2.1 I have been playing on the en1 server for almost 3 years and I have been in the gangs for 2 years now I feel like a part of them and I can never leave the gangs and of course I gained a lot of experiences during this time and upon the advice of a friend I decided to play on the en2 server and from the moment I came here I loved it very much and because of my experience I think I can manage a gang perfectly without making any mistakes Of course my in-game level is low since I come from en1 but I trust myself and my experience I think I know all the rules and I play in Grove Street. I think I will blow my wind.
2.2 While playing in En1, my favorite gang was Families and I was there as deputy 3 times and under deputy rank many times, I gained a lot of experience, and since my favorite color is green, there was a great bond between me and Families This is the main reason why I chose this gang and my aim is to manage the gang in the best way possible without any Warnings.
2.3 And I have a lot of friends and a big family behind me who have supported me since I came to this server. I thank them very much for always supporting me and I think we will all do very good things together and be strong enough to manage the city.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play in the organization.
I think the biggest mistake made in gangs is that everyone is given the Hc rank and they invite people who don't know the rules, so there will be chaos in the gang and there will be a lot of rule mistakes and the gang will get a lot of warnings and be disbanded. To prevent this, I will choose all my Hcs from very experienced people and I will have a good interview,and will warn the hcs dont invite person who cant pass the interwiev Also, I will do everything to prevent our gang from being active, I will try to participate in all events with the maximum number of members and the families are the best gang in the city. I will do my best to make it happen, don't doubt that and I have seen high-ranking people in gangs treat other members badly and bully them before. If I take the gang, I will create a family environment like the name of the gang, everyone will be respected and no one will be superior to anyone else, hcs will teach and help the new members of the gang, the rules of the families, and I want to participate in all gang activities together with the maximum number of people and I will do everything I can to achieve this.

• I am fully aware about my actions which will help me to boost my organization in all aspects. I have irl leadership qualities which will help me to keep my organization together with less conflicts and more activity. I have done All events which most of The people from GMT + 5:30 hasn't , for example submarine event. I have past experience As 8x Deputy , no doubt I have only performed well in 2 terms of Alexa Bros and learned most out of it. In rest of my terms as a deputy I was nothing other than a failure. I was toxic but drastically changed my self in past 1 month and left all conflicts which pulled me back.
• I have system like Human Resource and Strike system , but not like all others those who just keep a strike system which Is not relevant from point of view of a normal member. People want to join illegal org to escape the matrix of legal organization, and all that things that makes experience very, uncertainly very strict, more strict then needed. Because at the end of the day this is rp people wanna learn while having fun side by side.

• After my so much experience I have understood just 1 thing , never give ranks for free , I was toxic and as much as I know that a leader can't be toxic , can't be baised and can't play on any other rp server , for these things I had decided to change myself by quitting my ego and being chilled headed when someone is provoking. 2.1: I want to become leader of families gang because when I join Illegal organization I was new and I don't know about any event I slowly gain some experience in Illegal organization by doing mistakes but after some time I become high command and I get many responsibilities and I full fill all task that I get from leader. After some time I think that I should gain experience as a leader of organization so that's why I want to become leader and get some responsibilities.

1• Families has always been in my heart as it was the first criminal gang I joined when I arrived to this amazing city. By seeing the rich history of Families , I would really love to lead this gang and take it to the top as it has been in the past. I really want to make Families the most active gang in this city for which I will try to give everything I can.
• I also have past experiences in other gangs and I think that I am the best person to be the leader of Families. I would try to make Families the least toxic and most friendly gang in the city by hiring high commands who are active and non-toxic. 1. Participation of our gang in maximum events to enhance and enjoy RolePlay.
2. Giving maximum bonuses to gang members for their living.
3. Promoting passionate and active gangsters on weekly basis.
4. Setting up a criteria for hiring people to hire competitive and passionate gangsters.
5. Ensuring participation of at least one high command to avoid rule breaks and enjoy RolePlay at its finest.
6. Performing activities like hostage situations and robberies to encourage more RolePlay with citizens and the LEOs.
7. Proper use of /me and /try commands in different situations will be done to enhance RolePlay.

1• Families has always been in my heart as it was the first criminal gang I joined when I arrived to this amazing city. By seeing the rich history of Families , I would really love to lead this gang and take it to the top as it has been in the past. I really want to make Families the most active gang in this city for which I will try to give everything I can.
• I also have past experiences in other gangs and I think that I am the best person to be the leader of Families. 2.1) As leadership of Families in Grand RP it takes lot of power to run the organization because it requires a lot experience to build cooperations within the organization and to enjoy the gang experience and role-play as being in the gang. As a leader of the Families I would like to study leadership quality while generating wealth and establishing long lasting success of the gang within the RP world by taking leadership of Families, I would like to gain the power to recruit members and forge alliance leading to growth of Families.
2.2) if I got a leadership of Families I would like to make the Families very actively in the city and make sure to do every gang events regularly following the server rules and I think I will run the organization without breaking any kinds of rules in the server and I will make sure that everyone follow the rules in the gang and will make successful organization.
2.3) as a leadership taking control of the gangs operation will provide you with dominance over the organization, financial resources and rise to power within the organization also as a leader after capturing territory you would need to organize the control of gang resources.

3.3) as a leader I would like Assign side quests or side missions to the gang members to increase role play scenarios throughout the city and I would like to maintain the proper RP and proper discipline in the organization.
