1) I want to become the leader of Bloods because it's my most favourite gang among all. As everyone knows I have very much good leadership skills. I and my people have a very good communication skills and power to run any org and make it the best. I have many alliances and my own fam which will definitely run the org 24/7 easily.

2) I have fully trust on me and my friends that we will make the best bloods term ever. I will also recruit new people and teach them about rp as a criminal side so they will also get interest. Bloods is such a iconic gang and I rarely saw any leader took Bloods to it's original potential but I will make sure I will take Bloods to it's original potential.

1) I will do as much events possible in a day by which Leo's and gang both will enjoy I will also make critical situations for Leo's by doing events in new location. Also as I told before I will not tolerate toxicity. I will also take care about that I have good people in my org so less rule break.

2) f I get the term I will increase my activity daily online time and do as much events possible in a day. There are some gang which are almost dead only somehow manage to take screenshots of the events but my term will be 100% active. I will capture main ghetto, vagos ghetto. Also I will make Leo's scared from my gang. I will seperate different work for my deputies 1st for ghetto clapping, 2nd for events like clands, store robberies, highway robberies,etc. 3rd for events like subs and battleship and the last for turf. * Fast, having capable deputies who are aware of the server guidelines and can handle crises in my absence is something i think is essential for successful RP and a successful term.

* Second, as i have demonstrated in previous terms as a HC, I want to see a rise in the frequency of event like FZ and Store robberies in the city, much like in the past. This will provide gang members more RP and encourage more individuals to join blood rather then other gang

* Third, maintaining order in the workplace, ensuring that there are no internal conflicts, and fostering a warm, family-like environment are the third and most crucial thinks to do.

1. According to my experience in the Gangs there is a lot of toxicity Which I want to solve HC always just give warning attend event else get kicked demotion which is totally wrong for example HC said come in 5 min to attend event else get kicked now if a player is in Paleto Bay how will he arrive HQ in 5 Min I will solve it I will ask them a valid reason if they gave valid reason why they didn't attend then I will not demote/kick them.
2. I want to be leader of his organisation because every organisation ask for minimum level/age to join a org every organisation ask for different requirements to join because of it the people who are new to server have to grind for that level/age and for other requirements gangs generally ask for age but players have to increase there level/age which took lot of time and people who don't like grinding they got frustrated and leave server they cannot join org they leave server by giving this reason but I will make sure to take new players doesn't matter there level/age is 1 or 10 I will take them I will make sure to give a training to new players on everyday basis so they don't rule break and they can experience organisation as soon as they join the server.

The main reason when players join the Gangs this problem is only with Gangs when players join Gang now they want to leave HC say buy prime and leave we will not fire do whatever u want to do now player call admin to kick them and I personally experienced this the admin says bro what do u think about admins admins are not for kicking making player join in org we are there to help people not for kicking/firing players from there org and there are lot players who can't afford GC/Prime they are new so they don't have enough virtual money to buy prime from real players because Prime are so expensive for 1 Lakh 3 lakh they are sold a new player can't pay that much money for just leaving they even don't have 10K how they will afford it I will make sure that HC/Deputy kick/fire players if they say in a single time they fire/kick them so they don't get frustrated because if they get frustrated they will never show intrest in joining gangs because they don't kick/fire and incase they want to leave they can't.

My advice for improving roleplay level in organisation is to decrease corruption I saw many players who give money to HC and say them invite me and HC take money from them and without taking interview test they directly join this way the player who don't know rules he join then breaks rule and this makes the gang disband player break rules and make the leader striked I will make sure that the players who are above level/age 4-5 they have to give interview for joining who are below level/age 4-5 they don't have to give interview but they have to take training and will make HC who are trusted so corruption will decrease under my term.

The Rank 6/Trainer rank will be given to a player if he wants trainer rank players will give training to newbie and Rookie and trainer rank will be given to a player if he knows all the rules off city means A-Z rules and rank 3/Trained Guy rank will be given to player whose training has been completed and who knows all basic rules of city and Organisation. Graffiti team will give most priority to Graffitis and the player who will do most graffiti they will get rank of Graffiti team/Graffiti Leader and player who want to be in turf team then they have to give a test that they are good in shooting and if they are not good in shooting they will be not promoted after rank 9 But if they are capable for managing organisation then they will get rank 12 or above but they will be not added in capture team. If they want to access privileges of Turfer then they have to pass test.

2.1 I’ve Been in the city for almost 1.5 year and the Best organization to be a leader in it is Bloods because it’s the best HQ place and the Best gang in the city it’s near from all gang activities in the middle of ghetto.

-By doing hostage situation with another gangs in ghetto vs Leos will make good rp and both side will enjoy it.

-Doing daily Fz raid with 2nd gang that will also improve RolePlay.

-I will not accept people that may do rule break and if I see in my term any rule break from members or also high commands will get fired.

