2.1 When I had joined grand rp i always wanted to join a gang as i thought being in a gang would change my life. But at that time i knew very little about the rules. My first choice was Ballas as i had loved the colour of the gang. The high commands of Ballas also taught me about the rules and from that point onwards Ballas became my favourite gang.
2.2 Being in a gang i can get involved in a lot of criminal activities in which i am interested from a long while and after seeing the gang Ballas i can feel that Ballas is the correct place to get this much experience for its position of hq, lovely interface and high quality of experienced gang members. So I think its another proper reason of being the leader of this gang.
2.3 I have visited most of the gangs of EN2 Server but i have saw the proper manners and the terror of Ballas the most as
in the last term Ballas was on top so I just want to continue the legacy and break the latest record of all the previous leaders.
So I think its enough as the final reason to own this OG terrorist organization

For improving RolePlay level in the organization there will be a separate graffiti team which will be lead by the graffiti leader, also a good turfing team which will respond to every events some examples are clands, battleship, 24/7 Store Robbery, Gun Store Robbery, FZ Raids, Subs,etc.My members will hire people based on their knowledge and experience.

The first thing i will do to improve the rp will be to reduce the toxicity between the gangs by explaining my gang members to avoid the toxicity and play the rp without hearting anyone which will definitely improve the rp

I will give max bonuses to my gang members so that they can show their interest in gang actives as well as the new players will get financial help to get stabled in the server. I will try my best to increase the bonus for those who participate more in gang events which automatically make the gang active as well as the rp will be improved and while doing rp with the leos like in store , hostage situations, Fz robberies, subs , vehicle theft etc there would be a equal fight with each other other which will eventually make fun and interest of peopel while attending gang events.

1. I want to be the leader of Ballas because I want to experience the excitement and thrill of being in charge of criminal activity. Based on my prior experience, I am very capable of leading and managing Ballas, and I also want to prove myself . Ballas will be my fourth gang, and with the help of my team and the large families of the city, where we completed two or three tasks per week in store and hostage and attended every event. 3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1.I've long held the opinion that conducting interviews with members of gangs to see if they are knowledgeable about or have experience with role-playing games will greatly reduce the number of rule violations committed by gangs.

2.As previously stated, I will interview, but I won't simply tell the individual who didn't pass to go; instead, I will explain and assist them with the rules and role-playing, which strengthens relationships and ensures that there are no issues inside the gang.

3.As I previously stated, I enjoy participating in role-playing games and other events, so I want to win them while I have enough support to win with my team. I also hope that as many members of my gang as possible attend the event, and if we win, I will offer them all nice bonuses and make sure they're satisfied.

According to me that admins have to make a vid and post it on youtube to teach atleast some besic rules to the new players or mey be they can cunduct an event in wich they have some lavels when new comers pass they will get rewad so most of the people will do it and try to pick that gift ( it can be a 10k 3 days prime and something like that )

i think we can increase rp like if someone doing fail rp fare rp like this so we dont call the wizard just save pov then we post it before going offline so it will increase rp like when we call admin we have to wait for the admin then it take much tim so insted if we save pov so it will increase it it not mater we post forum or we call admin at the same time he get same punishment so this is all i have

- First of all Since the beginning of my time on Grand RP I've always been part of gangs , I have been Leader and Deputy of The Families gang before, I believe im ready to take a gang once again and will be the most active gang in the city. As a Leader, I will use this previous Leadership experience i have gained to ensure rule compliance within the gang and minimize any rule-breaking incidents. I will teach the new players the basics of Gang RP to make them a real gangster. And I will takeover the whole Turf Season with my team.

- I won't allow any kind of toxicity and disrespect in the gang. We have to respect each other in order to have fun.

- I will personally train my gang members to make them the best shooters in the city , and we will take over the city with the help of them. while following the server rules and doing proper RP.

- I will make sure that the commands /me , /do and /try will be used in events like store robberies , hostage situations to take the RP to a next level .

- No favouritism will be allowed in the gang, gang members should be hired with a proper interview by an experienced High Command. Every gang member should be treated equally.
