1. When I join city first time my first illegal organization was ballas i gain many experience as a lower command i attend many events and learn every rules. I become high command by doing some mistakes. But after some time I left Ballas gang and join other gangs like Families, Marabunta, Bloods and Vagos gang. After becoming high command in every gang. So i decide that i am capable for ballas leader.

2. I have seen that every gang member leave organization because of environment. I will make friendly environment in organization so every gangster or member feel free to complaint about high command and other members. 2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. When I join city first time my first illegal organization was ballas i gain many experience as a lower command i attend many events and learn every rules. I become high command by doing some mistakes. But after some time I left Ballas gang and join other gangs like Families, Marabunta, Bloods and Vagos gang. After becoming high command in every gang. So i decide that i am capable for ballas leader.

2. I have seen that every gang member leave organization because of environment. I will make friendly environment in organization so every gangster or member feel free to complaint about high command and other members. I want to make active organization in ghetto and in city also. So every gang will fear of Ballas gang. If someone break rules of organization. So I will not fire him or blacklist him like other. I will teach him personally. I will try my best to active ballas gang more then other gang.

3. I have seen that most of the people leave organization because of less events. I will do events every day like Store Robbery, Gun Store Robbery, FZ raids and etc. I will not promote any kind of favoritism in organization. Everyone get their ranks by their activity in all events. If I will got leadership of ballas gang I will hire best gangsters who will not break any kind of organization rules.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. I will try my best to do Max Graffiti in a day.
2. I will try my best to do 100% turf.
3. I will hire best deputies who have knowledge about gang.
4. I will give promotion every gang member by there activity.
5. I will give bonuses to gang members so they will work hard to get our gang on top.

Reason#1 hi i am Vedika blade i have a very good experience in gang and legal org and i join so many gangs to take a knowledge how to handle the gang and some gangs I was a high command and before past term of Los Santos Vagos they they do you most of rule break and i want to fix that all thing and i have very good knowledge about the gang and when i was in the gang i see most of the times fz raid and gun store and store robbery many times fail and no Max member in event and i want to take a experience how to manage whole gang becoming the leader of Ballas and i want to test my leader skill and I will teach all things about the gang member and some rule also and how to work in the gang properly and i will try no one break the rule any rule break happen and I will take a strict action that guy and I will bring a strike system and fist strike warning and second Strike demotion and third strike fire from org and I will make my gang very best and I will come back the name of this gang again and I have a very big plan to make a gang very good and I have a some plans about store robbery and fz raid and gun store robbery and i will increase the max members in this event and other event also and I have some more plans gang become in top level in everything gang event will be all successful and this will be i do when i becoming the leader of Ballas and I will bring promotion system in a week every gang member and bonus system also and please give me this opportunity.

Reason #2 - when i go in ghetto most of the times ghetto is empty and i see past 2 months all the gangs are very inactive and So I want to change this rule and I want to spread a fear of ghetto again of this gang by making my term two of the most active term in city. i see every gang that have a some gang members get 15 rank and 14 rank easily and he don't know the rules. and any thing about the gang and i will not promote anyone without taking his interview of Deputy or under deputy and i check how much knowledge about gangs and i some gang member wants to become a high command i will take a fist proper interview of high command so I check how knowledge we have after giveing his interview and they will teach new gang member how to do ghetto clapping and highway robbery and how to attend the events

Reason #3- I have support from my some friends who knowledge about gangs and before past term they are the leader of the gangs and i have 1-2 family support and they will help me to make my terms successfully.
