1. good bonus : as i dont have shortage of money and i also have support of big families i can offer very good and high amount of bonus in my gang

2. Bond over money: like my all other term my main thing is that you enjoy what you do so if you can make a gang or state org member choose bonds your member have with each other instead of more bonus or rank is other gang is giving then you won as leader

3. interview for knowledge not rank : as i seen lot of guys know only basic stuff so they get rejected and then do rule break like rdm so in my term interview will be taken for knowledge and good if they are so new we cant take them we explain to them and make the m understand and if we find new guy who need help we will give them our version of gang training

1) I started my journey as a gang member. I have been part of Marabunta, ballas, Families and bloods. I think i will be one of the best leaders of The Bloods Street Gang due to my love towards bloods gang. I have join many gangs but I see that I can fit my self as a bloods leader.

Additionally, I plan to create a gang Human Resource who will manage and train people of the group. These will help gang members to increase in skills for those participating in activities such as robberies, house burglaries, and car theft etc.

2.1 When I had joined grand rp i always wanted to join a gang as i thought being in a gang would change my life. But at that time i knew very little about the rules. My first choice was Bloods as i had loved the colour of the gang. The high commands of Bloods also taught me about the rules and from that point onwards Bloods became my favourite gang.
2.2 Being in a gang i can get involved in a lot of criminal activities in which i am interested from a long while and after seeing the gang Bloods i can feel that Bloods is the correct place to get this much experience for its position of hq, lovely interface and high quality of experienced gang members. So I think its another proper reason of being the leader of this gang.
2.3 I have visited most of the gangs of EN2 Server but i have saw the proper manners and the terror of Bloods the most as
in the last term Bloods was on top so I just want to continue the legacy and break the latest record of all the previous leaders.
So I think its enough as the final reason to own this OG terrorist organization
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
For improving RolePlay level in the organization there will be a separate graffiti team which will be lead by the graffiti leader, also a good turfing team which will respond to every events some examples are clands, battleship, 24/7 Store Robbery, Gun Store Robbery, FZ Raids, Subs,etc.My members will hire people based on their knowledge and experience.

One of the things I will do to improve the rp is to make sure that Bloods doesn't break any rules and rp well. I will warn and punish those who don't comply because I can't allow mistakes I want everything to go perfectly.

Also I would like to do focus more on interesting RP situations like store robbery, hostage situation, etc.

1)I want to become leader of bloods because I have spent so much days in this city and I have done very much fun rp in gang with my friends. So, now I want to try something new and gain a new experience as a gang leader.

2) I will try to make the best term of bloods ever. I have seen many gangs disbanding because of inactivity, rule breaks and main reason is turf. But I will make my term most active and I will also try to complete a season in my term. The reason I want to lead Blood is based on my dream of making their legacy relevant once again. Blood is more than a powerful organization-it is a community, and it has so much more potential to do great things.

I come from a High command experience background, so I know the ropes of leading. And because I'm a strategic thinker, I am focused on making Blood the most vibrant and respected gang in the city. Not about dominating events or completing tasks, but more of an equilibrium ecosystem where crime meets creativity and each member feels they are part of something legendary.

Apart from that, the perfect location of Blood allows for innovative RP scenarios, either a pre-planned heist, taken hostage situations, or just ghetto domination.
