This player comes from the German server, and as you can see here in this forum link, the leader was banned for helping cheaters.
As you can see, Julian Kaizen was banned for cleaning on that server, which means he has a script that deletes cheats from the computer to hide them.
After that, he appears on this server and starts cheating even more, participating not only in informal and other events but also in turfs for families.
in this picture from the event, you can see that the player comes alone and gets 13 kills without any support from teammates he entered the event by himself and got 13 kills. this is not human hands
After that, he receives full support from players in the familise organization and comes with his cheater friends to play for that organization.

As for his play within the organization, the guy can’t miss a shot, and as you can see he tries to hide his hit rate by killing his own members or shooting into empty space so it doesn’t look too suspicious.
