- I would love to lead LSPD as per my knowledge in previous Legal organizations in which i had served months ago and still serving for legal organizations as i have enough experience of serving as a Leo i think i am capable for taking a leadership for LSPD and In my time on the server, I’ve taken on several roles that have prepared me for leadership These experiences have taught me the importance of maintaining order, clear communication, and strategic thinking I believe I am the right fit for this role because of my experience, dedication, and understanding of the server’s dynamics. I’m not just applying for the role of leader , I’m applying because I want to give back to the community and help it grow .

- I want the community have more interest to serve for their city as a Leo and i will also make it true as per I will have 5 Different departments and Citizens can choose any 1 of the department as based of their skills and interest and also can serve for any other department as a second Department .


- I promise if i will get a term to complete it successfully and in my term there will only be professionalism and No toxicity and corruption will be tolerated If there will be any kind of misunderstanding it will be solved there will be nothing that let LSPD down we will take care of everything and run my term properly and everyone will be professional in LSPD and i will only hire very experienced guys for our main departments like ACP of IA and HR specially there will be only who have enough experience to manage these departments .


- As per my time and grind in city i am sure that i am capable for a Leadership of a Legal organization as a joined this EN 2 city i always prefer to be in legal organization as a Leo and until my starting of career as a Leo i have learned a lot about the rules and regulations and it was my target and a dream to be capable to take a term of any legal organization and now i believe that nothing is impossible You just need to have a Faith to do anything !!


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 - I will make the organization active by hiring night shifters and provide them extra bonus as per their time and courage for the organization as i see nowdays the Legal organizations are being inactive in night and as well as in day in my term the city will not face these type of problems Because LSPD will be the most active in city .

3.2- In my term there will no favortism , corruption and any kind of issues. everyone will have a right of their work and they will respect each other not like he is Higher command and he deserves more respect everyone will be treated equal and the Toxicity will be prohibited anyone do these things will be issued by verbal and with a strike if it will be repeated offence .

3.3- Building strong relations with other organizations is essential to ensure smooth execution of various operations and having a good roleplay experience. I am committed to maintain good relations with other organizations.

3.4 - I will make a friendly environment in my term and will treat everyone fairly. I will schedule a meeting with all departments and will discuss all their doubts and problem and together we will try to solve the issues to make LSPD the BEST in the city

3.5- I will host a promotion ceremony after every successful weak in the weakends only the one will be promoted are the hardworkers and those who really have a courage to continue with the LSPD and are true with there work , polite and respectful to each and other .

3.6 - i will make sure to complete all the weakly tasks on the time and help other organizations to complete their Spec-ops .

3.2 Providing tasks to higherups on daily basis to maintain and proper activity within the organization.

3.3 Leading certain operations to provide a professional experience towards the citizens for the organization.
3.4 Having meetings with higherups and knowing the information related to the work and scenarios happening internally.
3.5 Helping out lower commands with the work of organization with help of certain departments like HR/IA.
3.6 Improving their skills for handling situations and taking leads in specific situation and tactics with help of SWAT.
3.7 Having Traffic Enforcement Units department to make sure that city is safe for citizens and stop criminal activities happening among the Los Santos without disturbing the internal work for HR/IA.
3.8 Providing citizen a friendly and secure experienced officers to help them in situations whenever necessary.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of LSPD.

2.1. When I came in the city and was completely newbie and unaware of what organisation is. My friend introduced me to organisations and suggested me to join LSPD. I learnt rules and gave interview and got 8th rank at that time. Whenever I visit LSPD Hq, Nostalgia hits me. I get flashbacks of the very first days I spent. LSPD HQ seems to be a home for me.

2.2. I am sure that If I got the term then there will be alot improvement in the RP.

2.3. I have been HOD and Commander multiple times in LSPD,FIB and SAHP before. I have enough knowledge to lead my fellow officers.

2.4. I am calm and take decisions with presence of mind.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1. I believe that Human Resource Team is the BACKBONE of a organisation as if the HR Team is skilled and capable to choose wise and knowledgeable citizens as officers then the level of professionalism will ne top notch.

3.2. I also believe that rules must not be crammed and instead understand them which reduces the rule break possibilities and thus lead to better roleplay level.

3.3. I will try to be in touch with other state org higher ups and leaders/sherrifs so that we LEOs can be more professional and the unity will prevail.

