• I have been working in LI for over 2 years now, during my time here i have been the leader of the org, deputy leader as well as HOD for Creative Team. due to all my previous position and as the former Deputy and Current Acting CEO of LI i know what the organization needs and what needs to be done.
• I have been member of several other organizations and also have lead multiple other organizations so i believe the ORG needs someone like me with both great experience in leading a org as well as someone who understands what this org needs right now.
• I my self am a team player. I like to help out people in need and also I listen to what other people have to say and respect the ideas and opinions and take actions accordingly.

3. My advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.

• At the moment there are many rules and guidelines within the ORG that needs to be fixed as there are many rules within Lifeinvader that are not mentioned any where but they exist that will be the first thing i work on.
• I will be increasing the activity within Journalism team to increase their activity to post several articles regarding the situation of the city as well as some other informative articles.
• Will be reworking the bonus system for the ORG as the current bonus system is not that great as some work requires a lot of effort for which at the moment they do not get well paid for it.
• I have few more plans and changes for the ORG to make the ORG a better and friendly place for everyone to stay. Cant mention all the plans i have here due to limited space but will discuss with curators.

• Effective Communication skills is very important because if you not able to understand the situation you will say something which is not necessary so the communication is very important in batter language no f words are good while communication and no such bad words which are coming in your mind make the roleplay bad for yourself and as well as for other kind peoples.
  
  
• I will hire people for ads team so the ADS will be available for 24/7 so the publishing of ads will not stop and citizens will get the ads properly without being delayed on the editorial in the database.
  
  
  
• Promotion and bonuses will be given properly so no favoritism will be there for any member of the organisation, which help new comers to encourage and work hard in the organisation.

1.) I have been in Life Invader from a long time in Journalism and creative i have worked under the 2 good leaders Zack Pluxury now known as Zack goodman and Kazuto Kirigaya. I have been in 2 cities en 2 and en 3 and i have a lot of experience as LI employee and i can be a good leader by improving the old leaders mistake that i think they did. I have served Life invaders For the 3-4 terms in En 2 and 2 terms in en 3. As I am not highcommand I know the problems faced by the employees of Departments.

2.) I have a good knowledge of the ranks and the operations which are done by LI. I have been in Life invaders Since i joined the city it is either en2 or en3.

3.) I have given a good time in LI and as a leader my vision is the comprehensive growth of all.

4.) I am very professional and polite to other citizens. And professinalism is a necessary quality to be done in the life invaders.

5.) I want to show people that new players can also become a leader of org.

6.) I have been a journalism intern to Journalism Senior and also i have started working as intern of Creative team. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

If I become the Leader I will improve a various things in the org.which as follows -

1.) I will post 2 articles daily in cnn and i will provide training to all like how to play the role of them correctly which are like in the other orgs like ems and all. how to do on spot reporting and the interview and all,these things are literally like out of the org or we can say dead things, i want to revive these things and encouraging my employees to do these things.

2.) I will start encouraging them to do on spot reporting like if a event is happening so 2-3 journalist go together and do the broadcast of that event.

3.) I will improve the selection system to improve RP in the org.

4.) I will host various events so the ORG should be online most of the time in my term.

5.) I will make HODs to those who are capable of that and Online for the convenience of all.

6.) I will hire more in ads department as we can see the delay of ads department and also give them training (mentioned it in above point) and so their mistakes can get
corrected.

I will discuss further with the curators if i got selected leadership.

1) To begin with, I have been in Lifeinvader for several terms now and I have successfully laddered up to DHoD of HR, DHoD of Journalism and eventually to HoD of Creative. I've been a Lifeinvader high command more than 2-3 terms now and with this background I believe it highlights my commitment to the organization and describes my ability to lead the organization and contribute for it.

2) Secondly, as I have knowledge and experience about this particular organization, I am confident that I can also share my knowledge with others and teach them so that they can have the clear idea about our organization and it's works. With this I believe I can make a huge impact inside the organization, I can get better outcome and these can be very much effective to make ourselves better day by day.

3) Lastly, I will observe what's missing and what needs improvement inside the organization, will maintain a friendly environment where no one is afraid to share their opinions, free to share knowledge among others and will make sure that Lifeinvader is performing at it's best by showing high activity during events and in general. I will try my utmost best to make the term a remarkable one.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1) Firstly, I'll take initiative to balance the Ads pricing. According to my perspective the price increase of LI ads recently have effected the city and it's hard for some of the new citizens are having trouble to afford it and also the business owners mentioned their problems and needs for the changes. So, I'll try my best to find a solution for it and balance the pricing to improve the experience of RolePlay level and will make sure to find a balanced solution for both side (employees and the citizens).

2) Secondly, I'll make changes for the quota system according to the organization needs and to improve the effectiveness of our work for the Ads team. I will also try to make other departments such as Creative and Journalism a bit more effective for the Roleplay experience of the city. Such as I will assign the Journalism for more active works and Creative can take lead for the events and manage it all through to make it more exciting.

3) Thirdly, I will bring changes for the hiring process as from my perspective I have noticed some flaws with it and I want to take steps to fix and bring changes so everyone can have better opportunity to be a part of our organization and can grow within us. Along with that, I will also improve the training for the interns who join such as sharing the knowledge about how all the department works or help them to find themselves a suitable department, what are the opportunities that they can have etc. so they can have a clear idea about how our organization works.

4) Lastly, I'd like to be more regular with with the bonuses and ranking process inside the organization. I will maintain regular promotions based on every individuals activities and skills and their ability. Every individual will have opportunities in the organization and I can promise that everyone will get appointed to their respective positions based on their efforts. Also will manage to provide the bonuses in time to the respected employees. Thus, I believe no one will be disappointed and with that I can improve the RolePlay level in the organization.
