1. i want to be leader because i have been leader of 3 gang and total 4 term of gang leadership and as you can assume i like crime side a lot and i want to become leader of bloods since i have not taken leadership of bloods so i want to take leadership of bloods and make it most active like i did with families and vagos i will make it active and also with my experience it will have very less rule break as in my last vagos term we barely had any warns

2.i want to take advantage of bloods hq location because i think it not used enough it has best location for hostage situation and also you can leave or enter ghetto very fast and it also has fast highway routes so with that i can even do more activity then i did in vagos where instead of me doing 18-19 store per week i could do same thing but with hostage and it would bring money that i can give good bonus so i can get good shooter for just event and cland making sure we have steady supply of Ammunition and with added advantage my past experience i know best decision to take that should i run or hide as such

1. good bonus : as i dont have shortage of money and i also have support of big families i can offer very good and high amount of bonus in my gang

2. Bond over money: like my all other term my main thing is that you enjoy what you do so if you can make a gang or state org member choose bonds your member have with each other instead of more bonus or rank is other gang is giving then you won as leader

3. interview for knowledge not rank : as i seen lot of guys know only basic stuff so they get rejected and then do rule break like rdm so in my term interview will be taken for knowledge and good if they are so new we cant take them we explain to them and make the m understand and if we find new guy who need help we will give them our version of gang training

♦ 1st reason: I was the part of the Los Santos Vagos gang as a Leader. I organised activities with friends, learnt valuable lessons, and built connections. If I get selected for an interview, I'll use my past network and knowledge to lead this gang with a past reputation.

♦ 2nd reason: I have learnt from respected legal organisations like the FIB, SAHP, and NG. Understanding how they work gives our gang an advantage. This will help us predict their moves and stay ahead strategically.

♦ 3rd reason: My gang will make its mark in the ghetto through expressive graffiti and synchronised gunfights. We’ll target 24/7 stores and Gun Stores for daring events. Exciting events with battleships and submarines will keep us ahead. Recruiting turf control experts is key to our dominance. Our legacy will earn respect and cement our influence in the community.


3. Your advice for improving Role-Play level in organization.

By communicating clearly and adhering to the guidelines, my group will maintain the excitement of the role play. I'll plan activities to improve the role-playing experience. Skills will be developed through regular training, and everyone will be motivated by acknowledging efforts. Let's make it lively and enjoyable so that everyone can participate. Below, I will share my creative thoughts.


❂ Focus and Goal: The main goal will be to make sure that everyone plays appropriate and imaginative role-playing games. I'll actively push participants to improvise, try new things, and push themselves in creative role-play scenarios.

❂ Communication and Coordination: Gang members' role-play experience will be improved by using forums or out-of-game communication channels like Discord, which allow for easier planning and cooperation outside of RP scenarios. In order to promote a culture of learning and development, I will also provide members constructive criticism and acknowledge them.

❂ Bonding and Trustworthiness: My main objective is to forge strong bonds among Blood Street Gang members by fostering loyalty and trust. I will show the gang that I am dependable and loyal, and I demand the same of each member.

1) I started my journey as a gang member. I have been part of Marabunta, ballas, Families and bloods. I think i will be one of the best leaders of The Bloods Street Gang due to my love towards bloods gang. I have join many gangs but I see that I can fit my self as a bloods leader.

2) My goal for the team is to create a beneficial influence the community while ensuring we stay true to our team's core mission. I've already laid out strategies for attracting new members and enhancing our outreach, leveraging my family's standing and network within the city. I am committed to achieving complete turf coverage, and I will ensure that my leaders are accountable and concentrated our objectives. If someone doesn't meet our expectations, I will not hesitate to implement changes for the overall improvement of the group.

3) Taking responsibility for our gang's actions is crucial for upholding our integrity. As the leader, I will ensure that everyone adheres to the rules while also accepting my own share of accountability for our collective achievements My goal is to create an organization that is not only and feared in the game but also admired for our commitment to fair play, community building, and ongoing development.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
To improve roleplay within the gang, I intend to form a dedicated team of seasoned members who can provide and instructions to new recruits. This team will also take charge of actively bringing in new members during designated times and dates, adhering to a structured procedure and recruitment guide to ensure uniformity.

Additionally, I plan to create a gang Human Resource who will manage and train people of the group. These will help gang members to increase in skills for those participating in activities such as robberies, house burglaries, and car theft etc.
