2.1 I have experience as a High Command in both legal and illegal and i have more experience in illegal as under deputy and Deputy so this will help me run the gang. and also i want to experience the leadership and i have selected bloods specially because i want to start my leadership experience with the gang i firstly joined.

2.2 I Have Been in gangs not all of the times but the most of the times and i have gained the required experience to be the leader and made me encourage to apply for this position. And I want to make this term of the bloods remembered, the most strongest term and to be remembered in the bloods history

2.3 I want to bring back the greatness and the majesty of the bloods in the city. 3.1 I will Take Interviews That are Strict and harder than usual and that will help me to hire experienced and more punctual members, If they fail I will inform them about the rules and correct them.

3.2 I want to make bloods the most active gang in the city and to do the same I will hire Deputies and members those who are in city at nightime also.

3.3 To improve the RP Quality of the organisation I will introduce a good bonus system that will motivate my members

3.4 I will change the ranking system, so that everyone gets their rank on the basis of their activity not because they are freind of the HC

3.5 I will make sure that every active member will attend the majority of the events and show the activity of bloods

Back story:- My name is Vinel Smok, i’m a citizen of Los Santos. I was born 1st may 2023 in Grand RP EN2 Pillbox hospital. Since childhood i was topper in school and i was dreaming to be a good citizen of los santos. After i finish my studies when i was 10 i join state orgs and get some experience. But after some time i quite my job for higher ups bulling behavior . Then my friend Franklin pull me to crime world, as last option i join and make my name in ghetto, arena and all events .

1. Players Inactivity:- as i can see in city many players join org then they got inactivity and leave the org soo i want to control it
2. Not timely bonus:- some members do work but no payment in time, i want to fix it .
3. My experience:- I'm the all gang Ex high command 14 & 15th rank and in legal orgs like SAHP , LSPD, NG - 28 .
4. Training and interview properly:- Training & interview – new members not getting proper training, they do mistakes and get banned for major rule break in rp setuation . Some HC also do favoritism, giving rank to only friends.

Conclusion:-If i become leader i will handle these problems and help new players who join crime world