I have experienced in organization, I was under deputy in gang and some more higher ranks in legal orgs. I have collected ideas from everyone and I think I have that leadership quality. I am not the best but I am better. I think becoming a leader is not enough we should bring up some interest for the people who have joined my gang and they trust me. I think I have been through the things which we need to run a gang. I will make sure to make my members of gang to give their own contribution running a event is not a big thing to make sure everything goes in correct way is more important to make sure your gang members doesn't break any rule of RP and keep the gang on top is more important.
3. Your Advices for improving roleplay level in organization.
I want to make sure to bring the criminal side of gangs like there is a image that gang are not that worth it than other organization so bring up that side it most important. I have seen many leaders many terms be unsuccessful but i think that this time bloods will glow and I will teach every new the ghetto rules in which they all do mistakes. I will teach them all the things they are suppose to do in that particular situation.

-I would like to become a leader of Bloods, I believe I could successfully lead Bloods to let it on top and make it the most active gang in EN02 in my term.

-I’ve got a lot of experience From all EN servers as Deputy , hc , member I have been in the gang for almost 5 months and my best gang to take Leadership in is Bloods because it’s in the middle of ghetto and the best gang color.

-I would like to get my gang most online people in city and most active people and achieve terrorist organisation in the city and make my gang most active in ghetto,also I would like to get 100% as well I will bring a good turf team that will help me to achieve it

-Max grafitti profit for the gang members.

-doing daily hostage situation and fight against Leo’s to improve RolePlay.

-Doing Daily Fz Raid and sometimes with 2nd gang to improve RP.

-make ghetto active by doing ghetto clapping.

-doing Store Robbery every day.

-I will do best bonus system in the gang.

-I will make sure that my deputy attends manage every event like Store/ Gun Store Robbery , Clands , Fz Raid , Hostage situation , BattleShip , etc.

Ans.
1. According to my experience in the Gangs there is a lot of toxicity Which I want to solve HC always just give warning attend event else get kicked demotion which is totally wrong for example HC said come in 5 min to attend event else get kicked now if a player is in Paleto Bay how will he arrive HQ in 5 Min I will solve it I will ask them a valid reason if they gave valid reason why they didn't attend then I will not demote/kick them.
2. I want to be leader of his organisation because every organisation ask for minimum level/age to join a org every organisation ask for different requirements to join because of it the people who are new to server have to grind for that level/age and for other requirements gangs generally ask for age but players have to increase there level/age which took lot of time and people who don't like grinding they got frustrated and leave server they cannot join org they leave server by giving this reason but I will make sure to take new players doesn't matter there level/age is 1 or 10 I will take them I will make sure to give a training to new players on everyday basis so they don't rule break and they can experience organisation as soon as they join the server.
3. The main reason when players join the Gangs this problem is only with Gangs when players join Gang now they want to leave HC say buy prime and leave we will not fire do whatever u want to do now player call admin to kick them and I personally experienced this the admin says bro what do u think about admins admins are not for kicking making player join in org we are there to help people not for kicking/firing players from there org and there are lot players who can't afford GC/Prime they are new so they don't have enough virtual money to buy prime from real players because Prime are so expensive for 1 Lakh 3 lakh they are sold a new player can't pay that much money for just leaving they even don't have 10K how they will afford it I will make sure that HC/Deputy kick/fire players if they say in a single time they fire/kick them so they don't get frustrated because if they get frustrated they will never show intrest in joining gangs because they don't kick/fire and incase they want to leave they can't.

Ans. My advice for improving roleplay level in organisation is to decrease corruption I saw many players who give money to HC and say them invite me and HC take money from them and without taking interview test they directly join this way the player who don't know rules he join then breaks rule and this makes the gang disband player break rules and make the leader striked I will make sure that the players who are above level/age 4-5 they have to give interview for joining who are below level/age 4-5 they don't have to give interview but they have to take training and will make HC who are trusted so corruption will decrease under my term.

The Rank 6/Trainer rank will be given to a player if he wants trainer rank players will give training to newbie and Rookie and trainer rank will be given to a player if he knows all the rules off city means A-Z rules and rank 3/Trained Guy rank will be given to player whose training has been completed and who knows all basic rules of city and Organisation. Graffiti team will give most priority to Graffitis and the player who will do most graffiti they will get rank of Graffiti team/Graffiti Leader and player who want to be in turf team then they have to give a test that they are good in shooting and if they are not good in shooting they will be not promoted after rank 9 But if they are capable for managing organisation then they will get rank 12 or above but they will be not added in capture team. If they want to access privileges of Turfer then they have to pass test.

2.1 I get experience in gangs also in LEOS I am ready to take this position I know every ruless as capture and gang rules, My second reason is to remove toxicity and active.I will try my best to make the gang active and ill also remove the toxicity from the gang. We will take every step according to our server rule.

2.2 In My term I will get good numbers with active people and the gang will be active so much +40 active minimum in last terms gangs are not active in ghetto in me term we will be active in ghetto and outside the city with good numbers and active members
