. I almost tried all illegal org. Bloods always had the most criminalist and terrorist gang of the city.

b) The gang doesnt work only with the leader it works with the proper team work most of gang become unsuccessful because of they dont listen to their low rank guys but i alwasy listen to my low rank guys to and also guide them or tell them about rules so they dont do any rule breaks or which me to make my term end 100% successfully. To give the graffiti or clands profit i make the one trusted guy as a HR in gang who just handle with the bonuses of grafti or clands so all of my guys can earn money from clands to . I will give my best and my dedication to make Bloods on top and keep it on top.

c) i also focus to earn the money for gang by solar plantation business to make my gang stronger in the city. I want to be leader of Bloods because its give the gangster feeling by the Red color of it and im in the city from 6 months and im engaged with illegal org from the start.

~My goal is to make the gang best in which the high command is play the main role in it. i try my 100% that i personally take the interview of high command or any my trusted Deputy take the Interview of them so there is only minimal chances they can do the rule break
~ By developing good bonus system i make one trusted guy as a HR of my gang so he can handle all the bonuses which make the gang work professionally
~I will do the ammo run for my gang to make my gang warehouse always full with guns , ammo or with body armor.
~I try my 100% best to focus on my new guys or ranker in gang or teach them basic rules so they dont do any mistake or also teach them all of event rules
