2.1. when i joined city i became gangster after that i found my buddys and we started doing crime together and we wanted more power that why iam here to apply for ballas gang and also I got attracted towards crime section and I joined I loved the work of gangs and took part in all of illegal works. Also I have leadership skills.

2)= I will try to make sure that my gang will do all the Criminal activities like Gun Store Robbery, Hostage Situation, Fort Zancudo Raid, BattleShip, Clandestine, Car theft, Subs and every single activity of gang i will make sure performed by ballas every single day.
3)= as i said before i want my term active 24/7 so i have to appoint deputy from all time zone.
4)= i will appoint 10 graffiti leader each leader have a team who do graffiti for max profit every hour.
5)= turf is one of the most interesting and important thing in gang so i will make 2 turf leader and team of best turf team so that we can get 100% turf.
6)= to do a high level and proper RP i will make sure my gang will use /me /do /try /todo commands in situations to do a better and proper RP

Reason #1-i am working under many gang and stayed as a highcommand in some gangs so I want to know how to manage the whole gang and how a gang works. But I also wanna take a experience and test my leadership skills is good or bad by becoming the leader of a gang and Ballas have been my favourite gang since i came in this city and i listen fear of this gang so I decide wanna become the leader of Ballas

Reason #2 - i see past few months all the gangs are very inactive and ghetto is always empty most of the times. So I wanna change this rule and I wanna spread fear of ghetto ones again by making my term one of the most active term in city.

Reason #3- I have support from 4-5 families and my some friends who have been playing in Gangs from more than a year and some my friends have also been a leader of many gangs. So I know they will help me in making my term one of the most active terms in city till now

i) I have been in legal and illegal orgs from a long time, i have done a lot of rp and gained a lot of experience being HC in mostly every org, makes me capable for the leadership of Ballas.
ii) Ballas has always been more than just a gang to me—it’s a legacy. Over time, I’ve gained experience in both legal and criminal organizations, from LSPD to Vagos, Families, and of course, Ballas itself. These experiences have shaped me into the leader I am today, and I know I have what it takes to take Ballas to the top.
iii) I’m fully dedicated to taking over 100% of the Turf. My goal is to make the Ghetto ours—no other gang should even think about stepping in. I’ll put in the work, run truck thefts non-stop to keep our warehouse loaded, and make sure everyone in the gang gets rewarded with solid bonuses. I want the name Ballas to carry real weight—so much that even the LEOs think twice when they hear it.

Here’s how I plan to do that:

• Building a strong team – A gang is only as strong as its people. I’ll focus on recruiting dedicated members who know how to RP and can contribute to the gang’s success.
• Keeping the gang active – Regular events, strategic turf takeovers, and engaging activities to keep everyone involved.
• Smart financial moves – Solar and cannabis plantations will give us extra income, keeping Ballas financially strong.
• Turf domination – With my experience and strategy, we’ll take control of the ghetto and own the streets.
• A solid leadership structure – Experienced High Command and Deputies who know how to handle business.
• A strong brotherhood – Ballas isn’t just a gang—it’s a family. I want to create an environment where members trust each other and have each other’s backs.

Reason 1: The first gang I joined after coming into the server was Ballas, I was very mesmerised with what I saw. People helping out each other, standing up for each other, it was very fun while it lasted and I embrace all moments I spent there. Now I want to do something for myself and build a legacy for myself in this esteemed server. My passion towards criminal roleplay motivates me to foster a great term.

Reason 2: I think of myself as a helper, I met my fam members not too long ago who helped me learn all the RP elements and fostered an interested within me towards roleplay. I want vagos in my term to be such a gang where people are connected and help each other out rather than bringing someone down. I want to help newbies to learn about criminal roleplay and experience criminal RP in detail.

Reason 3: I always like to look at things from a different perspective, this habit of mine allows me to look at a situation with unique POV's. Even if I am a leader and someone is facing any trouble in my org, I will look into that situation from a normal members POV, an HC's POV and completely understand the severity of a situation. This helps me to make better decisions and be precise with them.

1. Have an active org with max members.
2. Make sure to minimize rulebreaks which expotentially increases roleplay.
3. Have capable HC's and deputies who will ensure the smooth running of the org.

1) I have been playing Grand RP for about 1 or 1.5 years. I have experienced all the situations. I have been the high command in many gangs many times. Now I feel that I can manage the gang term very well, I have all the gang experience, now I want to be a leader of Ballas.

2) I am seeing that the ghetto seems empty without gangs and there are also fewer members in clans, so I will hire maximum members in my term and I will attend all the events with max members and do something that all the members enjoy and have fun, along with that I will be friendly with my members.

Reason #1-i am working under many gang and stayed as a highcommand in some gangs so I want to know how to manage the whole gang and how a gang works. But I also wanna take a best experience and test my leadership skills is good or bad by becoming the leader of a gang and Ballas have been my favourite gang since i came in this city and i listen fear of this gang so I decide wanna become the leader of Ballas gang and i see before past terms Ballas breaking some rules and i want fix that after becoming the leader of Ballas and I will teach all things to the gang member and anyone to the rule break anything I will take a strict action and I will make this gang very best and I will come back fear of the Ballas again becoming The leader and and I have a very big plan to make a gang very good and and I have a some plans about store robbery and fz raid increase the max number in the event and I will try anyone not break a rule and maintain the RP situation
