1 - Because this organization is entirely separate and located in a different location, which makes it unique, and because I have fairly excellent expertise with it and all legal organizations, I want to be the leader of this organization.

2 - In many ways, it hasn't been very active, and people believe that LSPD is superior to Sahp. I want to change that by making it the most active legal organization in the city and demonstrating that Sahp is just as busy as LSPD.

3 - I have experience with all types of legal organizations. Many terms have gone through it, and I've learned from their mistakes. And I'm able to manage any circumstance with ease.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1) Professionalism may significantly improve server roleplay quality.

2) understood with the server's regulations to ensure that everyone has a better role-playing experience

3) Legislation is well known, and I will choose a competent DA who can instruct my officers on it; it will be required of everyone, including the leader and deputy.

4) familiar with all the commands, including /me, /do, and /try. It will enhance roleplaying.

5) An officer is always on duty at the headquarters gate to sell licenses and insurance.

6) Officers are always on duty on the highway stop highway robberies.

7) Weekly promotions are held to encourage police to perform their duties.

8) No HCs will promote their pals without conducting a thorough interview, and no favoritism!

2.1 when I was LSPD leader, thats when I had the most fun with friends the org, and everything onwards. So I wanna go for SAHP to bring back the fun, get the old friends together again, and make the term active like it used to be in lspd, with everyone enjoying it

2.2 some of the experience i have make me believe that i have a good understanding on how the leadership work as i was an ex lspd leader. if u combine that with my sahp experience as a chief commander (28) and some smaller ones i understand how sahp worsk and waht needs inprovment

2.3 one thing i wanna do is make sahp a fun and enjoyable place to work so that we want to stay more in the city whicle also make it more active, and by bringing back some old friends into the term i will also make sure that we have people in the correct roles that understand what the roles does and the respoisibility

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 i will make sure that we have correct people for roles they know responsibility the work and the department before i give them the role

3.2 one thing that matter the most is that Disciplined i will make sure that sahp is not rude to anyone or saying things they shouldnt, this brings professionalism and good wokr inviremnt whit in the org and other orgs

3.3 i will also make sure that hr is working how they should be, if hr is working that brings a smooth work in the whole org because every employee now what they are doing and can work on emproving other things

When I first came to Grand RP, I didn't really know what to do or not to do. A friend of mine helped me roleplay, helped me with some rules, told me that there are jobs suitable for newcomers, such as farm work, electric station work, taxi driver, etc. I worked hard on these jobs and tried my best to improve myself. After a few days, I started my career at a legal firm called SAHP, where I worked hard again, as a trainee and now I have become the chief commander. I served the citizens as a policeman in RP, and punished many of those who were involved in criminal activities, and managed to bring many of them out of criminal activities and gained a lot of experience, now I want to be a leader of SAHP and help the Los Santos citizens. That's why I want to be a leader.

I have been in GOV and LSPD and gained experience on how this city works and I have been 4x Chief Commander at SAHP and i believe i have gained enough experience at SAHP to lead this organization to become corrupt free, respected and feared by other organizations.

To create a calm, peaceful and enjoyable environment within the SAHP and make the officers do good work and perform activities to keep the officer's a fun place to work and spend their time and gain some new experience's.

I want to continue the good work and solid foundation we worked so hard to build in SAHP.
I know how a legal organization works, I've been a witness of their work and decision making powers. I am a man of honesty, Loyalty with excellent decision making capabilities.
I would ensure that no Low ranking officer overlooked or invisible by any of the High ranking officials. If any officer feel like that then he shouldn't be afraid or hesitant to reach a High Command.
I would ensure that any High-ranking or Low-ranking officer should maintain there personal logs. If it is High-ranking or Low-Ranking officer they should have neat and clean logs which will lead to there promotions.

The roleplay level will only increase if the members of Organisation are aware of server rules which I will be adding into the training system. As a leader it will be my responsibility that no one break any server rule and strict actions will be taken against those who fail to follow the rules.
The main thing which lack in SAHP is promotion if I become the Sheriff then I will keep promotion ceremony every 3 days with the help of other High commands and IA.

Making a super active high command-If the people in hierarchy wouldn’t be active, how do we expect activity from petty officers? They will be guideless,clueless.We don’t want that people should be unaware of what they are doing specifically with the high commands.

A leader should be communicating with everyone possible. I know Sometimes it gets hard to communicate with every single one of them but at least we need to have a basic communication between people, Meetings should be 3 times a week to ensure the well being of the organization.
- i will enforced and improved the FTO and Recruitment division to continue to bring up the numbers
- I will make proper RP guidelines covering how to react to every situation to ensure everyone to maintain the good RP experience
- I will actively take part in highway patroling and observe situations along with my officers

Ans.
I want to be the leader of SAHP Because it has it's own jurisdiction of patrolling around the highways and ensuring that there is no crime in that particular area. The San Andreas Highway Patrol enjoys full authority over the Highways giving it a vast area to look after, this jurisdiction and area of control will never get SAHP members bored or tired or make them feel like their roleplay job is repetitive. Additionally I want to implement a improved and improvised system of highway patrol which will ensure conductance of smooth highway patrols.

