2.1 It was my wish to be the leader of LSPD as it was the first Legal Org for me and it was a stepping stone for me and I worked most in LSPD around 5 to 6 terms as I liked it very much . LSPD is in city and one of the most important org to go for and also it plays a huge role in Stopping Criminal activities .

2.2 As I have most of my experience in LSPD now I want to lead the LSPD and want to make it active Org and want to make it one of the most active ORG in City

3. Your advices for improving roleplay level in the Organization .

3.1 As we all know for the healthy regulation of the ORG you need your HR department to be the strongest . I will make sure my HR department becomes strongest of all and they do not do any kind of favouritism . I will hire very experienced and good ACP who will overlook the whole department

3.2 IA is also one of the most important department to regulate org perfectly and I will make sure my IA department will work very smooth and under no pressure from anyone also I will give liberty to ACP of IA and all the officers of IA . As Myself being IA in every ORG I know the importance of IA

3.3 All the departments are very important for regulating the ORG perfectly and I hereby confirm that I will make sure ACP of every department is active and hardworking

3.4 For better growth of ORG you should have good relations with other ORG's . I will make sure I have good relations with other Organizations and If any kind of Chaos or Ruckuss happens in between the ORG I will solve it ASAP . Also will make sure this does not happens again

3.5 I will make sure that there is no Toxicity in the Organization or any kind of Unconditional Behaviour . If anyone found doing so will be face severe consequences .

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

A - Joining Leos was never my initial choice but due to my friend from FIB he Inspired me to become one ,but due to my age in city i wasn`t Qualified enough to Join FIB and Work alongside with him. So my friend took me to LSPD and It was the first organization that gladly welcomed me in as their own . From that day, they Inspired to be the leader of this great organization. Joining LSPD has shown me the importance of self-discipline, commitment and most importantly it teaches us of what it takes to become a Great leader. During my time at LSPD, I have witnessed a lot of respect from the lowest rank from being a Trainee to the highest in command of the Organization. LSPD gives everyone the opportunity to lead from the front. Which is something I would like to continue to do, especially when units proving themselves of their Own Capability and Taking charge of their Responsibility.

B - After serving multiple terms in LSPD i got to know about the need and the importance of us in the city and the needs of others orgs that we serve for them, Along with my Experience in NG, SAHP and FIB helped me to understand our responsibilities in missions and maintaining the relationship that we should have among other organisations By helping them in every aspects.

C - The departments within LSPD are essential to the success of organization under the watch of Chief of police. I Was Lucky Enough to be a part of all the departments during my time at LSPD which made me Understand their importance and by ensuring that these departments are led by the best individuals will greatly hold the Overall Success of LSPD and keeps us out of any sort of issue that may cause us any trouble.

3. Advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:
I have many ideas on changing and improving role play within the organization. With these changes I will not just improve the role play in the LSPD itself, but also for the entire Grand Community. Here are three examples:

Proper procedures:

I will make our officers follow proper procedures when, for example, arresting someone. The LSPD contains holding cells, an interrogation room and the ability to get someone’s mugshot. I will try to implement these features to be actually used before arresting the criminals. I will also make sure to maintain a healthy relationship with the GOV, FIB, SAHP, EMS, with this we will be able to have more realistic court cases and special operations against the most wanted criminals of Los Santos. Making this change will cause a more realistic role play experience for the entire Grand Community.

Appropriate Departments:

I have noticed that there is a lot of confusion about the tasks of the different divisions. I will implement an exact description of the tasks per division. I will make sure everyone gets their roles and that missions will require teamwork to accomplish them. All the new procedures will be transparent and overlooked by a professional Internal Affairs department and their Commanders.

Human Resource-
They will provide training and recruit a new officer.

Internal Affairs- They will review the logs and keep an eye on the officer.

SWAT- They will respond to global asap and provide protection to the leader.

TEU (Traffic Enforcement Units)- They will patrol the City to keep civilians safe from Criminals.

Detectives- They will go undercover and gather intelligence regarding Gangs operation with the collaboration of FIB.

