I have lots of knowledge in legal organization like GOV, LSPD, SAHP and FIB by which I have got many ideas to make this organization better and make it more active in my term also I have my team who will work on the professionalism

In the city I started my journey from Government in which I worked for USSS, DOT, DOR, and DOC. Then I started to explore other organization in the city like SAHP in which I was the Colonel of HR and then I became the COS of FIB and at last I got a chance to work with NG as a Assistant General of MOA and HRT. Based on my previous experience, Knowledge and my management skills I think I can be a good leader of National Guard.

In last few terms NG is not much active and this organization is neglected by everyone because they think that there is nothing to do in NG and we just cover our gates. But that's totally wrong I have worked for NG and it is very enjoyable there are many things to do. If I became the leader I will remove the misunderstanding and make NG more active.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

ㆍMake sure that all of the Rules Are Being Followed according to the CODE OF CIVIL AND PROCEDURAL LAW of the state
ㆍarranging promotion ceremony once in a week, by which our soldiers will be motivated
ㆍMake sure that the events are being attended and the bodycam is posted regularly
ㆍNew bonus system for the hardworking soldiers
ㆍThere should be no partiality during hiring
ㆍEvery week a best department should be selected by this other departments will be inspire to work more
ㆍShould arrange land and air patrol under the jurisdiction
ㆍSoldiers should cover gates minimum for 2 hours
ㆍshould give special bonus for gate keeping
ㆍHuman resource department should give proper training to all the soldiers so that no rule is break
ㆍArrange meeting with all the department's Assistant General so that the leader can know the problems inside the organization

The Departments: -

Human Resources and Training (HRT)-
HRT is one of the most important department of any organization, that's why I will appoint a good Assistant General for HRT and their work will be Taking Interview, Give Training, Managing Rooster, and reviewing application.

Military Police (MP)- MP will Check Log, insure Activity of soldiers , checking Bodycam ,insuring discipline, Background Check .

Special Task Force (SOF)- For SOF I will take soldiers who are good have fighting skills and their work will be Attending FZ Raid, Store Robbery, Black Market Raid, Doing ammo run and all type of events.

Rapid Assistance Task Force (RATF)- Rapid Assistance Task Force will respond in emergency situations as soon as possible.
Airforce- I will take Good pilots in AF for Doing Air patrol, Checking gang activity near NG base, Give backup during ammo run by air.

Airforce (AF)- I will take Good pilots in AF for Doing Air patrol, Checking gang activity near NG base, Give backup during ammo run by air.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
A. I want to be the leader of NG as after playing grand roleplay for quite a while now, I have particularly grown a liking towards state roleplay and being the General of the State I will get to enforce better roleplay on a higher level. I will use my experience to lead the term and make sure all soldiers in the org have a good time with better sensation of roleplay.

B. I have lot of experienced peers who will assist me in my term and make it a better environment where everyone can enjoy and progress. They will volunteer for high command ranks and keep the org active throughout the term without compromising the cost of roleplay. They will attend max events and with their learned experience we will be able to complete the term without any difficulty.

C. I have many ideas which I have thought of, many ideas which I would like to implement in my term. I will focus on prioritizing the roleplay of the organisation and my experience and referrals will assist me in doing so, My passion towards state roleplay is one of the reason why I want to apply for NG and with the strength of my knowledge + my peers + my ideas for the org and rp, I can ensure to deliver one of the best NG terms.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Well I have many suggestions or ideas which I would like to implement in my term, but some of them are as follows:
1. Do regular RP training sessions within the org as well as with other orgs to make RP more immersive.
2. Focus on training of new recruits so that we can minimize the chances of rulebreak and maintain good quality of RP.
3. Keep the term active with experienced individuals as high commands who can lead people and act as good counsellors.
4. Maintain professionalism throughout the radio and make sure proper radio commands are being used.
5. Make sure the departments are active maintaining the roleplay within the organisation.


Term Targets:
1. Defend max raids.
2. Attend Max events.
3. Have over 100 members within 1st week.
4. Max units in an event.
5. Maintain top notch RP quality throughout the term.

2.1 Extensive Experience in National Guard and Leadership Roles


I started my RP some time ago, and during my tenure in the National Guard, I played many leadership positions. I acquired valuable knowledge as the Assistant General (AG) of NG for three terms running, as the Commanding General (CG) for some time prior to that, and as Chief of staff of SAHP. These experiences have educated me regarding NG's inner workings. My working experience with a number of government agencies and law enforcement agencies has provided me with the skills required to effectively lead NG.

2.2 Commitment to Enhancing NG’s Strength and Efficiency

Having been a member of the NG board for three terms, I have seen both good and bad results. My vision is to make NG the greatest organization ever by applying systematic training, operational efficiency, and making every soldier adequately prepared for their job. Eradicate prejudice and provide fairness within the organization.

