Lately I have seen that the deputies do the work of the gangs more than the leaders. I don't agree with this view. I will not stop working after I take the leadership, I will distribute roles with my strong friends and I will not include inactive people in my management team.


I have a strong group of friends behind me, I know I will never be alone, and they will help me in a scenario where we will bring new things to the city and inform people who are unknown and don't have enough information yet.


We won't be like the mobs that only attend events to complete weekly tasks, we will attend as many events as possible and make them colorful by being more people.

I will organize global events and make sure that our gang members and other people in the city don't get bored, I don't want there to be an idle moment.

I will organize a team to do graffiti and give them nice bonuses.

2. good bonds and environment: as i mentioned i will take interview but i will not just tell the person who failed the interview to get out i will explain and help them with rules and rp as it make bonds stronger and also make that there is no problem in gang

Sir first of all i have only take those guys in organization who at least know basic rules.

I only make experienced and hard working people High Command who know about the event and rules not basic rules but also the gang rules. During the event i follow proper Rp and i make sure that every member maintain discipline during the event.

Plan Fun and Regular Events to keep things fresh and exciting, I would organize regular roleplay activities, like gang meetings, FZ raid , Graffiti, Highway Robbery, Ghetto Clapping, Store robbery, Hostage Situation, Battleships, Clands , Subs , Acc etc . These events keep everyone engaged and create more opportunities for members to interact and build relationships.

* I mainly focus to become the Ballas of the most active gang in whole Los Santos. and we do daily activities like FZ , gun store, regular stores and at least one hostage situation a day. They should have some fear to fight with Ballas members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the gang only. i know i can lead a gang very well as i have good experience in all illegal orgs and legal as well.

* My goal is to give new players chances to do things like robbing people and other fun activities, so they don't get bored. I will hold a meeting with the gang every 3 days and a weekly meeting with High Commands . i will make sure no one do any kind of rule break and all.

(i). Firstly I feel like this organization is the perfect start for me as a leader on this project, I have gained enough experience in Roleplay.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

(i). Firstly, These days Roleplay quality of the server is getting terrible day by day because of favouritism, people invites their friends and give them higher ranks even though they don't have knowledge about gang or have experience of being a gangster.
Me personally won't do any kind of favouritism in gang which will improve overall Roleplay quality as I will have knowledgable gangster in my gang with rank according to their experience and knowledge about the gang.

(ii). Secondly, I will make sure to appoint deputies of all the necessary timezones, so we can be the most active gang in the city.

(iii). I will try to make sure that my gang will do all the Criminal activities like Gun Store Robbery, Hostage Situation, Fort Zancudo Raid, BattleShip, Clandestine, etc.

(iv). I will make sure that my gang do proper high quality Roleplay while Gun Store Robberies and Hostage Situations with proper use of /me /do /try /todo commands and not like others who does short and terrible Roleplay while doing these activities.

(v). I will make a perfect turf leader & team with experience to try to achieve 100% turf in my term.

(vi). I won't tolerate a single rule break by my gang members even if they are my friends or knowns, rules apply on everyone and they will get instant removal from the gang no matter how small the rule break is.

- Making sure that I take People only after a Good interview so there's minimal chance of rulebreak during situation
-Making Sure to assigned Proper HC for leading successfully throughout the term
- I will give people Rank according to their Knowledge of rule and make a new rule of making Pov of all interview which will help my gang from getting sabotaged and same applying for all the HC.
- I will make great Bonus system which well help people earn money too
- I will do often hostage situation to earn money and always do activity so that gang member doesn't feel bored.
- Making good Coordination with Gang member to overcome conflicts in gang and win all situation with proper coordination
