My objective has always been to put together a team of individuals that work together and carry out their duties as a unit. I'll do my best to inspire them and improve the team every day. We will work with other state organizations as a NG organization to eradicate criminal activity in the State of Los Santos.

About the ranks and respect: I mean to emphasize that I will make sure that everyone is treated fairly and with the respect they deserve because I have observed in many organizations that many High Commands treat the lower levels with disdain. Promotion ceremonies will be held every week, and officers who put in extra effort will be granted bonuses. Our (Internal Police) Department will supply the list of the most active and diligent officers.

I believe I can provide my organization and its members a wealth of valuable experience and knowledge. Any internal or external difficulties could be handled by me, and they would all be resolved through meetings and candid conversations where everyone could voice their opinions. I know how to balance the two worlds to make fantastic roleplay because I have experience with both state and criminal actions. For the company, it should be an exciting and enjoyable environment since it creates interesting narratives that connect to both legal fields.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
To help reduce crime and maintain public safety, there will always be a sizable number of street patrols and covert units.

Military Police' insights enable us to create role-play situations that promote responsibility and ongoing development, enabling us to proactively address issues during training.

Maintaining a radio connection is crucial for conveying critical information, therefore I'll concentrate on prioritizing effective communication. We will be able to collaborate better and work more professionally as a result.

(iii). There should not be any favouritism and all should be treated equally and respectfully .

(1) First of all when i was new in the city i join SAHP then they train me and tell me everything about city and they tell me that there is NG ( National Guard ) that protect our city and give us guns ammo and armor etc at that point it was my dream to join NG but i know that NG Training is very hard bcz we have to protect the city i get some experience in SAHP and apply for NG and i get a chance to prove my self and i give interview to NG LT General Aka Deputy Leading offer of NG and he give me a chance at that point i got my dream to became 1 day NG General, then after my hard-work i get LT General in Falcon Riza Term.

(2) I was Ex LT General of NG that teach me how to work as an NG General, I make lot of friend in my journey they also help me in my term so i promise if i get i make it most active org in city, I was also Ex Deputy Director in FIB that also teach me how to manage internals matter in the city and how to make good relations with all the other orgs like LSPD , SAHP , FIB , ( EMS ), And always give my best to support them and make good relation with everyone in city.

(3) I will make sure to add some new department to enhance RP like.

(3.1) Delta force (Airborne): This department will have one of them finest pilots, Shooters, and Squad leaders this department will be special force of NG the only way to get in this dep you need to have a recommendation of Delta force H-c else there is no way to join, This people are the one who are master in everything rather Its Flying, Driving, Shooting, tactics, team leading, In normal words these are the people who are always ready if anything goes sideways.

(3.2) RR (Recruitment Regiment): This department is responsible for Interviewing, Hiring, Training, Making logs, doing activity checks and many more things,

(3.3) MP⛊ (Military police): They're responsibility is to check backgrounds of units, Investigate a unit if they are accused of any crime, Take disciplinary actions, Bodycam checks, Trunk checks, Checking if they're personal weapon are logs are filled (If they use one).

(3.4) Airforce: This department is responsible for air patrols and air escorts when there is ammo run this department will have a small change of having a squadron wing which will include 4 - 6 Airforce officers.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

(1) Bonuses : We have good amount of bonuses in every event
(2) Training : Me and my department members personally train newbies ( Bcz NG in not for beginners )
(3) Good Relations : Me as a General and with my org will try to make good relations with all orgs
(4) Support : We will always support every legal org in all legal works and etc
(5) Activity : Always make sure in NG Base always 7 solders active no matter what time is it
(6) sessions : I will take out daily drilling sessions for my Soldiers so they train well to protect the citizens of State of San Andreas . I will organize fun Activity in Org So that my soldiers enjoy

The National Guard’s base is located far from the City, giving the organization there own jurisdiction and a fully dedicated facility. This unique position offers lots of opportunities for immersive roleplay while ensuring that discipline remains a core value among our members.

