2.1 When I had joined grand rp i always wanted to join a gang as i thought being in a gang would change my life. But at that time i knew very little about the rules. My first choice was Families as i had loved the colour of the gang. The high commands of Families also taught me about the rules and from that point onwards Families became my favourite gang.
2.2 Being in a gang i can get involved in a lot of criminal activities in which i am interested from a long while and after seeing the gang Families i can feel that Families is the correct place to get this much experience for its position of hq, lovely interface and high quality of experienced gang members. So I think its another proper reason of being the leader of this gang.
2.3 I have visited most of the gangs of EN2 Server but i have saw the proper manners and the terror of Families the most as

For improving RolePlay level in the organization there will be a separate graffiti team which will be lead by the graffiti leader, also a good turfing team which will respond to every events some examples are clands, battleship, 24/7 Store Robbery, Gun Store Robbery, FZ Raids, Subs,etc.My members will hire people based on their knowledge and experience.

-Ive seen the ranks and how gang organizations should be ran and feel that i could bring quality structure to the vagos organization, and represent how the gangs should be for the beginning of the server for future leaders

When i was in ballas i started off from being one of the lowest ranks and ended up within 1-2 weeks making myself all the way to the top of ballas and this shows my undying dedication to the gang.

I've been in ballas previously, and I've been there for a long time, and I've always been excellent with my members, and I've always been in the top rankings. I will only invite individuals who know the rules and who don't mind doing clands, and I will make them excited for the next event and can't wait for it.




3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Some things I would do to improve Roleplay;
More IC player-created events with other gangs, civilians, or legal factions to improve a sense of roleplay rather than constant fighting and events.
A forum harmony, my organization should not have any toxicity against any other group, reports will be made only when it is necessary.
A sense of good standing with every other group in the city on the OOC level, everyone at the end of the day is a person behind their screen, a sense of community would be a large positive.
ICly I would make some scenarios for my organization to participate in and possibly makes some IC rewards/benefits involved.
Overall, create a positive and enjoyable gang that someone could join if they're around for the vibes and quality gameplay.
Having shooters, yes but including other people who may not be as experienced in the city with a gun or roleplay in general.
In-depth review of the rules upon recruitment, I would make sure everyone knows the exact rules and restrictions we have at all times, this would overall improve roleplay quality around my organization and carry on throughout interactions with others in the server.

1.There are many reasons why I applied to leader this particular gang. My main motivation is life in this gang: the community that , If you dont give up you can do anything. It showed me that you can achieve anything in a community and that this is the key to success. In the last 1 month I have matured from an inconspicuous and shy boy into a real gangster.

2. I have understood that goals can be achieved through communication - this also includes the fact that being open to everyone can lead to different points of view. It is important to me that I can be a role model for these people and that I can pass on what I have learned. --> Participate in the maximum number of events, comply with the established rules of server as an illegal org and minimize org member errors as much as possible.

--> I intend to comply as much as possible with the rules of the server, keeping the org as far away from punishment as possible and promote RP within the city, seek to help new people in the city, explaining how to act in the city and as a gang.

i) The world of crime inspires the robberies, hostage situation and the overall activity in crime sphere.The main lore of GTA has two main gangs ballas and Grove street families the story of families has always inspired me since I was a kid and when I discovered this server some years ago I learnt about gangs and how they work. Now I think I have a chance to be the leader of the gang I so aspire.

ii) Every single time I have witnessed that families has been overlooked by other gangs for various reasons. I am very active playing almost 7 hours a day, according to me a active leader leads to a active gang which the city is in despirate need of. I can assure two things, Active gang & Turf completion.

iii) The HQ of families is in the heart of ghetto, the HQ is one of the best if not the best HQ's. I want to take on resposibilty of a Leader. The crime spans everything from the FZ raid to turf control some might be intimidated by the responsibilities, but I’m not.

I) I selected families because it is one of the oldest gang which was a dangerous gang with a fear in city I want to become it's leader and continue it's Era and make it the most active and powerfull gang of the city and it is also one of the first gang which I joined.

ii) I was families leader a long time ago but I wasn't able to complete my term but now I am ready with a lots of experience and I am motivated to complete the term properly and complete my incomplete dream by becoming leader of Families.

iii) From the starting of my journey in the city I was attracted towards illegal stuff amd joined a gang in the very start I learned everything properly and proved my self in gangs and reached all the positions in the gang I know everything about gang and it works and now I think I'm ready for the leadership phase in gangs.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

i) I will give max bonus to keep members engaged in activities

ii) I will try my best to attend all the events with my gang members and do events like fz raid regularly.

iii) I will try to complete 100% turf.

iv) Proper hc team with a good experience to run the gang smoothly.

Ans.-
Reason #1- I want to experience one of the best gangs in the city. I experienced gangs as high command in every single gang and now i want to become leader of Families and dominate the city and want to spread terror of our gang amongst the citizens and Leos of Los Santos. I want enhance roleplay and interaction between Leo’s and gangs.

Reason #2 - I will provide my all members good bonuses to assure everyone stays happy and make our gang top and create dominance amongst the city. And I’ll try to create a good environment in gang.

Reason #3- I have supportive family and friends and i have good team of knowledgeable guys who can be a good under dep and good deputies and they can help me to run the gang and achieve my goals and I have best turfers to achieve the goal of 100% territory capture. If i get Leadership of Families i will try to do FZ and store On Daily Basis and hostage situation and I have goal to do capital attack (it didn’t happened since many days).