I’ve been part of every state organization and i have always led from the front, i wass holding high-command Ranks in Every Org. My experience in leadership has shaped my skills andI am confident that I can lead a State Org with my knowledge and skills easily. My top priority will always be having the best term, My biggest priority is always going to be having a strong high command team because, after me, they’re the ones who hold everything together and they will be managing in my absence.

I’ve worked with a lot of State Orgs, and from that experience, I’ve learned a lot about how to handle tough situations. I know what needs to be done when things get hectic. I also know that having strong Highcommand team is key to running everything smoothly. A Highcommand is not only a HC for LSPD they are State HighCommand so I will choose my HC wisely, I want to be the leader of LSPD because I believe I can make it the best term. My plan is to create a respectful environment within the team and make sure we have good relationships with other organizations. Integrity and supporting each other will be the focus of everything we do. Building good relationships with the citizens and other state organizations will be a big focus. By building a strong team, I believe I can lead LSPD in a way that keeps things running smoothly. I have already thought of a solid plan for making the Org run its best, and I’m ready to put it into action.

I have a few ideas to make LSPD RolePlay better. I’ll teach them the best ways to stay motivated and do their roles well so we can have the best RolePlay possible. Another thing I’ll focus on is giving people the right positions based on the hard work they do. When someone puts in the effort, they should be rewarded and promoted. This will keep people loyal, active, and happy in the organization and they push others to be more active. When members feel valued, they will always be ready to help. I will also plan Promotion and Awards Ceremonies each and every week and I will try to invite few ministers to the ceremony event so my officers feel valued, and to show everyone they’re important and appreciated.

I will make a very realastic Departments and with very clear Vision in my term to enhance RP Level in LSPD.

1) I want to be leader of LSPD because I think I have what it takes to make LSPD the best legal org in the city. I have been hc of LSPD for a few terms In the terms I have served I have seen LSPD success as well as fail. From this I have learnt what works well and what doesn't.
I’ve been working in LSPD for many terms, and I get to high ranks step by step, meanwhile when I was getting a higher rank, I saw in most of terms how the ranking system is, and I think I’ll be able to make the best ranking system for LSPD


2) I Can improve the roleplay in LSPD. In the few terms I have been in I have watched many officers breaking rules such as powergaming, corruption without a bio etc. In my term I will ensure that this does not happen because I will have strict punishment system and I will make everyone aware of the rules of both the city and the org.
All organizations have their own departments, but
LSPD is kind of a mix between many organizations, like giving fines, towing cars, patrolling, and arresting...
So, I’m planning to make 5 main departments for
LSPD, each one will get quests to due during my period of leading LSPD and they’ll be looking forward making LSPD better.

3) I will have strict communication rules to ensure that communication is loud,clear and everybody isn't talking over each other. In one of the precious terms I was high command in everybody used to talk over and interrupt each other on the radio. This meant that when there was shots fired etc we wasn't able to get to them in time as communication is key.I will always prioritize my officers and their knowledge of the rules. For example, if there is an ongoing NG raid, I will ensure all units respond except for parking enforcement. Should a gang failRP, my first action would be solving this IC and making this a learning experience rather than immediately attempting to get them banned from an admin.

Q3 > Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Every week their will be a promotion ceremony where hard working officers will be promoted. My high command team will report to me which officers deserve promotions. Me and the deputy will also be checking logs,event logs etc to ensure that no hard working people are left un noticed.

2. Their will be a strict punishment system that will be controlled by our internal affairs division. There will be a striking system where if an officer receives 3 strikes in 7 days they will be fired.

3. My high command team will be the best of the best. I will expect a lot from my hc and I don't expect them to receive any strikes or mess up. If any hc isn't fit for the job I will demote them and find another hard working officer fit for the position.

4. I will make sure all of my officers are at event such as subs, hostage situations etc. If I see any officers not attending events they will receive strikes and risk being demoted. I have been in both legal and illegal organisations so I understand how both sides work.

5. I will have 5 divisions:

Detectives – Their main job is to get as much evidence as possible to catch those who try to make the city unsafe, and uncomfortable to live in, and they’ll be conducting their work with F.I.B.
The Detectives divisions job is to collect evidence on gangs and families committing crime. In addition to this, the Detectives division will track down and arrest wanted criminals similar to F.I.B.

