2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

Purple colors have always been my favorites, and I want the last unsuccessful terms to end with me. I think I can do it and I want to make ballas the strongest organization..


I think the other gangs in the city are separate from each other. I want to make peace with all of them and have fun against the cops. I want to reactivate the ghetto without hurting anyone and get along with everyone and finish a good term.


Lately I have seen that the deputies do the work of the gangs more than the leaders. I don't agree with this view. I will not stop working after I take the leadership, I will distribute roles with my strong friends and I will not include inactive people in my management team.


I have a strong group of friends behind me, I know I will never be alone, and they will help me in a scenario where we will bring new things to the city and inform people who are unknown and don't have enough information yet.


We won't be like the mobs that only attend events to complete weekly tasks, we will attend as many events as possible and make them colorful by being more people.

I will organize global events and make sure that our gang members and other people in the city don't get bored, I don't want there to be an idle moment.


Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

I will organize a team to do graffiti and give them nice bonuses.

I will try to make 100% turf and I will build the right team for that.

I will try to fix the selfish structure in the city, cooperate with gangs and be active.

We will become the most active organization in the Ghetto and make a name for ourselves without breaking any rules!

I will increase the number of FZ raid and hostage situation and continue to do it even if my missions are over.

I want to make events that are not used and have not been done before.

I respect the rich legacy it has built over the years, and I aim to continue this legacy by making my leadership term one of the most dynamic and memorable ones. With my experience, I believe I can raise the reputation of the Balas to new heights.

2) I have extensive experience in several org. This has allowed me to build strong connections with other leaders, deputies, and high commands who trust my vision. Many of them have expressed their willingness to join me, helping me assemble a strong and active crew that will ensure gang stands out. With the right team and strategies, I can foster a loyal and skilled organization that thrives in every situation.

2) Toxic behavior will not be tolerated under my leadership. I will enforce a respectful and fair environment to maintain a positive reputation for the organization.

3) There will be no favoritism in my term. Everyone will have equal opportunities to grow, based on their performance and dedication.

4) I will actively mentor new players, teaching them the essentials of gang RP, so they feel included and motivated to participate. This will help build a more experienced and cohesive team.
