(I) I'd like to be the Leader of the Families gang since I have a lot of experience as a Unofficial Org Leader ( my twink ) and Under Deputy in Legal and Illegal Orgs. I know the rules fairly well along with the punishments for these rules.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
   • I want to become a leader of Families because I have good experience so I’m ready to become Families leader.
   • I mainly focus to become the Families the most active gang in whole Los Santos. and we do daily activities like FZ, gun store, regular stores and at least one hostage situation a day. They should have some fear to fight with Families members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the gang only. I know I can lead a gang very well as I have good experience in all illegal orgs and legal as well.
   • My goal is to give new players chances to do things like robbing people and other fun activities, so they don’t get bored. I will hold a meeting with the gang every 3 days and a weekly meeting with High Commands. I will make sure no one do any kind of rule break and all.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in the organization:
   • I will give max bonus to members so they have also contributed their time to make Families most active gang.
   • I will make deputies for different tasks like turf, robberies etc.
   • We will do events like store robbery, FZ raid, gun store robbery or subs on the daily bases.
   • I will give the ranks to the deserving members only. I will make sure there is no favoritism in my Gang.
   • We will take more and more turf territories and complete 100% turf successful.