3.Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. Enhance communication skills , Effective role-playing requires clear and concise communication. As communication plays a very important role to perform a very good roleplay so first of all i will try to improve the communication among all the PD officers for the better roleplay.
Head of Traffic Enforcement Units ( TEU ) - it is your responsibility to maintain everything towing and keep the streets clean. Assist with the towing of newer towers and towers that may be in trouble. Can only drive designated vehicles when other towers require assistance on the RP radio; otherwise, must recruit new towers and teach the towing method for this period.

Head of Human Resource ( HR ) - to set up and staff to assist in training any new members or old members who need a refresher. Will also hire old members from previous terms to previous rank or where deemed fit. Training may be required or a FTP test, before proceeding to gain previous ranks.

Head of IA ( Internal Affairs ) - the position will entail email presences where issues within the org will be brought forward and will need to demonstrate a professional matter when handling professional misconducts and so forth. If any member of the organization requires assistance, IA will be the one to discard your thoughts about where and when you could or did go wrong.
Improving the S.W.A.T Department:

Throughout my experience in Law Enforcement Organizations i.e. LSPD and SAHP, I have noticed that the S.W.A.T agents are not doing their duty properly i.e. protecting the Chief and they should be the first units to respond at any emergency situations. I will appoint a Department Chief who has proper knowledge about these basic things. So that the department can get the best guidance and training possible. I will personally ensure that each and every unit in S.W.A.T is doing their work properly and are trained to Fearless in the combat situations.

2. Develop empathy and emotional, I am trying to Enhance the empathy among the officers for the better understanding and as well for the better roleplay among all the officers, By doing so, you can engage in more realistic and impactful role-playing experiences.

3. As a leader i will try to supervise all my department by my own and also enhance all the officers to follow the chain of commands as chain of commands is very important , as a leader i will try give my much time to select the officers for the specify positions by this there is betterment in roleplay as well as its good for org .

a) Ever since I joined the city I was very interested in joining a legal organisation i spent much more time in city and grinded a lot so I can meet the requirement and as the story goes I joined SAHP as my first organisation and the journey of SAHP was pretty interesting and after that I joined LSPD and the journey of LSPD was also very awesome I was back then COS of IA and IA did very good work back then.
b) I have spend more than 8 months in FIB and I have learnt many things the things which I have never knew before I have work across many department in FIB as the COS and departments were operating good they were not the best but they were doing good and this little experience of mine really motivates me to lead a actual organisation as the department which I lead where a organisation itself for me.
c) I want to become leader of LSPD . because i think i hold the strenght and qualities to be a leader of a organization . I have management skills to run a organization and make the term succesfull . I will try to complete the term without a single WARN . I will try to maintain the org without nepotism or any kind of favouritism . so that people will get chance to achieve their desired rank in a Deserving way .

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
a) Special training by S.W.A.T:- So this will given by the S.W.A.T and they teach units how to get to a situation as fast as possible they will you hosting some fake hostage situation to show the units things can get ugly very fast hostage situation they are gonna teach them how to handle the situation peacefully went to leave and when not to.
b) No Nepotism or any kind of Favouritism:- I will make sure to avoid these two things because it can lead the organisation in to a bad spot as soon as my human resource team is active and available they will take every single ACP,COS,HOD,DHOD interview obviously at the start of the term I cannot too much about this things so I will make sure later on the position I have given are worth it and given to the right person.
c) A strong Internal Affairs:- Internal affairs most organisation called backbone of the organisation so I will make sure that my org will have best among all of the legal org so I will by making sure the IA ACP is the best and he can handle everything handle his department and handle the org I will have a talk with my IA ACP very often to make sure everything is going smooth so I will built a professional organisation who knows everything and what to do.
d) Relations with other org:- Keeping relationship with org is easy and hard at the same time because we don't know where a conversation can become a argument during my journey of legal organisations I have experience many argument be doing organisations so as the leader of LSPD I will make sure none of my units are creating fun of other org and I will make sure that to have a perfect team so no org will have any complaints from LSPD we will help them and they will have us to build a perfect term.
e) Promotion Ceremony and bonus distribution:- Among everything I also cannot forget that at the end the units are the one leading the organisation and not me because there is one helping it the most so they should also get a reward for it once in a week so every org has its promotion ceremony once in while and I will make sure that the promotion ceremony will be memorial for everyone and with promotion ceremony we also have to distribute bonus make sure to have a good bonus system and with bonus system I will also have some fun games once in a week and it will have price money which I will give from my own pocket so units will have fun will be ready to work anytime with motivation.

