1. My personal Experience
A> I have been a deputy in gangs multiple times which adds up to my hefty experience of facing numerous and different kinds of situations. Being experienced as a deputy leader many times, I have harnessed my abilities and am ready to take head on any challenge and confront and given situation regardless of how tense the circumstances given would be.
I have been a deputy in gangs over four times in total ( en3: 2 X vagos, 3 X ballas, en another project : 1X ballas, 1 X bloods. and have experience of being Deputy) which makes me capable of leading others in a right manner which will help my members stay focused throughout the term as a term cannot function without and experienced leader.
2. Visions Regarding the Organisation
B> There are many leader who just focus on turfs and ignore the main objective of the entire project, which is roleplay. I am willed and visioned to create a term where the criminal rp of the game is promoted and people experience realistic criminal side of the world. I plan on prioritising rp and work so relentlessly doing multiple stores , a gun store daily and most importantly do multiple hostage sits a day as I see it has become very neglected even though it’s the best form of criminal roleplay. I plan on creating a terrorist level threat so that the families under my term gets declared a terrorist org by the government and with perfect vision I can create a reign of terror in my term.
3. Activity of the Org
C> Most gangs loose numbers after a week or two after starting but I promise to main a consistent high number of members throughout the term by handing out regular high bonuses, keeping the members indulged by regular events, dominating the ghetto and constantly keeping the highest graffiti profit by keeping a specific graffiti team. I have several connections with numerous families who will join the org in my term and help me create the best gang term in en palm ! With the highest roleplay and best activity!
3. Your Advices for improving roleplay level in organisation.
1. Focusing on gang activities such as graffiti, hostage situations and robberies.
2. Maintaining constant numbers in events
3. Handing out regular bonuses on time
4. Having realistic ranks with realistic functions
5. having capable hc’s who can lead others and avoid rule breaks.

- After Getting Enough experience from Legal Orgs as well as in Gang as a Leader and deputy (in bloods, Ballas, Vagos), I believe that I am capable of Handling gang as a leader and end up with a successful term with minimal warning. Also I was a past EX-Admin as crime admin, so I am well aware about the most important rules of the gang.
- I believe handling gang is not simple as It needs a lot of coordination and support of people, so I have a good contact with people all over city which will help my term to go successful and be active, also making it best and active gang of the city.
- The Families HQ has a good area which is good for Solar Plantation for earning side profit in gang and helping in giving high bonus to people, So the Gang always run good and never out of money and people get good bonuses
-Having a Great Leadership skills and Well build mindset will help my gang to overcome complex situations which arises during Robbery and Hostage situation.
- The Families has very dangerous crime History which give a great reason to me to be the Leader of this gang , I want to make it once again active in Turf as well as in IC events so once again can show that FAMILIES is The top dangerous gang of the city with most activity.

- To make Gang active, First of all I will do more activity in Ghetto by doing more ghetto robbery and Hostage situation and Highway Robberies
- Getting more people in Gang as I have great contact with many unofficial fam and other people who know proper RP rules
-Making good profit of graffiti by making a better bonus system with a well skilled Graffiti Team
- Regular Basis Store robbery for ammunitions in gang and 24/7 store for money in gang, Also doing more than Weekly goals to Prove my Dominance over other gangs.
-Doing Unique events like Vehicle theft and Informant, Encashment, Taking over Leo Base, Submarine.
-A Proper Ranking system is Very important for the running gang a successful term.

- After Getting Enough experience from Legal Orgs as well as in Gang as a Leader and deputy (in bloods, Ballas, Vagos), I believe that I am capable of Handling gang as a leader and end up with a successful term with minimal warning. Also I was a past EX-Admin as crime admin, so I am well aware about the most important rules of the gang.
- I believe handling gang is not simple as It needs a lot of coordination and support of people, so I have a good contact with people all over city which will help my term to go successful and be active, also making it best and active gang of the city.
- The Families HQ has a good area which is good for Solar Plantation for earning side profit in gang and helping in giving high bonus to people, So the Gang always run good and never out of money and people get good bonuses
-Having a Great Leadership skills and Well build mindset will help my gang to overcome complex situations which arises during Robbery and Hostage situation.
- The Families has very dangerous crime History which give a great reason to me to be the Leader of this gang , I want to make it once again active in Turf as well as in IC events so once again can show that FAMILIES is The top dangerous gang of the city with most activity.

