Founded by Johny Gustava on 25th February 2023
I am Johny Gustava, i have been aware of the 4 walls from my childhood as well. Against all odds, I received an education and practice in the legal profession. All this while I kept chugging away and eventually made it to the position of Judge, where thanks to misunderstood justice i was able serve my people in Los Santos. But that was not enough for my journey to end. I looked to spread my influence as i worked in multiple well known organizations such as FIB, LSPD,NG and EMS gaining high ranking positions. Yet, for all of these achievements, I could not get fulfilled.
I felt my real calling come alive through doing these ambulances in the EMS. In my role as EMS Chief, I had come to realize that supporting people during life's poignant moments of vulnerability really was home for me. Serving in that position, however, over time revealed to me the depths of destabilization within Los Santos and the need for something more substantial; a community where people could live without fear.
With that understanding, I have chosen to commit myself even further in service by seeking the office of Governor. I promise to use the experience that I have gained as a teacher and folder by but has a table, Along with it — with my team is not afraid of either corruption or public services well for every citizen's voice. Then, and only then can we conceive of holding our heads high in a Los Santos that actually feels like more than one monstrous city on life support.

- Our Policies Integrity & Anti-Corruption: We strive to create a culture of transparency and accountability in government bodies. We are restraining, trying audits, fast reviews and we made a fair anti corruption program to have ethical governance which will bring Public Trust. Our administration ensures integrity and being of service to the welfare of our citizens by taking seriously a proactive role in tackling corruption.
- Empowered Workplaces – We will ensure that work environments benefit both employers and employees. Our interests include working together, protecting employment opportunities and providing healthy work surroundings. We have a professional growth and reward system we will continue to develop as our company grows. We focus only on creating an environment where everyone is empowered and in charge of their lives, which includes a supportive working atmosphere then high production capacity results from increased innovation that yields sustainable economic growth to our country. This policy underscores our commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism within our organization.
- INTREGRITY AND TRUST: Safety and well being of our community, all members passed extensive background checks We require for clean records from those who become part of our team as we target to having the trustworthiest and most secure person on board. Our commitment to rigorous background checks helps us form a high performing and samite team who brings with them the values of being honest, blameworthy accountable in all tracks.
- Ages at Joining: Individuals are more than welcome to begin their journey with us from the age of 5, taking part in activities and learning experiences that cater for growth & development based on a variety of factors including Age. With this early exposure and mentoring, we hope to develop skills at an age-applicable level in order for them to progress alongside our team with growing experience as the student advances.

L.S.U.P was formed in July 2024
Our Campaign Objectives & Promises:
First: Corruption needs to be eradicated within the state. We promise to fight corruption and clean up the state, making sure that all citizens feel safe . I promise if elected to fight all forms of corruption wherever they might be found .
Second: USSS will be made available to make sure all the services the capitol provides are delivered in a timely manner, Gun Licenses, Home Insurance, Family Creation, there will always be USSS there to provide.Hiring more people and training our secret service agents will be a top priority ensuring not only there would be enough agents to man both capital and DOC , but that they can do their duties in a professional manner and in accordance to the law .
Third: The DOC will always be protected, making sure that the prisoners remain behind bars for their crimes, thus making the state a better, safer place for its many citizens. Furthermore we will keep in place current measures and have agents stationed inside and outside the DOC thus ensuring that inmates are provided with the appropriate amount of supervision and assistance .
Fourth: The USSS will provide assistance to all other LEO's in their times of need, ensuring that no matter what the issue within the state, USSS will make their presence known. Assisting other law enforcement organizations is one of our top priorities. We will have a strong government presence in any and all situations that call for our help , ensuring that both LEO`s and citizens are kept safe .
Fift : Lowering the prices of all of our services , thus making them more affordable to citizens .
Sixt : Improve coordination and interoperability between organizations , ensuring that we all have a strong response to any and all threats .

“Together For a Better Tomorrow”
L.S.U.P was formed in July 2024
Our Campaign Objectives & Promises:
First: Corruption needs to be eradicated within the state. We promise to fight corruption and clean up the state, making sure that all citizens feel safe . I promise if elected to fight all forms of corruption wherever they might be found .
Second: USSS will be made available to make sure all the services the capitol provides are delivered in a timely manner, Gun Licenses, Home Insurance, Family Creation, there will always be USSS there to provide.Hiring more people and training our secret service agents will be a top priority ensuring not only there would be enough agents to man both capital and DOC , but that they can do their duties in a professional manner and in accordance to the law .
Third: The DOC will always be protected, making sure that the prisoners remain behind bars for their crimes, thus making the state a better, safer place for its many citizens. Furthermore we will keep in place current measures and have agents stationed inside and outside the DOC thus ensuring that inmates are provided with the appropriate amount of supervision and assistance .
Fourth: The USSS will provide assistance to all other LEO's in their times of need, ensuring that no matter what the issue within the state, USSS will make their presence known. Assisting other law enforcement organizations is one of our top priorities. We will have a strong government presence in any and all situations that call for our help , ensuring that both LEO`s and citizens are kept safe .
Fift : Lowering the prices of all of our services , thus making them more affordable to citizens .
Sixt : Improve coordination and interoperability between organizations , ensuring that we all have a strong response to any and all threats .

When I first arrived in our great city, I had a strong sense of justice. I chose to work within LEO’s as soon as I was able to do so. Flitting between orgs for different terms, I attained high ranking positions in them all, proving my understanding of the state, always hoping to make it better for the citizens. The ranks I have achieved are as follows:
National Guard: Brigadier General
SAHP: Lieutenant [Internal Affairs HC]
LSPD: Commissioner and SWAT HC
GOV: Head of USSS ; Deputy Director of Internal Affairs; Chief of Staff of HR
FIB: Special Agent 2
Having experience in all the LEO’s has enabled me to have a much greater understanding of how best to serve the state, and ensure the safety of not just the fine men & women in our LEO’s, but also all our citizens.
Criteria To Join The Party:
-Must be minimum 5 years IC, 16 years OOC.
-Have a clean background (No criminal structures or prison terms).
-No hand or face tattoos.
-Able to speak and understand basic English, and have a working voice box.
-Have active health insurance and a gun license.
-Willing to learn, and follow the rules.