2.1. I have been playing on this server from over 1.5 years, started from EN 3 and continuing through EN 3. During this period of time, I have gained good experience as Law Enforcement Officer, knowledge of both the ingame and the server rules deeply. This give me a confidence to take the leadership and run an organization as smooth as possible.

2.2. Out of all the side whether in sate or crime. State has always been most engaging for me. I love a proper RP and it offers a good role play from patrols to investigation. Becoming the LSPD leader would allow me to shape the department's quality of the RP and bring more depth day to day into it.

2.3. With the knowledge and experience I have achieved, I have a clear vision of how to manage and imporve the organization. I wanted to make a term that will not only follows the rules but sets an example of high quality RP on the server. I have done work with multiple leaders and deputies, I believe this would be the perfect time for me to showcase myself, my knowledge, and the techniques.

3.1. Introduces the best HR team to give the trainings to the new recruits covering situations, commands, tactics and so on.
3.2. Heavy bonuses will be given to those officers who really work hard for the organization which will give a boost to them and as well as to the other officers.
3.3. There would be no favoritism in the organization. Therefore, everyone would be treated equally in all the matters.
3.4. Promote the RP scenarios that involve citizens more, such as traffic stops, investigation, and public events (IC events).
3.5. Promote the quality of RP within the other organizations such as with SAHP about the jurisdiction restrictions.

I Spent almost 2-3 weeks in LSPD As a Patrol Officer i Learn Many New Things in that particular time although patrol officer rank is not very higher rank but for beginners is very good after that i leave LSPD and a short break from legal organization i join LSPD again i hired as a corporal and after i choose of the most interesting department S.W.A.T after spending 1 week i got promotion as major of swat and again i left LSPD and went to SAHP after getting experience i become high command in SAHP and after spending 2 successful term of SAHP i again went to LSPD as chief Staff Of S.W.A.T in ( Kingz Ankush ) Term. This all my journey of LSPD How i become a Patrol Officer To Chief Of Staff .

3. Advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:


I have very good advice to improve the organization and as well as i follow in my term. Some of them are mention below

3.1 In my term their is no equality with their rank a mutual respect to each officer whether he was a patrol officer or a high command.

3.2 Bonus system will be amazing that every officer should be loved and work hard to grow organization.

3.3 No abusing to high command by any officers and as well as citizen too.

3.4 Per week a deserving candidate deserved good bonus and and their respective rank too.

3.5 Their should no unauthorized promotion done by high command but they can do a promotion request for the officer who deserved the rank.

3.6 Hired most active Night-Shifter as much as possible and very good amount of bonus paid to them

3.7 Promotion Ceremony will be always on time.

3.8 No inactivity in any department. Specially Human Resource always respond on time

3.9 Specially the major thing attending the reception i see the last two terms of LSPD if citizen call employee at reception no one came at that time. So in my term my HR attend the reception call to help the citizen.

Internal Affairs: Again the most important department in LSPD their major work to do the internal works like Logs checkup, license checkup, trunk checkup.

TEU: The work of the TEU is simple that they have to protect city as well as issue fine and towing.

3.2 IA is also one of the most important department to regulate org perfectly and I will make sure my IA department will work very smooth and under no pressure from anyone also I will give liberty to ACP of IA and all the officers of IA . As Myself being IA in every ORG I know the importance of IA

3.3 All the departments are very important for regulating the ORG perfectly and I hereby confirm that I will make sure ACP of every department is active and hardworking

3.4 For better growth of ORG you should have good relations with other ORG's . I will make sure I have good relations with other Organizations and If any kind of Chaos or Ruckuss happens in between the ORG I will solve it ASAP . Also will make sure this does not happens again

3.5 I will make sure that there is no Toxicity in the Organization or any kind of Unconditional Behaviour . If anyone found doing so will be face severe consequences .

i. I started RP with SAHP and worked for nearly 3 terms, Government as DOC Director for 3 terms and Minister of state of DOC, I served all the legal orgs for multiple terms as HC. Also, I have been a Secretary of an Active family. So, I have a quite good management and leadership experience, I strongly believe with this experience I can take LSPD to great heights.