2.3 Encourage a Strong and Respectful Organizational Culture

Effective leadership is not just about having power. The aim is to encourage teamwork, respect, discipline, and professionalism among NG soldiers. If selected, I will ensure that the ranking system is maintained, and justice is promoted to make NG successful as a whole.

3.Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

My plan involves mandatory training, task-specific workshops, and leadership courses to adequately prepare soldiers for their duties.

To foster participation and commitment, I will introduce a more equitable and precise incentive system, such as performance-based bonuses and event participation rewards.

We will have regular checkup with our soldiers to resolve all the issues regarding them and the organization.

Enhanced Alliances with Other Legal Agencies: Greater collaboration with the LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and GOV for the coordination of law enforcement initiatives.

Security fortifications at Fort Zancudo include traffic constraints and additional prevention against unwanted entries.

I intend to make NG the most utilized and valued organization in the state. NG will put security, discipline, and professionalism first under my command. Given a chance, I will ensure that I take active measures to uphold the values of NG.

The Departments I want to Imply are as follows: -

I have lots of knowledge in legal organization like GOV, LSPD, SAHP and FIB by which I have got many ideas to make this organization better and make it more active in my term also I have my team who will work on the professionalism

In the city I started my journey from Government in which I worked for USSS, DOT, DOR, and DOC. Then I started to explore other organization in the city like SAHP in which I was the Colonel of HR and then I became the COS of FIB and at last I got a chance to work with NG as a Assistant General of MOA and HRT. Based on my previous experience, Knowledge and my management skills I think I can be a good leader of National Guard.

In last few terms NG is not much active and this organization is neglected by everyone because they think that there is nothing to do in NG and we just cover our gates. But that's totally wrong I have worked for NG and it is very enjoyable there are many things to do. If I became the leader I will remove the misunderstanding and make NG more active.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

ㆍMake sure that all of the Rules Are Being Followed according to the CODE OF CIVIL AND PROCEDURAL LAW of the state
ㆍarranging promotion ceremony once in a week, by which our soldiers will be motivated
ㆍMake sure that the events are being attended and the bodycam is posted regularly
ㆍNew bonus system for the hardworking soldiers
ㆍThere should be no partiality during hiring
ㆍEvery week a best department should be selected by this other departments will be inspire to work more
ㆍShould arrange land and air patrol under the jurisdiction
ㆍSoldiers should cover gates minimum for 2 hours
ㆍshould give special bonus for gate keeping
ㆍHuman resource department should give proper training to all the soldiers so that no rule is break
ㆍArrange meeting with all the department's Assistant General so that the leader can know the problems inside the organization

The Departments: -

Human Resources and Training (HRT)-

I want to be the leader of National Guard as it is the dream of every person to serve their country by joining the army and it would be exceptionally mesmerising to lead an army and help the state making it a safer place! Other than the homely feeling I have attached to NG, I also have a lot of experience serving as a National Guard. I aspire to lead the National Guard to safeguard the city and bring more roleplay to it.Being experienced as a High Command many times in City 3, I have harnessed my abilities and am ready to take head on any challenge and confront and given situation regardless of the circumstances given.

ii. I am determined to create a term where the state roleplay of the game is promoted and people experience the safe side of the world. 2.1 Extensive Experience in National Guard and Leadership Roles


I started my RP some time ago, and during my tenure in the National Guard, I played many leadership positions. I acquired valuable knowledge as the Assistant General (AG) of NG for three terms running, as the Commanding General (CG) for some time prior to that, and as Chief of staff of SAHP. These experiences have educated me regarding NG's inner workings. My working experience with a number of government agencies and law enforcement agencies has provided me with the skills required to effectively lead NG.

2.2 Commitment to Enhancing NG’s Strength and Efficiency

Having been a member of the NG board for three terms, I have seen both good and bad results. My vision is to make NG the greatest organization ever by applying systematic training, operational efficiency, and making every soldier adequately prepared for their job. Eradicate prejudice and provide fairness within the organization.

Effective leadership is not just about having power. The aim is to encourage teamwork, respect, discipline, and professionalism among NG soldiers. If selected, I will ensure that the ranking system is maintained, and justice is promoted to make NG successful as a whole.

3.Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

My plan involves mandatory training, task-specific workshops, and leadership courses to adequately prepare soldiers for their duties.

To foster participation and commitment, I will introduce a more equitable and precise incentive system, such as performance-based bonuses and event participation rewards.

We will have regular checkup with our soldiers to resolve all the issues regarding them and the organization.

Enhanced Alliances with Other Legal Agencies: Greater collaboration with the LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and GOV for the coordination of law enforcement initiatives.

Security fortifications at Fort Zancudo include traffic constraints and additional prevention against unwanted entries.

I intend to make NG the most utilized and valued organization in the state. NG will put security, discipline, and professionalism first under my command. Given a chance, I will ensure that I take active measures to uphold the values of NG.