- To make Gang active, First of all I will do more activity in Ghetto by doing more ghetto robbery and Hostage situation and Highway Robberies
- Getting more people in Gang as I have great contact with many unofficial fam and other people who know proper RP rules
-Making good profit of graffiti by making a better bonus system with a well skilled Graffiti Team
- Regular Basis Store robbery for ammunitions in gang and 24/7 store for money in gang, Also doing more than Weekly goals to Prove my Dominance over other gangs.
-Doing Unique events like Vehicle theft and Informant, Encashment, Taking over Leo Base, Submarine.
-A Proper Ranking system is Very important for the running gang a successful term.

2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
I’ve spent a long time in the city, deeply involved in various illegal activities and organizations. With my extensive experience, I have gained a solid understanding of how gangs operate and what it takes to lead them effectively. I believe I can lead The Families Gang successfully and ensure it runs smoothly.
I want to lead The Families because I’m eager to take part in a variety of events, such as shop and gun store robberies, submarine missions, and more. My goal is to boost the criminal presence by organizing daily events, offering attractive bonuses, and encouraging high participation. I also plan to activate and dominate the ghetto, leading The Families to outperform other gangs, while ensuring everything remains within the boundaries of server rules. With my leadership, I’m confident my friends and family members will join the gang, helping me successfully complete my term without any issues.
As a leader, I will prioritize fulfilling all weekly requests, ensuring the gang operates independently without external pressure. The organization will have active members who attend every event. I’ll delegate trusted deputies to assist in covering all events, especially during late hours. I also plan to build an elite graffiti team that will secure maximum profit for the gang. This strategy will ensure the success of The Families Gang during my leadership.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play in the organization.
- There will be zero tolerance for toxicity within the organization.
- Recruitment will focus on players who understand RP and gang rules.
- The Families will establish dominance in the ghetto with a strong presence.
- Hostage situations and all other gang activities will be conducted regularly.
- I will select trusted deputies to help manage the gang and ensure everything runs smoothly.

I want to be the leader of Families I have the experience of ilegal org and I was the (14) Hommie in last term and term before this I was (13) under deputy of Families and gained too much experience playing clands doing store robbery's and battle ships so I think I have enough experience to be the leader of Families I have been (14) AK47 in vagos also and third reason of to be a leader is I want to lead a gang and organize event and do make rp even better
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I am very experienced in doing rp situation and teach people how to do rp telling them rules to make rp even good I experienced so much gangs and unofficial orgs and did so much rp situations and store robs successfully without breaking rp rules never breaker fail rp if I will be the leader I surely improve roleplay in gang

2.1 ) I have a lot of memories in this particular gang i want to be the leader of this ORG as i think i have gather a lot of experiences in this city for past few years . I had dream in the state org mainly in FIB and i fullfil my dream by making my term most successfull and most active . i been leading orgs and gang for a long time so i believe that i can also lead Families gang nicely with a while active and a successful term .
2.2 ) As a leader, I wanna bring some new types of RP and spice things up in en2. With all the stuff I've been through, I've got a pretty good grasp of what works and what doesn't. I've got a bunch of good people on my team, not just my family, who are all on board with making RP better. we will come together and come up with new ways of RPing with in the servers rules and outlined boundary's , shaking up how our gang holds its self and making things more exciting for everyone involved.
2.3 ) I’ll ensure equal opportunities for everyone to earn money, participate in activities like robbing stores and ATMs, and handle hostage situations. I’ll guide newcomers on how the city works, helping them rise to a superior status. While I’m skilled in roleplay, I see room for improvement in crime RP and aim to introduce fresh ideas to make it more engaging. My focus will be on creating dynamic, meaningful RP scenarios, with our gang centered around high-stakes, impactful situations. Together, we’ll build a reputation for quality RP that brings excitement to every encounter.
3- Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 ) I will be make sure there will be no favoritism , Toxicity , rule breaks in my term . My term will be a help full to all the members those who will be the org .
3.2 ) I will make sure that my term will be most active term in the history of EN2 .
3.3 ) I will make sure in my term there will be top level crime activites in the city according to the RP . So that State will make us Offical Terrorist Organization .
3.4 ) I will try my best to complete 100% Turf .