2.1 Attachment With LSPD:

After coming to the city for the first time, I had worked very hard to survive in the city, after gaining some experience as a citizen I planned to join a legal organizations to build my career. Then I got an opportunity to join LSPD and without having a second thought I grabbed the opportunity. After joining LSPD I started to love my work as a police officer because of great working atmosphere in LSPD. That was the reason I got attached to LSPD than any other organization this is one of the reasons I want to become the leader of LSPD.

2.2 Dedication For LSPD:

Since the beginning of my career in LSPD I have been very honest and worked really hard for LSPD. Because of my outstanding work and capabilities I became a high command in a short spam of time, which gave me an opportunity and platform to develop leadership skills and qualities. I have spent 2 terms in LSPD ( Rust Viper's term) and I was working day and night to contribute towards LSPD and make the city crime free. That was the reason I developed lots of dedication towards LSPD. This is why I want to become the leader of LSPD and show my Love and dedication towards LSPD.

2.3 Guiding everyone with my experience:

After the 2 terms in LSPD I got a chance to become The EMS Chief, being the EMS Chief I led a successful and outstanding term which was active throughout the full time span. Because of that my team leading skills got leveled up and I also gained a lot of experience being a leader of an organization. After that I became a Chief Commander in SAHP which gave me more confidence as a Police Officer. I believe i can use this experience and leadership skills to lead the Los Santos Police Department. This is also one of the reason I want to become the leader of LSPD.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Improving the S.W.A.T Department:

Throughout my experience in Law Enforcement Organizations i.e. LSPD and SAHP, I have noticed that the S.W.A.T agents are not doing their duty properly i.e. protecting the Chief and they should be the first units to respond at any emergency situations. I will appoint a Department Chief who has proper knowledge about these basic things. So that the department can get the best guidance and training possible. I will personally ensure that each and every unit in S.W.A.T is doing their work properly and are trained to Fearless in the combat situations.

3.2 Preparing every Officer for Hostage Negotiations:

I have noticed in my experience while being in legal organizations, many times there have been hostage situations when there was no trained negotiater present at situation who can handle it properly, even I have also experienced that when I was new in LSPD and wasn't trained for these situations. This is why I will ensure that most of the units will be trained and prepared to deal with these kind of situations. I will also conduct regular drills to ensure every unit is fluent enough.

3.3 Revision Classes for New Officers.

I have noticed that the new officers hesitate to clear their doubts or to ask questions if they have any confusion . So in order to solve this issue i have planned to conduct revision classes for the new officers so that they won't
have to hesitate to ask about their doubts. I would personally appoint a senior officer who will be given the duty to host the sessions at regular interval

Ans: 3.1. A lot of people join, get handed a badge, and have no clue how to act like real cops. I’d take the time to actually show them how to handle situations properly like traffic stops, arrests, negotiations so the RP feels real and not forced.

3.2. Nothing kills good RP faster than people screaming random stuff over the radio. I'd make sure people stay calm, talk clearly, and act like a real team, especially during big situations like shootouts or chases.

3.3. RP isn’t just about catching criminals or handing out tickets. I’d push for more creative interactions like full investigations, undercover work, negotiation scenes things that make being in LSPD actually fun and not just grindy.

3.4. Not just boring meetings. I'd set up fun things like SWAT practices, checkpoint roleplays, team patrols stuff that keeps everyone sharp without it feeling like a chore.

The main responsibility of HR is to conduct interviews, hire qualified candidates, and provide top-notch training for all new officers
2)Internal Affairs Agency (IAA):
The IAA plays a crucial role in monitoring all officers within the department. They will conduct regular background checks, verify licenses, and ensure that everyone adheres to our ethical standards
3)Parking Enforcement (PE):
PE officers will keep a close eye on the city for illegal parking. Their duties will involve patrolling the streets with tow trucks, identifying improperly parked vehicles, issuing fines, and towing vehicles when necessary.
4)Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS)
An elite unit in the LSPD, the ATS is in charge of counterterrorism operations, like hostage situation, and strategic intervention to make sure Los Santos' safety.