2.1 I am really intrested in an Org like NG as I usually prefer connecting with different Organizations as I am very Socialable and NG gives me the opportunity to do so.
2.2 As I am really experienced in State Org's specially LEO orgs like LSPD and SAHP both Org 28 ( I have good understanding of all the relations and how to handle chaos in between ) I will make good relations with other Org's also I will make sure they get candy run on time . Most Important that I will be making special relation with Org's so that whenever they need my soldiers I will help and whenever I need help I receieve their help . I will be doing Spec Ops everytime in collaboration with them.
2.3 I used to thought that NG is very boring Org but when I got to know about NG and how fascinating it is and how it gives us opportunity to make new friends and a good relation with each other I got fascinated and also for a first time leader like me Handling NG would be better and also I like alienated Org's more . As it is very peacefull.
2.4 My Core Goal would be making NG a fun , enjoyable Org and I will try my best To make it the most active ORG in the city.


Q3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1 For Improving roleplay in Org you have to make sure whether everyone who is getting hired is professional and knows all the rules. For That your HR dept should be strong and I will make sure that I will make one of the best HR team and No Favouritism will be done.
3.2 For regulating the Org what requires the most is that your MP dept should be very active and (Myself being 28 in IA in LSPD and SAHP) I know the importance of MP and I can make you sure I will provide you the best MP dept ever.
3.3 I will make good relations with every org and will try my best to provide them candies and full their demand everytime as I know for the healthy growth of org you have to maintain good relations with other Org's.
3.4 Promotion ceremony roleplay plays very huge role in completing a successfull term as soldiers who work hard for Org and Help in running org smoothly should be Awarded and Respected and Also I will not only handling out bonuses but also i will be doing small competitions in between and also I will be taking out Honour ceremony to Honour my Soldiers.
3.5 Everyone thinks that NG is very boring and they dont want to come but I Will let everyone know the speciality of NG and also I will be taking out Fun activities and Competition internally so that my Soldiers can enjoy the whole Term.
3.6 I will make sure all my departments works perfectly and gates were kept guarded at prime time and also As I know truck protection and Gate keeping is one of the most important work of NG . I will be bringing the new department specially for Gate keeping and Truck protection.
3.7 I will make sure NG becomes most active Org and I will be dividing my units for different works also 1 AG in every department will be of Night Shift and I will try my best to complete term without even single Verbal.
3.8 I will not be harsh with my soldiers if they do any kind of mistake For the First time i will explain them but if they repeat the offences. Strict punishment will be given to them.

HR: Very knowledgeable and experienced soldiers who will make sure anyone who is getting hired is professional and knows all the rules and also give them proper training so new soldiers can serve their country and not do any kind of mistake.

MP: Working Hard so that Org Regulates perfectly. Looking that all the soldiers are working out properly and professionally and every soldier is active and also they are not doing any kind of corruption or rule break which leads to damage of integrity of the ORG.

SOF: Very well trained professionals working day and night to Protect the citizens of the State of San Andreas ( Having 3 teams ) specialised in close combats , Snipers , and also doing silent operations.

RATF: Assisting SOF in their work and helping them and other org's in Global events and Spec Ops.

AF: Very well trained Air officials who will patrol the base and sorrounding areas of base so we can be sure about raids and can prepare ourself and also helping us doing candy run and spec ops .

Officials: Their work will be to verdict about a corrupt officer and handling case files and update General and Lt general about any kind of corruption going on or any kind of disputes happened between the departments or soldiers.

I would like to lead National Guard for this reasons:

(I) In English city 2, I was Assistant General in Army National Guard. I served in the NG for nearly 5 terms. In this term I learn lot of things and i have fully experienced these term. I saw NG gates being vulnerable to gang threats. Also, I saw that there's a lot of gaps between low rank to high rank officers. My duty as NG Leader is to fix all these problems and let NG units have best RP game play.

(II) I have many new ideas and new thing / updates to NG (It's not just text if I accepted to the interview, I'll say some and I'll start doing it according to Real army system. I will discuss them in the interview. (In short i can say that i will try my best with the experience i have acquired to make NG not only active but also largest number of soldiers)

(I) Making the members skilled when they join. Hosting special training sessions.
(ii) Making plans before attending every event and discuss with high command.
(iii) Keep the org alive and protect the base.
(iv) Attend all events with other LEOs.
(v) give bonuses to everyone to be more active.
(vi) some secret tasks if they do properly, they will get bonuses for that

#Divisions:

Military Police: The division that takes control of Areas of NG base. tow unwanted vehicles and will do the work of handover the 10-15 to DOC. And Fight against internal corruption of NG and weekly background and license check of officers.

Air Force: One of the finest Division Of the NG, which does Air Patrol to gather intel around and outside the military base. They provide air support in special operations and transport soldiers to their designated area of operation

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB): The front liner, they are the first one to push every fight they are highly skilled in marksman and very skilled in be able to communicate during situations. They generally accompany the NG leader on missions outside base. Gather Intel and do covert operations approved by leader.

Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB): Train all the new recruits basically the heart of NG they will lead training simulations and seminars.
