I was in the Green Zone waiting for my friend to return when a man approached me, claiming to be with the LSPD and offering me a job. He asked me to follow him inside, where he said he would “hire” me. He requested my passport, which I gave him.
Shortly after, an actual LSPD member informed me that the man wasn’t part of the department. The suspect then changed his story and claimed he was FIB working undercover. He told me to stay in the room while he dealt with the hiring process.
A few moments later, I received a notification that my car had been stolen. The stolen vehicle was an orange Ocelot Valhalla, which can be seen at the start of the video clip. This happened at 9:18 in the POV, while the car was parked in a Green Zone, making it a clear rule break.
He also gave me his Discord username, which matched his in-game name which he provided in game.
After the incident, he messaged me on Discord admitting that his “LSPD friend” towed my car out of the Green Zone as part of his "RP" plan. He even said it was done for “easy money.” He mentioned his supposed friend was "Vasant Gawde," but when I checked, Vasant was last online at 7:00 AM—meaning he couldn’t have been involved.
This clearly breaks the rules regarding Green Zone safety and vehicle theft.
