1)= I think I want to become leader coz there is only 1 gang active in city right now they are doing what they want to do I want to stop them I have best of best deputy with me we can take whole city in 1 week.

2)= I have quiet good exp. in gang and legal org. too I have been deputy of marabunta and rest 14 in all gang of I know how things work in gang shit.

3)= I would like to revive gang shit in our city for now people are missing old gang and i know i am make it.

1)= roleplay quality in these day in city is getting worst day by day main and one of the biggest reason is favoritism i will not do i think we should rate our gang member as their knowledge not by how they are close to me this should be fix in city ASAP.
2)= I will try to make sure that my gang will do all the Criminal activities like Gun Store Robbery, Hostage Situation, Fort Zancudo Raid, BattleShip, Clandestine, Car theft, Subs and every single activity of gang i will make sure performed by ballas every single day.
3)= as i said before i want my term active 24/7 so i have to appoint deputy from all time zone.
4)= i will appoint 10 graffiti leader each leader have a team who do graffiti for max profit every hour.
5)= turf is one of the most interesting and important thing in gang so i will make 2 turf leader and team of best turf team so that we can get 100% turf.
6)= to do a high level and proper RP i will make sure my gang will use /me /do /try /todo commands in situations to do a better and proper RP
7)= I can't tolerate any kind of rule break from any member this is punishable offence so for those who are doing rule break we have strike system (1 strike = 24hr freeze/ demotion)
(2 strike = warn + demotion)

A. I am an ex member of this gang. Now i can see there is no true leader available in this gang so i decided to became this gang leader and lead this gang. Ballas is a reputated gang in the city. By this gang inactive situation make effect on this gang reputation. This gang need a true and capable leader so i think i am perfect for this role.

B. I have so many plans to make Ballas the most mature and powerful gang in the city. In my trim i want to take cities most dangerous gangsters in my gang. My main focus is to take Ballas in his prime time. I want to make the most powerful high command line-up for my gang.

C. I have a talent to handle pressure. This is an important thing that a leader must have. All gang member need to be so mature that they can handle any tough situation with cold mind. And also do proper rp in every single situation.

people are forgetting how to do rp. That's the reason all gangs are disappearing so fast. If i became the leader i just take those people who do rp properly who know how to do rp. Also gangs are becoming a dummy gang there is less activity no gang effect no fear. If i become the gang leader I will make my gang the most dangerous gang in the city.

Ans.-

Reason #1-i am working under many gang and stayed as a highcommand in some gangs so I want to know how to manage the whole gang and how a gang works. But I also wanna take a experience and test my leadership skills is good or bad by becoming the leader of a gang and Ballas have been my favourite gang since i came in this city and i listen fear of this gang so I decide wanna become the leader of Ballas

Reason #2 - i see past few months all the gangs are very inactive and ghetto is always empty most of the times. So I wanna change this rule and I wanna spread fear of ghetto ones again by making my term one of the most active term in city.

Reason #3- I have support from 4-5 families and my some friends who have been playing in Gangs from more than a year and some my friends have also been a leader of many gangs. So I know they will help me in making my term one of the most active terms in city till now

2.1 When I had joined grand rp i always wanted to join a gang as i thought being in a gang would change my life. But at time I was very unknow to rules but that high command taught me every single rule in this rp server from that day I have been working hard for Ballas it is my one of the most favourite gang in this city.
2.2 Ballas taught me everything and I was putting my hours on this gang and doing criminal actives Ballas gang made an memories to my life. For improving RolePlay level in the organization there will be a separate graffiti team which will be lead by the graffiti leader, also a good turfing team + Deputy which will respond to every events some examples are clands, battleship, 24/7 Store Robbery, Gun Store Robbery, FZ Raids, Subs,etc. My high commands will hire people according to their gangs knowledge and Server rules. I will only give ranks to those who are active in org and working. I will collect high amount of money to give high bonus to members.

1.i want to be the leader of Ballas Street Gang i am in the city for like 1 or more year i have worked in both legal and ilegal orgs i have been hc in sahp and FiB and about ilegal i am current under deputy of Bloods and once in Ballas in too. also i have seen this gang doing very good in city one but in city 2 it is not powerful as city 1 like i dont seen that ballas has completed his term in city for quit few time.

2 it got disbanded in 15 to 20 days maximum and i have thought that if i could get a opportunity to be the leader of Ballas i can handle this gang properly and i will try Ballas will complete his term this time

i) I have been in legal and illegal orgs from a long time, i have done a lot of rp and gained a lot of experience being HC in mostly every org, makes me capable for the leadership of Ballas.
ii) Ballas has always been more than just a gang to me—it’s a legacy. Over time, I’ve gained experience in both legal and criminal organizations, from LSPD to Vagos, Families, and of course, Ballas itself. These experiences have shaped me into the leader I am today, and I know I have what it takes to take Ballas to the top.
iii) I’m fully dedicated to taking over 100% of the Turf. My goal is to make the Ghetto ours—no other gang should even think about stepping in. I’ll put in the work, run truck thefts non-stop to keep our warehouse loaded, and make sure everyone in the gang gets rewarded with solid bonuses. I want the name Ballas to carry real weight—so much that even the LEOs think twice when they hear it.

Here’s how I plan to do that:

• Building a strong team – A gang is only as strong as its people. I’ll focus on recruiting dedicated members who know how to RP and can contribute to the gang’s success.
• Keeping the gang active – Regular events, strategic turf takeovers, and engaging activities to keep everyone involved.
• Smart financial moves – Solar and cannabis plantations will give us extra income, keeping Ballas financially strong.
• Turf domination – With my experience and strategy, we’ll take control of the ghetto and own the streets.
• A solid leadership structure – Experienced High Command and Deputies who know how to handle business.
• A strong brotherhood – Ballas isn’t just a gang—it’s a family. I want to create an environment where members trust each other and have each other’s backs.

Reason 1: The first gang I joined after coming into the server was Ballas, I was very mesmerised with what I saw. People helping out each other, standing up for each other, it was very fun while it lasted and I embrace all moments I spent there. Now I want to do something for myself and build a legacy for myself in this esteemed server. My passion towards criminal roleplay motivates me to foster a great term.

Reason 2: I think of myself as a helper, I met my fam members not too long ago who helped me learn all the RP elements and fostered an interested within me towards roleplay. I want vagos in my term to be such a gang where people are connected and help each other out rather than bringing someone down. I want to help newbies to learn about criminal roleplay and experience criminal RP in detail.

Reason 3: I always like to look at things from a different perspective, this habit of mine allows me to look at a situation with unique POV's.
