2.1 When I had joined grand rp i always wanted to join a gang as i thought being in a gang would change my life. But at that time i knew very little about the rules. My first choice was Families as i had loved the colour of the gang. The high commands of Families also taught me about the rules and from that point onwards Families became my favourite gang.
2.2 Being in a gang i can get involved in a lot of criminal activities in which i am interested from a long while and after seeing the gang Families i can feel that Families is the correct place to get this much experience for its position of hq, lovely interface and high quality of experienced gang members. So I think its another proper reason of being the leader of this gang.
2.3 I have visited most of the gangs of EN2 Server but i have saw the proper manners and the terror of Families the most as
in the last term Families was on top so I just want to continue the legacy and break the latest record of all the previous leaders.
So I think its enough as the final reason to own this OG terrorist organization
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
For improving RolePlay level in the organization there will be a separate graffiti team which will be lead by the graffiti leader, also a good turfing team which will respond to every events some examples are clands, battleship, 24/7 Store Robbery, Gun Store Robbery, FZ Raids, Subs,etc.My members will hire people based on their knowledge and experience.

-Ive seen the ranks and how gang organizations should be ran and feel that i could bring quality structure to the vagos organization, and represent how the gangs should be for the beginning of the server for future leaders

When i was in ballas i started off from being one of the lowest ranks and ended up within 1-2 weeks making myself all the way to the top of ballas and this shows my undying dedication to the gang.

I've been in ballas previously, and I've been there for a long time, and I've always been excellent with my members, and I've always been in the top rankings. I will only invite individuals who know the rules and who don't mind doing clands, and I will make them excited for the next event and can't wait for it.




3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Some things I would do to improve Roleplay;
More IC player-created events with other gangs, civilians, or legal factions to improve a sense of roleplay rather than constant fighting and events.
A forum harmony, my organization should not have any toxicity against any other group, reports will be made only when it is necessary.
A sense of good standing with every other group in the city on the OOC level, everyone at the end of the day is a person behind their screen, a sense of community would be a large positive.
ICly I would make some scenarios for my organization to participate in and possibly makes some IC rewards/benefits involved.
Overall, create a positive and enjoyable gang that someone could join if they're around for the vibes and quality gameplay.
Having shooters, yes but including other people who may not be as experienced in the city with a gun or roleplay in general.
In-depth review of the rules upon recruitment, I would make sure everyone knows the exact rules and restrictions we have at all times, this would overall improve roleplay quality around my organization and carry on throughout interactions with others in the server.

1.There are many reasons why I applied to leader this particular gang. My main motivation is life in this gang: the community that , If you dont give up you can do anything. It showed me that you can achieve anything in a community and that this is the key to success. In the last 1 month I have matured from an inconspicuous and shy boy into a real gangster.

2. I have understood that goals can be achieved through communication - this also includes the fact that being open to everyone can lead to different points of view. It is important to me that I can be a role model for these people and that I can pass on what I have learned. This motivation should rub off on the members so that they are encouraged to be independent and take initiative.

3. I want to rebuild the Grove's image and bring it back to its former state. I've been in all five gangs, and I've enjoyed the Grove the most so far. I think it's a shame that the Grove's status isn't what it once was, which is why I'm applying to be a leader and bring it back to best gang in the city again.

- First of all Since the beginning of my time on Grand RP I've always been part of gangs , I have been Rank (14) in almost every gang, This has provided me with deep knowledge and experience in Gang RP and a thorough understanding of the Server Rules. As a leader, I will use this experience to ensure rule compliance within the gang and minimize any rule-breaking incidents. - No favouritism will be allowed in the gang, gang members should be hired with a proper interview by an experienced High Command. Every gang member should be treated equally.

The Families have a rich legacy, but in recent times their presence has faded. I want to bring back that power, fear, and influence through organized leadership, daily activity, and smart coordination. My mission is to build Families into an organized criminal empire which will exert control over territory as well as business operations and strategic connections throughout the entire city.

2. To create a Loyal, skill based brotherhood
In my view a powerful gang develops through the combination of trust and loyalty and skills beyond counting members. Every member should find value and purpose within my crew because I aim to build a tight-knit organization. Promotions and RP-driven assignments will help team members evolve into skilled members of our community. According to me leadership requires more than giving commands because it means creating assets which outshine your own existence. Our families hold heritage value while providing unity but presently they demonstrate weak guidance along with minimal influence in the city.

I’m here to change that.

The combination of tactical combat expertise and social RP knowledge drives me to bring Families back to its basic foundation which extends beyond being just a gang into an empire. My vision is to convert Families under my influence to power and loyalty where every member feels like they belong to something meaningful.