S.W.A.T: The SWAT divisions job is to be the first responding team to events and they are in charge of the more tactical side of things such as shooting from the roofs at store robberies etc. They will carry special gear which will help them in gunfight situations.
It’s not going to be easy to choose these units, LSPD expects these units to do a lot for the country, they’ll be taking priority in robberies, and banditries, and they’ll be planning for the whole LSPD about how to deal with the situations.

Internal Affairs: The internal affairs division will be in charge of punishments. They will open an review cases/reports against officers and they will worm together to choose the appropriate punishment. They will check over all logs (ensure that logs are filled correctly), check inactivity of officers etc. The internal affairs division are not authorised to punish those of a higher rank than 'Head of ia' although they will review evidences etc against them. The punishment for ranks above head of ia will be up to me and the deputy.

HR: The HR division is in charge of doing applications, interviews, Hiring, trainings, etc. Their will be 2 phases of training and a
test which to pass the test each Rookie will have to upload 1 pov of fining a person or vehicle, towing a vehicle and a full arrest. Their will also be a quiz on internal rules.
They’ll be the main guide for all employees of LSPD, they will not be any employees, they’ll be the expert employees, if any employee confused with something, they’ll be the first to respond and help them figure out how things work.

Parking enforcement: The parking enforcement division will focus on fining and towing cars that are illegally parked. Parking enforcement will be separate to LSPD (they only fine and tow vehicles) and the requirements of joining will be up to the leader of parking enforcements discretion.
Their responsibility to keep the streets of Los Santos clean out of empty illegally parked cars, and to make this better than expected, they’ll not be doing LSPD main work, and the point of this, to get as many towers cleaning the streets at the same time.

I have a few ideas to make LSPD RolePlay better. First, I want to keep things active and make sure we work well with other state organizations.and I will make sure there is no Favaoritsm in my Term I’ll check in with the all the members often to see if they have any problems and figure out how to help. I’ll teach them the best ways to stay motivated and do their roles well so we can have the best RolePlay possible. 1) I want to be leader of LSPD because I think I have what it takes to make LSPD the best legal org in the city. I have been hc of LSPD for a few terms In the terms I have served I have seen LSPD success as well as fail. From this I have learnt what works well and what doesn't.
I’ve been working in LSPD for many terms, and I get to high ranks step by step, meanwhile when I was getting a higher rank, I saw in most of terms how the ranking system is, and I think I’ll be able to make the best ranking system for LSPD


2) I Can improve the roleplay in LSPD. In the few terms I have been in I have watched many officers breaking rules such as powergaming, corruption without a bio etc. In my term I will ensure that this does not happen because I will have strict punishment system and I will make everyone aware of the rules of both the city and the org.
All organizations have their own departments, but
LSPD is kind of a mix between many organizations, like giving fines, towing cars, patrolling, and arresting...
So, I’m planning to make 5 main departments for
LSPD, each one will get quests to due during my period of leading LSPD and they’ll be looking forward making LSPD better.

3) I will have strict communication rules to ensure that communication is loud,clear and everybody isn't talking over each other. In one of the precious terms I was high command in everybody used to talk over and interrupt each other on the radio. This meant that when there was shots fired etc we wasn't able to get to them in time as communication is key.I will always prioritize my officers and their knowledge of the rules. For example, if there is an ongoing NG raid, I will ensure all units respond except for parking enforcement. Should a gang failRP, my first action would be solving this IC and making this a learning experience rather than immediately attempting to get them banned from an admin.

Q3 > Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Every week their will be a promotion ceremony where hard working officers will be promoted. My high command team will report to me which officers deserve promotions. Me and the deputy will also be checking logs,event logs etc to ensure that no hard working people are left un noticed.

2. Their will be a strict punishment system that will be controlled by our internal affairs division. There will be a striking system where if an officer receives 3 strikes in 7 days they will be fired.

3. My high command team will be the best of the best. I will expect a lot from my hc and I don't expect them to receive any strikes or mess up. If any hc isn't fit for the job I will demote them and find another hard working officer fit for the position.

4. I will make sure all of my officers are at event such as subs, hostage situations etc. If I see any officers not attending events they will receive strikes and risk being demoted. I have been in both legal and illegal organisations so I understand how both sides work.