2- I have been above 27 ranks in all organizations, Whether it be LSPD,GOV,SAHP, With that I have been Under deputy (28) rank which is chief commander in two terms of San Andreas Highway Patrol and I know quite well as to how SAHP works. I plan on improving both the internal and external structure of the organization in my term, with implementation of several new approaches and methods.

3- I am a current deputy in LSPD, and I have contributed a lot to the organization. Whether It be conducting daily events, training units to respond to situations and posting bodycam and communicating with curators. This has added a new concept of curators in my experience, I now know how to talk to curators and how an organization is run. If I get the term, I can assure you I will bring a lot more activity than the previous terms and that I will be one of the best Sheriffs the city had ever seen.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

a.
Conducting Regular Highway Patrols as to safe guard the jurisdiction of SAHP and Improve roleplay by involving employees in realistic traffic related situations, Pull overs and how to respond to a Police Chase.

b. The civilians of the state of San Andreas get bored on a daily basis, especially the old ones. In my term, I will conduct public IC Events every single day without fail and try to more than 55 events, because If I get the term I will surely go for 2 terms rather than one. The conducting of events will let the civilians know that their sheriff is trustworthy and that they can confide in him and that he will solve their problems or try his best to.

c- I will reward employees of my organization with bonuses and promotion based on their work and level of professionalism shown by them while representing the organization on duty, Rather than giving out promotions to those whom I have a personal tilt over and are in my organization. In short I will not do any acts of Favouritism.

d. I Will not tolerate any toxicity in my organization, whether it be a smaller issue of a major one. Toxicity is something which would be immediately dealt upon so that my fellow members can have a fun roleplay experience overall and can enjoy their time in SAHP. With that I will take public opinion into my mind will make the changes necessary and recommended by my own employees and the civilians.

•SAHP was one of the first organizations I ever joined in the city under Rocky Waters during his leadership and I loved everything about the org and the people. SAHP was a family, not just a workplace and I feel that people lost sight of that. If selected as leader, I will try my absolute hardest to create a loved and respected SAHP where everyone is welcome.

Second, I have plenty of amazing ideas which will enhance the level of roleplay within the organization, especially since I feel that the level of RP in SAHP has massively decreased compared to how it was when I started in the city. SAHP may be a small organization but that’s actually why it can be one of the best organizations for roleplay and this will be shown during my term, should I be selected as the leader.

Third, I have seen so many leaders fail for only one reason and that reason is activity. i. I started RP with SAHP and worked for nearly 4 terms, Government as DOC Director for 3 terms, National Guard as Assistant General of Army for 2 terms. I served all the legal orgs for multiple terms as HC. Also, I have been a Secretary of an Active family. So, I have a quite good management and leadership experience, I strongly believe with this experience I can take SAHP to great heights.

ii. I have been the Captain of HR in SAHP for 1 term and as Assistant general of Military Police 1 term and has closely observed how organizations works. Highway Patrol (HWP) – This department will do patrolling in highway and make sure the highway and sandy shores is safer from illegal gang activities.

Human Resource ( HR ) - The responsibility of this department is to give training to members.

2.1
After serving as a High Command in serval organizations i have convinced my self that i would be a solid a responsible leader. Over the past few months i have experienced a drop in activity and professionalism, I do believe that these effects are a direct pointer towards the leader's capabilities. I hereby come forward with an interest to stand up and restore the lost glory of Law Enforcement officers by making sure there is a good blend of professionalism and sincerity in both the high command and the base officers. I do believe there is a missing gap between the leader and the officers in the organization which leads to low synchronization within the org. As a leader I would make sure that even the lowest in command voices are heard and issues are resolved as soon as possible. Professionalism is something I would expect and get everyone trained, unprofessionalism is a non negotiable case.

2.2 I do believe that there is a lack of motivation with the leadership for a stern and successful term, todays leader are mostly bent upon finishing their tasks and not delivering proper RP within the org. Most of the case a leader experiences fear of rule breaks and tends to coverup the issue by lowering the activity. As a leader I will make sure I wont fear about any targetters and make sure there is no drop in activity drop, whatsoever. I as a leader will encourage my men to follow a proper code of conduct and keep the activity at a high pace. There will be 24/7 availability of insurances. From Dusk to Dawn the highways will be clear and insurances will be issued without a stop!


2.3 Leader conduct and experience... I did notice that not all leaders have had a keen touch in leadership quality, most of them distribute the work to their deputies and make sure they get the fame in the end. In my case I will seek to bring a change and will make sure there is firstly a good communication within the leaders and the deputies in order to coordinate well. I as a leader will make sure that I will be the one leading majority of the work and not let the load take over my officers.

1. Will make sure there is equal and mutual respect for everyone in the org
2. Increase bonus for most active officers
3. Make sure Sandy Shores is crime free
4. Assign a special task force to combat drug trade and contraband flight
5. Will assign a rank for selling insurances and numberplates even during heavy work load situations.
6. Troopers will be trained from head to tail to make sure rule breaks are not committed.
