Ans 2.1 I take as a part of ORG leader would like to implement my techniques on all my members to help this city grow and make sure that they don't break any rules to prevent warnings from being given to the organization. I see many people in different organizations not working good and I want to make sure that everyone around me do work properly and most importantly follows the rules.

2.2 I think i have good leadership qualities. When speaking on leadership a few things have to come into and that's communication, personality management, humility, patience and open mindedness. So being the leader of NG wouldn't be overwhelming as I'm use to dealing with a lot of people.

2.3 i have past experience in other legal and illegal i know the rules and I'll try to no one can break the rule.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 if my application got selected i make sure all the rules will be followed.

3.2 i make sure that all my officers is doing their work correctly or not.

3.3 i conduct weekly promotion ceremony so everyone can have chance to take part as HIGH COMMAND of ORG.

3.4 i do weekly ORG evets.

3.5 making sure my all officer's give respect to everyone.

3.6 i do weekly hiring so everyone can take part in legal ORG and have a experience. And this thing can be remove crime.

I started RP with SAHP and worked for nearly 3 terms, Government as DOC Director for 3 terms, I served all the legal orgs for multiple terms as HC. Also, I have been a Secretary of an Active family. So, I have a quite good management and leadership experience. I have been the Commanding General of Military Police for 1 term and as Assistant general of Military Police 1 term and has closely observed each and every work done in National Guard I have a good team that will help me in my term to make it active from previous term . I am confident enough to be the Leader of NG. I always try be a good colleague in the org with my fellow Soldiers. If I become a leader, I am confident enough to get good soldiers in the organizations who will provide training and help me running NG perfectly. The NG has been a best organization which I travelled. I will make more active and attract citizens, teach them what proper RP is.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization
My advice for improving Roleplay level-

1-There will be a high activity and planning at the prime time before 15 mins to win the FZ. (11:45, 13:45, etc..)
2-I will make sure that all departments are active
3-For activity i will make proper rules and regulations like (night shift-day shift)
4-Make sure that Every officer will attend Scripted-Unscripted events
5-I will make a good HR dept. so that new officer will get proper training and don't break any rules
6-There will be more active soldiers for the gates at prime time.

1. Even though I worked for NG for six terms, I have another connection to the organization and have grown close to it, which is why I want to be its leader. I strongly believe that the National Guard is the greatest organization in being alive, and I will stop at nothing to show it!

2. So, as you know i am there in from many of the term, so I have seen things closely and I am going to make term best of the best, with a relation with other orgs.

3. For me I can be a best leader of NG because i handled NG term as ASSISTANT GENERAL OF HR AND CG and also handle many other orgs as, ACP OF LSPD, FIB: CHIEF OF STAFF OF HR, so being a HR team member in FIB and NG I learn how to manage whole term of legal org, that why I think I can be a leader of NG also NG is my first Organization .

3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1.Maintaining the activities of the Human Resources department 24/7 to enable them to hire and train new soldiers

2. Increasing bonuses every week and clearing them on time .

3. checking the armory and logs on a regular basis and finishing all curator tasks.

4. maintaining a minimum of five units for each the event.

5. maintaining a minimum of four units at the gate.

6. If I were a general, I would employ more RP commands.

7.Hiring experienced people to manage other levels inside the organization while offering sufficient instruction to new hires would help us avoid any mistakes!

2.1
. As a NG leader, I will ensure our officers have a resource and support they need to serve. This means provide good training, use of each and every weapon and high commands to help other soldier for responding to any situation and who to coordinate in any situation.

2.2. I believe in fairness and equality, and I want to ensure NG also holds these values. As a leader, I will ensuring that our soldiers are held to the highest standers of professionalism that help in our decision making process. I will conduct training programs to help our soldiers better understand and also provide a platform for soldiers to share their concerns and feedback.

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1. Mentorship program

In my experience I have trained to much offices and now they are capable to be a leader of any legal organization not as HR but as a SWAT/SOF high command. So that's why, I will establish a mentorship program that pairs experienced officers with a newer recruits. This will help our newer soldiers develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed, while also providing our experienced soldiers with opportunities to share their knowledge and expertise.

3.2. Focusing on Freshers
The freshers are those members of any state org who have joined at a beginner rank and have just finish their training. They are the one who decides the fate of any organization, they work as a foundation of any State org. So, I will make the HR and IA to focus on their minor to minor mistake and guide them how to correct it and not to do it ever again.

3.3. Special Operations Training
From my point of view, I have observed that their are very few officers who know how to conduct a ammo run and the unit who know how to conduct a ghetto patrol are even less than that. Because of that the NG struggles while leading a ghetto patrol and because of that they make mistakes. So, I will conduct frequent training sessions to teach the units about these special operations. I will try to fix a specific time for conducting Ghetto Patrols and some internal events by doing a meeting with all the officers and taking their opinions for what time period they are active the most. This will create a discipline about time, because it's very necessary to be in discipline for the soldiers personnel.

3.4. Stealing from the Army
I have noticed in my experience while being in NG, many times there have been stealing of trucks and hide trucks in city and highway as we know National guard as not able to follow them outside the base. So, I will make special force team to do a air patrols and ground patrols it will help nation guard to take their truck back it also give new experience to NG soldiers and other legal org.

    The National Guard plays a crucial role in keeping everything running smoothly—from delivering ammo on time to supporting law enforcement when needed. I’ve been part of NG for months now, and through dedication and hard work, I worked my way up to DHoD of HR. I’ve gained a deep understanding of how things function here, and I want to use that experience to make NG even stronger.
  2. Making NG Stronger and More Respected
    NG might be different from LEOs, but it’s just as important. I want to lead my soldiers in a way that makes sure no one even thinks about trespassing on our base. My goal is to make NG one of the most active and respected organizations so that no one can underestimate or troll us in main barracks.

1. Shooting Training on every weekends with General and l.t general

2. Promo Ceremony every week with special prizes ( it's because I wanna become a cool General )

3. Training my soldiers how to negotiate in a hostage situation with high level of roleplay

4. Making them well known to legislation - Everyone will have to attend this classes where some special people will teach everyone legislation ( so in future they can become leader or lawyer)

I would like to see the National Guard address some long-standing issues and take the organization to a new levelMy experience of serving multiple terms in the National Guard gave me a chance to deeply understand how the organization functions and its true potential.