5. I will have 5 divisions:

Detectives – Their main job is to get as much evidence as possible to catch those who try to make the city unsafe, and uncomfortable to live in, and they’ll be conducting their work with F.I.B.
The Detectives divisions job is to collect evidence on gangs and families committing crime. In addition to this, the Detectives division will track down and arrest wanted criminals similar to F.I.B.

S.W.A.T: The SWAT divisions job is to be the first responding team to events and they are in charge of the more tactical side of things such as shooting from the roofs at store robberies etc. They will carry special gear which will help them in gunfight situations.
It’s not going to be easy to choose these units, LSPD expects these units to do a lot for the country, they’ll be taking priority in robberies, and banditries, and they’ll be planning for the whole LSPD about how to deal with the situations.

Internal Affairs: The internal affairs division will be in charge of punishments. They will open an review cases/reports against officers and they will worm together to choose the appropriate punishment. They will check over all logs (ensure that logs are filled correctly), check inactivity of officers etc. The internal affairs division are not authorised to punish those of a higher rank than 'Head of ia' although they will review evidences etc against them. The punishment for ranks above head of ia will be up to me and the deputy.

HR: The HR division is in charge of doing applications, interviews, Hiring, trainings, etc. Their will be 2 phases of training and a
test which to pass the test each Rookie will have to upload 1 pov of fining a person or vehicle, towing a vehicle and a full arrest. Their will also be a quiz on internal rules.
They’ll be the main guide for all employees of LSPD, they will not be any employees, they’ll be the expert employees, if any employee confused with something, they’ll be the first to respond and help them figure out how things work.

Parking enforcement: The parking enforcement division will focus on fining and towing cars that are illegally parked. Parking enforcement will be separate to LSPD (they only fine and tow vehicles) and the requirements of joining will be up to the leader of parking enforcements discretion.
Their responsibility to keep the streets of Los Santos clean out of empty illegally parked cars, and to make this better than expected, they’ll not be doing LSPD main work, and the point of this, to get as many towers cleaning the streets at the same time.

i) I desire LSPD to remain structured with defined roles separation,

on such as patrol, SWAT, and detectives. I will ensure each person abides by rules, remains active, and gets even-handed promotion according to his work. Encouraged officers will roleplay better and reinforce the department.

Practice and Training


Regular training is important for better roleplay. Organize sessions where police officers practice common situations like traffic stops, emergencies, or arguments. During During this I will make sure there is good communication, which will help officers in good decision-making and following correct procedures. Training together ensures everyone knows their role when things get busy, allowing RP scenes to unfold naturally. It also builds trust and teamwork, helping officers respond smoothly in any kind of situation. With sufficient practice, roleplay feels realistic, and everyone in the police department can handle surprises confidently, appropriately, and easily.

Community Connection


Positive police roleplay is about interacting with citizens and assisting them and not necessarily about catching criminals. Conduct patrol operations where police speak with citizens, resolve smaller matters, and conduct programs such as safety seminars. This improves citizens' trust in the police and gets exciting new tales. The work changes from being about fighting crime alone to forming friendships and facilitating positive community existence. When police interact with civilians, both of them have a better and more pleasant time, and role-playing is more than running and detaining suspects.

Fostering Assistance and Collaboration

Being a part of a police team isn't just about rules or orders; it's about supporting each other during bad times. Some days can be challenging, but knowing that your team is there to help you push through your work. It's important for all officers to listen to one another and share their thoughts honestly, even if it leads to disagreements. New players especially feel more comfortable and learn quicker when the team is supportive and approachable. When everyone backs each other, roleplay becomes smoother and, honestly, much more enjoyable for all.

Everyone was taught to participate in events and develop their RP skills. To promote this, I will increase allowable bonuses and attempt new ones. I will provide equal chances for everyone as far as rank is concerned by lessening favoritism. I will personally go through everyone's logs in order to prevent any false representation of activity. In doing so, people will get rightful promotions, and it will encourage people to become a part of the LSPD and restore activity.

1. Eradication of Corruption:

My top priority is ridding the department of corruption. I firmly believe that regaining honesty and transparency is the cornerstone to restoring the public's trust.

  • Train cadets not just on commands, but how to talk and act like a real officer.

Result: Increases confidence and RP consistency across all ranks.
