- In in En2 server when I started playing I joined gangs at first then the first legal organization I had joined in this server is SAHP. I thinks that SAHP is the OG legal organization in which we can do the proper role play from issuing insurance to busting criminals all are very realistic to do. So this is enough as the first reason.

- As a successful Ex leader of LSPD and being like 08 times in SAHP as a Chief commander (28 rank) and as a Ex-Undersheriff (29 rank) I gained the max experience for becoming the leader and manage this organization by my self.

- As from the very beginning I am totally invested in SAHP and when I got the news that SAHP application re-opens after my first term ends I didn't took the second term of LSPD and I really want to complete two successful terms of SAHP and after that I will take a little break and then I will take all legal organization leader ship and continue my streak.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- Disciplined : Making SAHP the most disciplinary organization is my motive. I will maintain discipline and I will remodify the discipline structure of SAHP for this term.

- Internal rules : I will re-desgin some internal rules that I am not able to change without being a leader. With this little changes I can make SAHP the most successful organization.

- Weekly Promotions : I will organize weekly promotion ceremonies as my last LSPD term to courage and make them most dedicated for hardworking.

- Regular trainings : I will organize some regular basis trainings for officers like Arena trainings,Fake Hostage situation,ATM protection scenarios to let my officers experience the most.

- Maintain Professionalism : I will make my officers more professional by giving them proper classes and I will identify a new category named " Student Academy " in my time.

- Document Update : I will update the documents of the organization and make it too easy to understand for my officers easy trainings.

- Department activities : I will work on my departments that I will assign and appoint a few dedicated officers to improve the quality of my departments.

Human Resources and Training :
This department known as HR gives their best to new officers in training and recruiting a lot of new officers in departments.

SWAT : These officers are special units recruited by the leader of legal organizations. These units are heavily armoured and good at controlling any situation with their tactics and skills.

Internal Affairs : This department will handle all the internal matters of the organization that includes all members license checkup, disciplinary actions, regular background checks, and members can also share if they are having any problem in the org with this department.

Highway Patrol : This unit known as HWP works for SAHP and makes sure that their is not crime and they mainly roams in the city and gives fines, Bust criminals and a lot of activity in city.

The very first organization I joined is the San Andreas Highway Patrol. I consider it as a place where I feel home-like; I just love going to work there. It's one of the vital police law enforcement agencies that greatly facilitates keeping the city running without riots and disturbances. Maximum gang activities always take place on the highways, so it becomes the task for the good work of SAHP in active dealing and training with those situations.

1. Throughout the last 2.5 years, I played Grand RP. Over the years, I acquired much experience and knowledge as a law enforcement officer. My journey started as a trainee in San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), which is my first ever organization in the city, and then rose up to be an Undersheriff. Being the Undersheriff in my former two months serving term, it involved much giving since I was applying my knowledge and experiences. In so doing, I gained the trust and respect from many people, including fellow law enforcement members, high commands, and leaders from different organizations. Having the strong relationship within the community, which over the years I have learned so much, and through which I am prepared to accept responsibility within the organization. My experience and leadership skills, as well as passion in this field of law enforcement, set me up well for this kind of responsibility.

2. Always dedicated to turning SAHP into a great organization. For me, it would be well-running operations from the lobbies to events with active involvement. I would like to work on establishing an environment where every trooper is engaged, professional, and proactive in what they do. Through structured scheduling and clear expectations, I would be activating this term to its fullest strength. I will build a team here not as colleagues but as a family supporting and uplifting each other in achieving shared success for that role.

3. In the two years that I have been at SAHP, I have seen how teamwork transforms even the most daunting challenges into successes. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1.
Everyone will get equal treatment and no favoritism so all troopers have the equal chance to present their capabilities.

2. The Bonus system will be very strong which will encourage dedicated and working troopers so the morale and engagement can be improved

3. Better collaboration with others and realistic scenario presentation is something I want to do to enhance role play interactions between SAHP and others.

4. Clear boundary establishment with LSPD to avoid conflict and cooperate smoothly.

5. SAHP will remain active, with lobbies consistently covered and full participation in key events.

6. Troopers will receive top tier training to handle any situation professionally, raising the role-play standard across the board.

Ans - I wanna be the leader of this organisation because it's organisation which is completely apart and in a different place making it unique and I have preety good experience in it and all the legal org allowing me to handle it smoothly.

2nd res- I wanna make it the most active organisation in the city as we can see in many terms it had not been so active and people think LSPD is better then Sahp and I wanna prove that wrong by making it the most active legal organisation, and prove that Sahp is no less then lspd

3rd reason - Experience in legal org , I have experience of all the legal org I have seen many terms experienced it and learnt by their mistakes. And I can handle any situation easily.

1) Professionalism can highly increase quality roleplay in server

2) Well known to rules of the server so that everyone can experience a better rp

3) Well known to legislation, I will hire a good DA who can teach my officers about the legislation, it will be compulsory for every one even for deputy and Leader.

