1.- I want to be Leader of bloods because in the past I have seen and realised that not many gangs push for good rp within other organisations and civilians. I want to change that and push the more roleplay in grand rp. I am from the UK and I think that everyone should have a place to go to. I do not discriminate. I want to be leader mainly to make roleplay within other people and make sure everyone has a good time. ~2~ I will not discriminate no matter what race/gender or beliefs and it will not be tolerated in my gang.

~4~ I will try my hardest to get 100% turf and I will make sure my turf team know what they are doing.

I would ensure every gang member of mine knows the rules and i would make sure they know what there doing. I would not be accepting under level 5 and if any gang member is caught braking a rule they will be blacklisted immediately.

I will train Newbies who are joining gangs what are unscripted green zones because when i was deputy i saw many guys getting demorgan by gods for doing robberies in unscripted greenzone i will make them learn all the things and how a gangster should do his role play. Most of the time, FailRP comes from people simply not following a rule. For example, two cars trying to stop one individual. The individual will take off most of the time, resulting in FailRP. If each and every member knows the rules extensively, it will make RP for everyone go much smoother.And will do highway robbery and hostage situations to spread the terror and enhance the roleplay.I will make Ghetto that much active that normal player or even LEOs should have fear to enter it. 1 | First reason is the most basic reason although I'm new in city but I have gained 10 years of experience in this city already and being reaching till here. 3 | I'll create max RP situations on daily basis in order to make it more interesting for my gang members as well as other orgs involved but keeping in mind and following all the rules

3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. good bonus : as i dont have shortage of money and i also have support of big families i can offer very good and high amount of bonus in my gang

2. Bond over money: like my all other term my main thing is that you enjoy what you do so if you can make a gang or state org member choose bonds your member have with each other instead of more bonus or rank is other gang is giving then you won as leader

3. interview for knowledge not rank : as i seen lot of guys know only basic stuff so they get rejected and then do rule break like rdm so in my term interview will be taken for knowledge and good if they are so new we cant take them we explain to them and make the m understand and if we find new guy who need help we will give them our version of gang training

(a) I have good experience in all illegal organizations and was high command also in every gangs and lead many terms successful and i want to level up my skills by becoming the leader of Bloods and complete my goals in this roleplay server , This leadership will give me chance to show my leadership skills

(b) I will complete my term with no warns and no verbals , also complete the season by doing 100 percent turf and I will also make a turf team that consists of many old leaders and many deputies and real turfers also. I have experienced deputies who will be active and manage if in case , i am not active .

- We will perform better Roleplay during any Hostage Situations, Store Robberies, and Gun Store Robberies.
- We will attend every Event as well as Territory, Turf, Clands, and Battleship too.
- I will make sure that every member uses RP Commands.
- We will do different location Store and gun store robbery.
- no favoritism, so people work harder and to achieve rank and bonuses.
- I will bring max numbers in gang so that there always crime going on in city / ghetto.
- Members who attend every possible event will get maximum bonuses.
