Our Objectives & Campaign Promises:​

Third: The DOC will always be protected, making sure that the prisoners remain behind bars for their crimes, thus making the state a better, safer place for its many citizens.

Fourth: The USSS will provide assistance to all other LEO's in their times of need, ensuring that no matter what the issue within the state, USSS will make their presence known.

Fifth: Going in line with our second promise, We will make sure gun licenses are always set at a low price. No more will you have to pay extortionate amounts to simply have the option to defend yourself. With this also, LEO’s will have the option to receive a further discount [With a valid ID]

Our Ideology & Background:

When I first arrived in the city, I joined GOV first after working some early jobs. I didn't rise very far but I certainly gained a good understanding of how the system worked. Shortly after that, I joined LSPD for a little while but realized it was not for me, I found the work interesting but I was more suited to be grounded in one place rather than driving up and down the highways. I began my work in NG, I rose through the ranks and retired as a 2nd Lieutenant after being a HC in charge of MP. Joining the Government once more, I rose through the ranks, gaining extensive experience and isolating issues where they arise, moonlighting in most departments to make sure they ran as smoothly as possible. I specialized within the Internal Affairs department, being placed in charge for multiple terms. Due to this I was also appointed as the Chief of Staff of Internal Affairs for EMS. After this I moved to FIB, where I became a Special Agent, helping to root out corruption and illegal activity within our state. I believe the experience I have gained, and my trust in my staff would enable the Government run as smoothly as possible.

Our Ideology & Background:

I arrived in this city just over 2 years ago, not knowing what I wanted to do, I joined SAHP, working with some of the best leo's I have ever worked with, with this they taught me the basics on how to protect and serve this state.
After SAHP I joined GOV and USSS where I spent the majority of my time, working through the ranks and gaining my lawyers license where I defended the innocent and prosecuted the guilty. During this time, I taught the next generation of lawyers and the "Slaters school of law" as well as deputy director of SS where this continued for over a year.


I moved back to my roots and went to SAHP, Where I started from the bottom and with hard work and dedication I became deputy head of department for Internal Affairs, recently I have moved to FIB.
During my time with these orgs, I have noticed things from what can be improved and I promise, I will do my best with this and have a government you can trust.



International Relations

I would like to open an international Relations department, This is due to our city being such a diverse one, people from different nations do not always have somewhere to voice their opinions.
This has been pointed out many times, and with our help, This can now be a possibility.

Cheaper Gun Licenses and Health Insurance for LEO's

The organizations are the backbone of our fine city! They place their lives on the line every single day to protect the citizens of this state. They should be rewarded for this, So this is why the Reform Stewardship is recommending healthcare and insurance at a cheaper rate!


Extra resources for training new LEOS

New LEOS are the future of the state, This is why I feel that adequate training and resources should be available so under the Reform Stewardship we will be looking at having the best of the best delivering training and with this, generous rewards will be given.

ZERO Tolerance to Leader Corruption

During my time in state, my party and I have noticed that there is somewhat an amount of leader corruption, this is where leaders friends are failing to follow standard procedures and rules but no further action is taken, If a new LEO makes a mistake they are penalized for this, We do not think this is acceptable. We encourage for anyone who has suffered this to come forward and together we can stop this from happening again

Ranks are earned not given

We the Reform Stewardship party believe that no matter your background, ranks within orgs should be earned and not given because of who you are friends with. We will encourage that org leaders to follow this as it builds trust with the citizens.

Regular City Meetings

I would also like to pledge that under the Reform Stewardship, We would like to have weekly meetings at Capital to here the feedback from you, the citizens. This is to ensure everything we do it's to you standard as this is YOUR city.

Organisation Olympics and PR Events

This would be used to boost morale within the orgs, We would have a day where the best compete against each other for a reward, This could range from shooting, races, bike riding, running and base jumping.
I would also like to introduce inter org events, This could include War games / Cops n Robbers etc.

Founded by Johny Gustava on 25th February 2023

I am Johny Gustava, i have been aware of the 4 walls from my childhood as well. Against all odds, I received an education and practice in the legal profession. All this while I kept chugging away and eventually made it to the position of Judge, where thanks to misunderstood justice i was able serve my people in Los Santos. But that was not enough for my journey to end. I looked to spread my influence as i worked in multiple well known organizations such as FIB, LSPD,NG and EMS gaining high ranking positions. Yet, for all of these achievements, I could not get fulfilled.

I felt my real calling come alive through doing these ambulances in the EMS. In my role as EMS Chief, I had come to realize that supporting people during life's poignant moments of vulnerability really was home for me. Serving in that position, however, over time revealed to me the depths of destabilization within Los Santos and the need for something more substantial; a community where people could live without fear.

