According to me that admins have to make a vid and post it on youtube to teach atleast some besic rules to the new players or mey be they can cunduct an event in wich they have some lavels when new comers pass they will get rewad so most of the people will do it and try to pick that gift ( it can be a 10k 3 days prime and something like that )

i think we can increase rp like if someone doing fail rp fare rp like this so we dont call the wizard just save pov then we post it before going offline so it will increase rp like when we call admin we have to wait for the admin then it take much tim so insted if we save pov so it will increase it it not mater we post forum or we call admin at the same time he get same punishment so this is all i have

2.1 I want to lead this gang because I believe I can bring about real change. I’ve seen the powerful group can have but I also know that power comes with responsibility. There’s a lot of potential here for us to grow not just in terms of influence but in creating a better future for everyone in the crew. I’m not just in it for the title or the control. I want to earn respect through loyalty, vision, and fairness. 2.2 Since I started my journey to become a leader of the gang I start doing hard work day and night I try too attend all the possible events I can. My advice for improving roleplay is to teach new players the rules and to do more events such as being in ghetto 1 gun store and many 24/7 store robbery each day clands bs fz and doing these such events with great RP always I also think to better the role play is to do store robbery’s or hostage situations in different locations instead of ghetto all the time for better RP.

- I want to be leader of Blood Street Gang because it was the first gang I joined in city more than 1 and a half years ago, it is like a emotion to me, I would love to lead Bloods to its very success as I am connected to it from the bottom of my heart. I was once a deputy of Bloods, and we all did lots of activities and fun together.

- Secondly I have what it takes to be a leader of a Gang as I have the previous leader experience of The Families and Los Santos Vagos , unfortunately due to my health issues I cant take vagos to the very high where I dreamed of, but if I lead the Bloods I will definately makes it the best gang in the city with the most activities, ghetto clapping, hostage situations,etc. I am confindent that the Bloods will do 100% turf.

- I am well aware of each and every rule which help me lead the organisation in the mannered way without any verbals or warnings. Plus I got connections in city which will help me to keep the gang active, i will have good deputies who will keep the gang active even if I am not there in the city. I will make sure the gang stays on top, in terms of winnings of capture as well as Roleplay creating and enhancing.I would make sure that I have the most qualified higher commands and turfers to make sure Bloods stays on top in terms of turf capture. If I ever see someone doing something they’re not supposed to do, I wouldn’t kick them immediately but firstly try to give them a verbal warning and tell them the rules they had broken if they repeat same mistake again then I am gonna kick them.

My primary focus will be to make ghetto active as much as possible because if the ghetto is active then there will be robberies, clapping, hostage situations which will ultimately improve the roleplay. I will make sure that my high commands know each and every rule so they dont do any mistake during any situation and they will help the new members and keep them active during any event. I will be issuing regular bonuses to the active members which will keep them engaged in attending all events. I will make a spray team there work is to do graffiti every hour and help us get maximum profit. I will try my best to do 100% turf with my turf team.

ANS > So when i started my RP life BLOODS was my first ORG and my first gang and i enjoy very much and at time only i decide that one day i will take the leadership of BLOODS . When i was in Bloods in past i see its a very active gang but after change of leader i cant see the activity , as well as A powerful leader can make a gang powerful and i having the leading Quilty.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

ANS > So first my advice to improving roleplay in organization is like , I having deputies who can manage the org properly who having experience in all gang and having very nice leading quality they can handle the org when i am not in city , also we will take the guys who can be active and who know the basic rule at least ,

2. Going in all event no rule break there , I see in previous term of Bloods like they are taking help of another gang , I will prefer to don't do Collab with another org its make our reputation very bad , i will not gonna do the same mistake .

1. As highcommands of gangs , I realised that there are lack of concern of deputies and leaders towards the org . So i will improve and work on it.
2. I have a good experience in crime orgs , so I think I can easily run a successful term of ballas with no or minimal warns . i was under deputy of vagos, ballas, bloods, So this experience will help me running the term successfully
