1.- I want to be Leader of bloods because in the past I have seen and realised that not many gangs push for good rp within other organisations and civilians. I want to change that and push the more roleplay in grand rp. I am from the UK and I think that everyone should have a place to go to. I do not discriminate. I want to be leader mainly to make roleplay within other people and make sure everyone has a good time. I already have a very solid turf team ready to go and I know they know what they are doing and I believe we can take over turfs with the team I have. I have been in a legal organisation for a couple terms and I understand LEOS and how it can be boring sometimes in certain scenarios and I will try my hardest to make sure everyone is having a good time no matter if your the lowest rank or the highest.

2.- I vow that as a leader I will choose smart deputy's and make sure that every event is being attended with as many people as possible. I will make sure to follow all the leader rules and push bloods to its full potential in grand. 2) As I have been high command in many gangs so I have made many friends who have been high command, deputy and also the leader of the gang. I will make my gang one of the most terror gang among all. I will train Newbies who are joining gangs what are unscripted green zones because when i was deputy i saw many guys getting demorgan by gods for doing robberies in unscripted greenzone i will make them learn all the things and how a gangster should do his role play. Most of the time, FailRP comes from people simply not following a rule. For example, two cars trying to stop one individual. The individual will take off most of the time, resulting in FailRP. If each and every member knows the rules extensively, it will make RP for everyone go much smoother.And will do highway robbery and hostage situations to spread the terror and enhance the roleplay.I will make Ghetto that much active that normal player or even LEOs should have fear to enter it. 1 | First reason is the most basic reason although I'm new in city but I have gained 10 years of experience in this city already and being reaching till here. I am currently in Vagos and I know well about criminal orgs. I have good experience in EN3. I worked as Marabunta deputy there as well so I'm a curious person in every field so now is the time for me to start exploring things from the front and lead the path for my fellow mates and dominate everywhere.

1 | In order to increase activity of my gang I'll try to give max bonuses after every event no matter we win or lose this will indirectly motivate people to attend more events.

2 | In events like FZ raid or battleship everything will be for gang members itself for gang there will be only half armor plates. This will attract them to get free loot

3 | I'll create max RP situations on daily basis in order to make it more interesting for my gang members as well as other orgs involved but keeping in mind and following all the rules