With the constant threat of attacks from gangs and unofficial families, the National Guard becomes a hotspot for intense roleplay. This not only creates different RP scenarios for everyone involved but also gives us the chance to introduce new tactics and strategies to keep the experience fresh and engaging.

Commanding the National Guard is a rare honor, I would use to shape Fort Zancudo into a symbol of unity, discipline, and excitement. My leadership would ensure that our units time in the Guard is both memorable and rewarding.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

My first priority would be to set clear RP standards and lead by example. I believe in regular training sessions our units can practice scenarios together, such as negotiations, events, and emergency situations. This not only makes the RP more realistic but also builds team chemistry.

I will be Providing Regular trucks with ammunition, additionally I would have an active term which would provide continuous support to the state organizations.

As a leader of NG i will make sure our state is always ready for any threats, from gangs. I will improve the team coordination.

Under my leadership, NG will be ready to coordinate within seconds for any type of external threats ( Robberies ).

I am doing RP since long back and I've achieved this all in my journey LSPD - ADVISORY BOARD (28) , NG - LT General (29) , FIB - COS (27) , SAHP - Undersheriff (29) , GOV - DHS & DOC Director . As I was selected as LSPD leadership in past due the first time I got nervous and its hard for me . This time fully prepared for NG leadership Now I don't think so i will stop until i get NG Term ! This is my Target .

3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

(i) The main challenge is the night shift; I will hire individuals for that shift and ensure that the gates are always occupied. SANG is actively involved in night events such as bank protection, acc, subs, and so on.
(ii) Everyone will get the rank they deserved
(iii) Hiring Best Deputies and High command That they can handle the Org in absence of me.
(Vi) Give everyone a fair chance to grow and contribute for NG.
(V) I will also arrange public relations events to create an enjoyable and engaging environment for our military personnel's.
(Vi) I'll make sure there is no Favouritism.
(vii) I'll make sure to Give Bonuses to the officer who is Working For the Organization.
(viii) I’ll built an good relationship between All The legal organization and make sure we can Support them in every situation they need Us.
(ix) We all know engaging soldiers in NG is hard thing to do . I will organize competitions and fun activity between soldiers . So that all my soldiers enjoy being part of NG

MP : The MP (Military Police) department will serve as the department's primary source of accountability. Their responsibilities include monitoring soldier activities, reviewing logs, investigating misconduct or complaints, and ensuring that all troopers comply to SOPs and professional standards. Military police will help to maintain discipline, equity, and transparency. They will focus on patrolling the base with ground vehicles and spotting and dealing any illegal activity within the gates.

SOF : The Special Operation Force (SOF) department will conduct hostage negotiations, monitor ghettos, and offer military security on ammo runs. For global operations and patrols, helicopters will be used. It will and will only respond to the General, negotiate from the NG side, and provide a heavy weapon license.

Human Resource & Training ( HRT ) - The responsibility of this department is to give training to members and Hire New members into Organization.

(AF) : Air force for doing air patrolling around the base and provide air support while candy run.

(RATF) : Rapid action task force for quick response on global situations like store robbery, prison break etc.

Communication : Comms hold the backbone of the RP structure, We believe comm is the key to success in this field, so me and my team will always ensure that we focus on pure professional comms during situations and events to make sure to have the best RP exp out of it, we will also make sure to make the org radio as clean as possible and it being only used for important things during situations.

Relationship : A good relationship with other org is one of the main things to uphold the state section, so as SAHP we will make sure to have the best relation with other orgs and do things like we are a team, we will also coordinate with other orgs to fullest during situations to make RP more lively and fun, we will use unique strategies to tackle situations with other orgs improving RP to fullest.

Roleplay Commands : We will focus on implementing more and more RP commands in situations to make it look rich RP-wise

Departments and Their Responsibilities within the National Guard

Each department will have specific tasks and expectations that are aligned with real-world military structures (e.g., Black Ops, Air Force, Human Resource, Military Police).