With that understanding, I have chosen to commit myself even further in service by seeking the office of Governor. I promise to use the experience that I have gained as a teacher and folder by but has a table, Along with it — with my team is not afraid of either corruption or public services well for every citizen's voice. Then, and only then can we conceive of holding our heads high in a Los Santos that actually feels like more than one monstrous city on life support.

We will grow our resources, strengthen efficiencies and maintain the highest standards of fairness to create a legal system that is worthy of great confidence; granting everyone protection under the law, equally dispensing justice.

• Our Policies Integrity & Anti-Corruption: We strive to create a culture of transparency and accountability in government bodies. We are restraining, trying audits, fast reviews and we made a fair anti corruption program to have ethical governance which will bring Public Trust. Our administration ensures integrity and being of service to the welfare of our citizens by taking seriously a proactive role in tackling corruption.

• Empowered Workplaces – We will ensure that work environments benefit both employers and employees. Our interests include working together, protecting employment opportunities and providing healthy work surroundings. We have a professional growth and reward system we will continue to develop as our company grows. We want safe firearm use and responsibility to the primary focus, by having real standards in place and training for comprehensive safety before you can own one. This approach ensures that only the right people are well equipped to keep themselves safe / support your community effectively and protects public safety.​

• Compliant Tattoo Practices: Another component to consider is that every aspect of the tattoos at our organization has strict directions and training so we can meet legal requirements. We, therefore enforce this regulation to help all maintain the appropriateness of any tattoos given that some may be illegal or unsuitable for our environment. This policy underscores our commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism within our organization.

• INTREGRITY AND TRUST: Safety and well being of our community, all members passed extensive background checks We require for clean records from those who become part of our team as we target to having the trustworthiest and most secure person on board. Our commitment to rigorous background checks helps us form a high performing and samite team who brings with them the values of being honest, blameworthy accountable in all tracks.

• Ages at Joining: Individuals are more than welcome to begin their journey with us from the age of 5, taking part in activities and learning experiences that cater for growth & development based on a variety of factors including Age. With this early exposure and mentoring, we hope to develop skills at an age-applicable level in order for them to progress alongside our team with growing experience as the student advances.

In the beginning, Ever since i joined this city all LEOs Displayed great commitment and proffesionalism with there quick response times, helping other People and just in general working together to impliment a form of unity. It was like that was the only path for me and i quickly joined SAHP. SAHP was my first ever ORG all though i didnt get high command in SAHP they still showed me a sense of kindness (this was years ago) They taught me the basics and i gained alot of experience and knowledge from them. I later came back around 2 terms ago joined USSS again as an Special Agent i was very lucky to get this spot and proved my self with my hard Work professionalism and great dedication (completed 70 hours on duty for 2 weeks straight) the term sadly ended and Mr Mathew Blackheart was the Leader. Next Comes Mr Stew Johnson who in my opinion was one of the best leaders he taught us proffesionalism and when and where to be serious I quickly Climed the Ranks of USSS becoming USSS captain and also given the chance by Elliot Longg to join internal affairs due to my great work ambition and advanced knowledge. putting in tremendous hours working closely with the High commands Off all departments and given the opportunity to bcome the Deputy Director of both USSS and IA i wasnt given this promotion because of being close with some of the high commands i was given this because i portrayed great professionalism within everything. not being afraid to give my opinion on anything and generally socialing with everyone in the city no matter who you were i knew what would bring us trouble providing things out of my own pocket and generally creating a nice and proffesional work enviorment for me and my colleagues Ending the term on a great positive note. I am Johny Gustava, i have been aware of the 4 walls from my childhood as well. Against all odds, I received an education and practice in the legal profession. All this while I kept chugging away and eventually made it to the position of Judge, where thanks to misunderstood justice i was able serve my people in Los Santos. But that was not enough for my journey to end. I looked to spread my influence as i worked in multiple well known organizations such as FIB, LSPD,NG and EMS gaining high ranking positions. Yet, for all of these achievements, I could not get fulfilled.

I felt my real calling come alive through doing these ambulances in the EMS. In my role as EMS Chief, I had come to realize that supporting people during life's poignant moments of vulnerability really was home for me. Serving in that position, however, over time revealed to me the depths of destabilization within Los Santos and the need for something more substantial; a community where people could live without fear.

With that understanding, I have chosen to commit myself even further in service by seeking the office of Governor. I promise to use the experience that I have gained as a teacher and folder by but has a table, Along with it — with my team is not afraid of either corruption or public services well for every citizen's voice. Then, and only then can we conceive of holding our heads high in a Los Santos that actually feels like more than one monstrous city on life support.