2. I want to be leader of LSPD as I was in LSPD from the start of server 1 and have a excellent understanding of how LSPD is meant to operate. I also feel that have the correct skillsets needed in order to lead LSPD and enable it to be the best it can be. Also, I want to be leader of LSPD as I want to unlock the capabilities the org has in terms of RP situations.
3. My advice for improving roleplay within the organisation would be to ensure all officers are performing at a high standard and adhere to the rules of the city. Create good roleplay scenarios with gangs of the city by co - ordinating with the other state orgs. Ensure those with less experience are given adequate training to fulfil their duties. Ensure those who do follow the rules of the city within the org are dealt with accordingly. Ensure communication with the other state orgs are open and there is no divide between any particular org.

2. Why you want to be the leader of specific organization ? ( List three reasons with explanation )

2.1 It was my wish to be the leader of LSPD as it was the first Legal Org for me and it was a stepping stone for me and I worked most in LSPD around 5 to 6 terms as I liked it very much . LSPD is in city and one of the most important org to go for and also it plays a huge role in Stopping Criminal activities .

2.2 As I have most of my experience in LSPD now I want to lead the LSPD and want to make it active Org and want to make it one of the most active ORG in City

2.3 I am Willing to make LSPD most active and fascinating ORG and want that LSPD properly do RP and do not do rule breaks also I have so many officers who are very experienced and active also their RP is very good . As myself being experienced all the State ORG's as High Command my skill to handle all the officers and making good relations with others is very good and also I will be strict throughout the term .




3. Your advices for improving roleplay level in the Organization .

3.1 As we all know for the healthy regulation of the ORG you need your HR department to be the strongest . I will make sure my HR department becomes strongest of all and they do not do any kind of favouritism . I will hire very experienced and good ACP who will overlook the whole department

3.2 IA is also one of the most important department to regulate org perfectly and I will make sure my IA department will work very smooth and under no pressure from anyone also I will give liberty to ACP of IA and all the officers of IA . As Myself being IA in every ORG I know the importance of IA

3.3 All the departments are very important for regulating the ORG perfectly and I hereby confirm that I will make sure ACP of every department is active and hardworking

3.4 For better growth of ORG you should have good relations with other ORG's . I will make sure I have good relations with other Organizations and If any kind of Chaos or Ruckuss happens in between the ORG I will solve it ASAP . Also will make sure this does not happens again

3.5 I will make sure that there is no Toxicity in the Organization or any kind of Unconditional Behaviour . If anyone found doing so will be face severe consequences .

3.6 For Growth of the ORG most important task is that you should treat your officers like friend . I will make good relations with my officers and personally hear their problems and will look if there is anything going on or HC's are doing power abuse I will personally deal with them

3.7 Also for Officer's happiness most important is promotion ceremony roleplay . I will make sure to do Promotion ceremony and fun games and activities for them so that they enjoy and does not get bored .
They need equal representation and respect so it will be provided .

3.8 I will make sure LSPD becomes one of the most active ORG's in city also I will try to complete my term with minimal rule break .


3.9 I will make sure all Weekly task's gets completed on time and My Org helps other Org's in Spec Ops

3.10 I will make sure everyone works together and I will divide units for night and day shift and also I will divide ACP of every department for night and day shift and I will assign them task so they also show some activity .

3.11 I would make sure there are regular classes for every single officer ( Police Academy ) . So they gain knowledge about Legislation and do not do any law break or any kind of mistake while attending any kind of Event or taking on 10-51 or 10-15 .

Departments I will be taking in my term :

HR : Hiring officers and training them to serve the state of San Andreas and training them to help citizens

SWAT : Specially trained units working day and night to protect people of state of San Andreas and doing Spec Ops to look that there is no rise of crime

IA : Looking that there is no corruption going on in organization and also will look that there is no rule break from officers and punishing them if they do so

Detective : Working with collaboration of FIB and going undercover in city to catch Arms and Drug smugglers also taking evidences from events against gang and helping FIB to protect them the city from gangs

TEU : Looking that traffic rules are followed by all citizens and there is no traffic rule break in city

Public Relation : Will help us to do IC events and connect with the citizens of Los Santos