Providing detailed role descriptions to each department will helps players understand their character’s purpose and perform their duties more convincingly.

Human resources( HR ) : Department to hire new soldiers and train them properly , how to use radio codes , explaining about each departments etc

Military police (MP) : Department will decrease the corruption between the officers ,MP have the right to search any officer if they suspect him, have the right to check his bodycam/Logs and basically to keep NG base Clean without any illegal items and corruption.

Air force (AF) : Department are responsible to remove all gangs cars by Air lifting them, also scouting city very often to get intel's about gang activities , helping Black Ops on their task/mission ,

Black ops (BO) : special forces of the National Guard this units are tasked with engaging in high-risk situations like Ghetto Patrolling / Store Robbery / Hostage / Defending FZ and providing assistance to other organizations if requested and I love this department a lot. With the constant threat of attacks from gangs and unofficial families, the National Guard becomes a hotspot for intense roleplay. My first priority would be to set clear RP standards and lead by example. I believe in regular training sessions our units can practice scenarios together, such as negotiations, events, and emergency situations. This not only makes the RP more realistic but also builds team chemistry.

I will be Providing Regular trucks with ammunition, additionally I would have an active term which would provide continuous support to the state organizations.

As a leader of NG i will make sure our state is always ready for any threats, from gangs. I will improve the team coordination.

2.1 I started RP nearly 1-year ago I have served to this city in various organizations as GOV (DHS Minister, Lawyer), NG (Commanding General of Army) and SAHP (Under Sheriff, District Attorney). These respected positions have taught me so many things about city and I want to become leader of NG because it is most different state org and unique org. I want to make all sate organizations work with unity. I want to develop new things in NG and I want to run my term as a unique term and don't want to run as same as all previous leader do and make my term unique one.

2.2 As a leader of NG, I aim to bring strong discipline, structure, and efficiency to SOF department get success in all special operations and Infantry for safeguarding Fort Zancudo . The Fort Zancudo often become hotspots for gangs for making raids at prime times when security is less i'll make sure look into it and make strong security batch wise according to my soldiers. And will save my trucks and being robed. I want to implement regular IA checks within the org and try to get clean in every state inspection, advanced pursuit training, and active air patrolling protocols and base patrolling protocols to ensure law and order is maintained.

2.3 Leadership is nothing but building a team, not only giving orders or commands, my ultimate goal is to become a Mentor to new Trainee and rokiee by teaching them teamwork, proper RP, radio communication, and what are the actions or powers that NG can perform officially written in legislation. 3.1 I want to increase training so my soldiers be active and stay interacted with each other this will help us by showing more actvity.

3.2 I want to end up Favoritism which is most dangerous and, everyone will be treated equally, based on merit and performance.

3.3 I will encourage my employees by issuing or rewarding bonuses and promotions as per their activity, quality of work and professionalism which represents the organization. Rather than giving promotions to whom I have personal connections and who are in my organization. As mentioned, I am not in favor of Favoritism.

3.4 I am not in a situation to tolerate toxicity and who try to create toxicity in my organization, whether it is minor or major issue it will be solved immediately within the boundaries.

3.5 I always want corruption free state and end up corruption. No one is above the law.

3.6 I aim to build a strong united team that may developed inspiration for next coming leaders.

3.7 I would like to conduct internal events and keep good amount prize pool from my personal pocket so that every one will be encouraged to come and stay on duty and will be interacted to every one so that team work will be more strong.

i) I started my RP with SAHP and worked there for almost 3 Terms . I served as HC for multiple terms for all legal organizations. In addition, I have led an active family. I therefore possess a good deal of management and leadership expertise. As NG's Commanding General, I have had a detailed look at how NG operates. I feel confident enough to lead NG because of this.

ii) With other professionals officers, I always aim to be a decent colleague in the organization. I am sure that if I become a leader, I will be able to recruit experienced officers who will teach me and assist me in running NG properly.
iii) NG has been the most ignored and mostly inactive organization since the inception. I will ensure that NG is more active than other terms in my capacity as leader.