4) Well known to all the commands like /me / do and /try. It will improve roleplay

5) Always a active officer on the gate of hq for selling insurance and licence


6) Always actives officer on highway so that no one can do highway robbery


7) Regular promotion ceremony every week so that officers would be motivated to tldo the work

8) No favourtalism, no hcs will give rank to their friends without proper interview!!

San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) was the first organization that I joined. It is kind of my home; I just love it to work there. It is one of the important law enforcement agencies that plays a significant role in running the city peacefully. Maximum gang activities always take place on the highways, so it is important for SAHP to be active and have good training to handle those situations.

2.1 Experience in Legal Orgs

Since starting of my career in the city, I have always tried to explore and gain experience in the Legal Organizations in the city which gave me the opportunity to gain more and more experience within the Organizations. After working in the Organizations i got the opportunity to become the Governor of that State, being at that position, i understood the pros and cons of a Law Enforcement Agency. That’s why i believe that i can become the Leader of SAHP.

2.2 Ability to manage SAHP
After spending some time in legal organizations like NG, GOV, LSPD. I joined SAHP to explore and manage the crimes occurring within Blaine County, from there I got the chance to develop my experience and abilities which enabled me to manage a team of SAHP Officers by being at a high rank. That’s why i want to become the Leader of SAHP and manage the Blaine County.


2.3 Vision to Improve Departments within SAHP
In my experience with the SAHP, I have noticed that the Departments which are there in the San Andreas Highway Patrol are not doing there works upto the mark which they should do in order to improve the functionality and smoothness between all the employees of the SAHP. Alongside that, i have noticed some more issues also, which I want to improve by becoming the Sheriff of SAHP.


3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

3.1 Improving Public Relations:

What i have noticed in my experience within SAHP, the leaders do not focus on communicating and engaging with the citizens of the State of San Andreas. That’s why after becoming the Sheriff i will start conducting Interesting and Intreractive events for the citizens, Doing so will help in improving Roleplay Level for sure between the Organization and the citizens.

3.2 Managing the working Atmosphere in SAHP:
At some point of time in my experience, i have noticed that the new employees in any state organization goes through some toxicity very often from their high commands, because of that the new employees don’t get a nice working atmosphere and they feel bored while working in SAHP. That’s why i will focus to improve the working atmosphere within SAHP so that the employees can give their best to the organization.

3.3 Enforcing Speed Limit on Highways:
The employees of SAHP get a radar to use while they are on duty, very few people know that they can use the radar to issue fines to speeding vehicles. After becoming the Sheriff i will ensure that every officer within SAHP will get that training so that they can issue fines to speeding vehicles by being at a spot beside the Highways.

3.4 Working with the National Guards:
As the headquarters of SAHP and the National Guards are very near to each other, I will maintain good relations with National Guard soldiers and conduct combined operations to keep the highway clean and crime-free.

2.1 Attachment With SAHP:

I always wanted to work in SAHP to help people in need and patrol the highway so that I can keep the criminal activities away from the highways. When I got the opportunity to join SAHP I grabbed it and worked very hard there to help people. I was very attached with SAHP because it genuinely helped me to gain experience and to deal with the criminal activities outside the city.

2.2 Dedication For SAHP:

Since the beginning of my career in SAHP I have been very honest and worked really hard for SAHP. Because of my outstanding work and capabilities I became a high command in a short spam of time, which gave me an opportunity and platform to develop leadership skills and qualities. I was working day and night to contribute towards SAHP and make the highways crime free. That was the reason I developed lots of dedication towards SAHP. This is why I want to become the leader of SAHP and show my Love and dedication towards SAHP.

2.3 Guiding everyone with my experience:

Before the time I spent in SAHP I got a chance to become The EMS Chief, being the EMS Chief I led a successful and outstanding term which was active throughout the full time span. Because of that my team leading skills got leveled up and I also gained a lot of experience being a leader of an organization. After that I became a Chief Commander in SAHP which gave me more confidence as a Police Officer. I believe i can use this experience and leadership skills to lead the San Andreas Highway Patrol . This is also one of the reason I want to become the leader of SAHP.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Improving the S.W.A.T Department:

Throughout my experience in Law Enforcement Organizations i.e. LSPD and SAHP, I have noticed that the S.W.A.T agents are not doing their duty properly i.e. protecting the Chief and they should be the first units to respond at any emergency situations. I will appoint a Department Chief who has proper knowledge about these basic things. So that the department can get the best guidance and training possible. I will personally ensure that each and every unit in S.W.A.T is doing their work properly and are trained to Fearless in the combat situations.

3.2 Preparing every Officer for Hostage Negotiations:

I have noticed in my experience while being in legal organizations, many times there have been hostage situations when there was no trained negotiater present at situation who can handle it properly, even I have also experienced that when I was new and wasn't trained for these situations. This is why I will ensure that most of the units will be trained and prepared to deal with these kind of situations. I will also conduct regular drills to ensure every unit is fluent enough.

3.3 Revision Classes for New Officers.

I have noticed that the new officers hesitate to clear their doubts or to ask questions if they have any confusion . So in order to solve this issue i have planned to conduct revision classes for the new officers so that they won't
have to hesitate to ask about their doubts. I would personally appoint a senior officer who will be given the duty to host the sessions at regular interval.
