1- When I entered the city I was always attracted towards the illegal organization and with no wait I joined The Ballas gang which was the first gang I joined and started my illegal journey by learning about how gang are managed and their working and now I have chance to become the leader of the gang in which I was newbie.

2- As I have been in gangs from a pretty long time I took almost experience from every ranks of the gangs I have started from the lowest and reached the highest ranks and due to this experience I have confidence that I can run a gang very smoothly.

3- The Ballas is the one of the most oldest and feared gang of the city and becoming leader of it is a great opportunity I will bring back the Era of Ballas back like the golden days and make it the Top gang of the city with the most fear among the citizens and Leo's.

2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization.

2.1 Through taking charge of Ballas and becoming its leader offers a rare chance to control the course and impact of a strong force in the city. Three main factors drive my motivation: making a strategic impact, encouraging team loyalty, and improving the immersive gang roleplay experience for both myself and others. Initially, becoming a leader of the gang would provide me the ability to make important strategic choices that could improve the gang standing in the city. My objective is to lead the gang towards domination by organising different types of robberies and gaining control over territory. I'm well-suited for planning intricate operations and overcoming obstacles because I understand the principles of the gang and can think critically under duress.

2.2 After staying in this city for a long time and meeting different people i can say that I have a great bonding among many people which will actually proof that i will have a great team of turfers and graffiti. I will make sure there will always be max profit from the graffiti so that people feel more motivate to work for the gang and be loyal to the gang. And also for territory and I have a great turfer team through which I can ensure there a great chances of capturing all the territories which will help a lot to maintain a legacy and a name in the city so that everyone knows that there is ballas present which is the best gang under my leadership. Furthermore, we will do successful hostage situations while maintaining all the server rules.

2.3 Lastly I would like to say being the leader of the ballas I will make sure that It leads to more dynamic, engaging scenarios not only for me but also for the entire gang. I aim to create high-stakes situations like highway robberies, hostage situations and more that will push the efficiency of the people to give their best, offering challenges and rewards that will keep everyone invested and no one will feel bored. Last terms I have seen The ballas under many leadership losing its legacy and name day by day which is very sad for me. That's why I would like to regain its glory again with myself and my team so that everyone remembers it as a legend always.

3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

In order to improve the quality of RolePlay level in the organization, more attention must be paid to character growth, variety of scenarios, and authenticity in all interactions. There should be proper interaction with every situation and people so that everyone have some fun in it and feel the thunder in it. The gang may improve its standing in the RP world and provide a more engaging and immersive experience for all participants by pushing each member to fully explore their character, creating more imaginative and realistic scenarios, and adhering to uniform roleplay standards. There should not be any kind of favoritism in the gang. There should be always team work present everywhere because a single person can never manage everything alone It actually how the single person divides the work and create more realistic experience for everyone. By these initiatives, the gang transforms from a mere force in the game into a massive force with dynamic connections and abundant storytelling possibilities.

:- Reason #i am working under many gang and stayed as a highcommand so I know how to manage the whole gang and how a gang works. :-Reason #2 - From past few months all the gangs are very inactive and ghetto is empty most of the times. So I wanna change this and I wanna spread fear of ghetto again by making my term one of the most active term.​

Three main factors drive my motivation: making a strategic impact, encouraging team loyalty, and improving the immersive gang roleplay experience for both myself and others. My objective is to lead the gang towards domination by organising different types of robberies and gaining control over territory. There should not be any kind of favoritism in the gang. There should be always team work present everywhere because a single person can never manage everything alone It actually how the single person divides the work and create more realistic experience for everyone. -: I want to become leader of ballas coz i have enough experience to become leader of gang and also i like the HQ of ballas and in the history of grand rp ballas is always the most active and dominating org. in past and i will make sure for future also.

. -: I saw most of gangs are not active in night i will make at least 1 deputy for better activity while night so that we can attend car theft and do other activity. having great deputy's is also important for a successful and rememberable term. not only great deputy's every 14 rank guys also have to consistent and responsible to attend every event. I will make sure about what I said before.

-: We will do activity as much as possible, as we can see nowadays gang are not active that much that they are before they are just however completing their weakly task hardly as a gang they should be more active every day minimum 2+ store rob, every fz is ours in whole day, ghetto clap 24/7, max clands and dominate city. Make this city again gang dominant.

= Improving role advice in org. is doing more hostage situation so that we can connect with leos and engage with rp process for improving rp use /me /try /do /todo is help us to improve rp in every situation.
= I’ll improve rp in organizations by hosting events and will try something new in Hostage situations like I’ll try to take 2 state leaders as a hostage in Hq and will call Li to cover that news that Ballas dominating Los Santos with this newbies will get to know about more RP & ill also try to make most unique situations to make better experience in RP.
= bonus is what everyone want so we have to give more bonus then other so that every member will attract to ballas only.
