a)I want to become the leader of this specific gang due to my experience as a deputy and in high command positions. I am tired of merely holding a high command role when I could aspire to something far greater. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in en-2, as it was the first gang I joined almost right at the launch of en-2+, and purple is one of my favorite colors. During my time as kingpin, I gained significant knowledge and experience. Furthermore, I served as a deputy in the Bloods, where I issued 0 warnings during my tenure. I believe that the newly revitalized Ballas requires leadership from a capable leader who understands these situations from a firsthand perspective. Therefore, I am confident that I can effectively fill this leadership role. I also commit to being responsible and completing my entire term as the head of one of the most infamous factions in Los Santos's criminal landscape - the BALLAS.
b) I found ballas special in spite of the other gangs... It was an experience of a lifetime if I do say so myself. Like if we were a family. In fact, It was by far better than any other gang experience I had been involved in within city 2. Once again, all of the fun events we could go to together. Moreover, I love the gang HQ and the people who come to join our adventures
c) I do not want to make the same mistakes me and the other high commands made during the previous blood term. This problem is not to train the newer members. Furthermore, I want to enforce a stricter recruitment. This means that all of the members must know all of the following rules: Ghetto rules, General rules. As a result of not training our members, we gained unnecessary warnings, for the reason being "rule-breaking" by the ones who did not understand our sets of rules.
3. Your pieces of advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.I will focus on training and helping my members to improve so they will also have fun in the city.
2.I will try to give out prizes to the members who do good in the events and also to the members if who give us time improving.
3.I'll also focus on the Turf team and the Graffiti team, as I've been a Graffiti Leader, so I'll try to train them myself.

The first important thing to improve RolePlay level in organization is inviting people who really knows the rules. Before inviting someone to the gang, the leader should make an interview for him and asking him about the gang rules, if the person doesn't know any of the rules then we will teach them and I will give the correct answer where he was wrong then we will take him in gang..
I will make a nice team of my deputy and nice team for turf and they should responsible and loyal to the gang .

1. Ballas has always seemed to me as the perfect choice for taking the leadership for an illegal organisation. A lot of my peers and friends have been the previous leaders of ballas and I took part in the activities in their terms thus, helping me to gain immense gang experience throughout.
2. For the past few months gangs have not been up to the standards, henceforth I want to improve and increase the benchmark for a gang. Using my past experience I will make sure that the mistakes are not repeated which lead to disband of an organization.
I want to Maintain good activity in events, No warnings, Active members and making sure there are no mistakes.
3. Last but not the least, I aim to achieve 100% turf for ballas. While also attending and winning every single gang event.

i want to be the leader of ballas gang because i guess i have experinced gang enough in city 1 and 3 and contributing in this project for a long time and i see EN2 lacking in crime section Because of No or bad leaders in the server i know my ingame level isnt much but i request admin to give me a chance and will not let you down if chance given. i have a very good knowledge about gang and I will try anyone to not do mass rule break and maintain the RP situation. and Will also maintain the turf side active by doing turf every single turf day and Give me 101% to capture all turfs possible.

I will Make sure No one is toxic towards anyone if i saw or got a pov from someone showing my gang member being toxic with others Will be a directly kick from the gang dosent matter if he is my deputy too i am strictly towards toxicty cause it completely ruin the experince of the player playing.
2. If my gang is active and engaging in more RP situation without Breaking any Rules and without being toxic it will help Server to improve RolePlay level in the whole server as leo and civilians will also be there in the rp situation and it will make server fun to play.

2.1 Through taking charge of Ballas and becoming its leader offers a rare chance to control the course and impact of a strong force in the city. I have always respected the legacy of the Ballas their deep roots, reputation, and dominance in the streets of Los Santos. I’m not someone who’s here for short-term legacy. I want to make ballas and make it people understand that it’s about protecting what the Ballas stand for unity, strength, and survival. I want to rebuild and reinforce that legacy with pride, not just keep it alive.
2.2 After staying in this city for a long time and meeting different people i can say that I have a great bonding among many people which will actually proof that i will have a great team of turfers and graffiti. I will make sure there will always be max profit from the graffiti so that people feel more motivate to work for the gang and be loyal to the gang. And also for territory and I have a great turfer team through which I can ensure there a great chances of capturing all the territories which will help a lot to maintain a legacy and a name in the city so that everyone knows that there is ballas present which is the best gang under my leadership. Furthermore, we will do successful hostage situations while maintaining all the server rules.
2.3 Lastly I would like to say being the leader of the ballas I will make sure that It leads to more engaging scenarios not only for me but also for the entire gang. Everyone can shoot and also Everyone can drive fast or pull a trigger. But not everyone can run a full gang operation while keeping heat off the team and money flowing. I know how to run a turf keep everything in line, and make enemies think twice before stepping on our area. I can make sure there are proper robbery setups, and tight control in the street. I will make sure there are proper and clear ranks, roles, and responsibilities, so everyone knows their place and purpose. With me leading, we would not just win we will own the map and make sure it is purple.

In order to improve the quality of RolePlay level in the organization, i will conduct variety of scenarios and events, and also create authenticity in all interactions. I will make sure there is proper interaction with every situation and people so that everyone have some fun in it and feel the thunder in it. I will make the ghetto terror for other gangs that they will think 10 times before coming to ghetto because families gang will be there. That will also help to improve the interaction and also conduct various hostage situations that will also create a great scenario for the leos to get scared of us. There should be always team work present everywhere because a single person can never manage everything alone It actually how the single person divides the work and create more realistic experience for everyone. I will make the ghetto terror for other gangs that they will think 10 times before coming to ghetto because families gang will be there. That will also help to improve the interaction and also conduct various hostage situations that will also create a great scenario for the leos to get scared of us. There should be always team work present everywhere because a single person can never manage everything alone It actually how the single person divides the work and create more realistic experience for everyone.
