Afaik no, that's all ooc stuff therefore not an ic rule break. I've had MULTIPLE reports denied bc of stuff like that.

Plus it's all in a language other than English mostly.

It could be fake discord chats between two people TRYING to start drama.

All reasons why discord shouldn't count against ic punishments. MAYBE forum punishment, but that's pointless.
