Ans.-

Reason#1 when i come to the city i join many gangs and i take fist knowledge how to handle the gang and some gangs I was a high command and before past term i am in the Families gang and i have very good knowledge about the gang and when I am in the gang i see many times fz raid and gun store and store robbery many times fail and i want to take a experience how to manage whole gang becoming the leader and to test my leader skill and when i becoming the leader of Families and I will teach all things to the gang member and rule also and how to work in the gang and i will try anyone not break any rule anything happen I will take a strict action and I will bring a strike system and fist strike warning and second Strike demotion and third strike fire from org and I will make this gang very best and I will come back fear of this gang again becoming The leader of Families and I have a very big plan to make a gang very good and and I have a some plans about store robbery and fz raid i will increase the max number can join every event and I have some more plans my all gang event will be successful and I will try anyone not break a mask rule break and maintain the RP situation

Reason #2 - i see past few months this gangs no one fear anyone and this gang is very inactive in ghetto also is Families always empty most of the times. So I wanna change this rule and I wanna spread fear of ghetto ones again by making my term one of the most very active term in city and make Families gang very good .

Reason #3- I have support from my some friends who knowledge about gangs and before past months they are the leader of the gangs and i have 1-2 family and I think they will help me to make my terms successfully

I will do max graffiti to increase for Roleplay possible for me

i will provide the good bonus every event and work basis also to the gang members

I will hire good members knowledge about gang and spread fear in city

We do FZ raid and store robbery and gun store robbery on daily basis possible for me everyday in a week

We will also do highway robbery daily basis or week

i wiil do hostage situations daily basis possible for me

2.1 I have been playing on the en1 server for almost 3 years and I have been in the gangs for 2 years now I feel like a part of them and I can never leave the gangs and of course I gained a lot of experiences during this time and upon the advice of a friend I decided to play on the en2 server and from the moment I came here I loved it very much and because of my experience I think I can manage a gang perfectly without making any mistakes Of course my in-game level is low since I come from en1 but I trust myself and my experience I think I know all the rules and I play in Grove Street. I think I will blow my wind.


2.2 While playing in En1, my favorite gang was Families and I was there as deputy 3 times and under deputy rank many times, I gained a lot of experience, and since my favorite color is green, there was a great bond between me and Families This is the main reason why I chose this gang and my aim is to manage the gang in the best way possible without any Warnings.


2.3 And I have a lot of friends and a big family behind me who have supported me since I came to this server. I thank them very much for always supporting me and I think we will all do very good things together and be strong enough to manage the city.


3. Your advice for improving Role Play in the organization.

I think the biggest mistake made in gangs is that everyone is given the Hc rank and they invite people who don't know the rules, so there will be chaos in the gang and there will be a lot of rule mistakes and the gang will get a lot of warnings and be disbanded. To prevent this, I will choose all my Hcs from very experienced people and I will have a good interview,and will warn the hcs dont invite person who cant pass the interwiev Also, I will do everything to prevent our gang from being active, I will try to participate in all events with the maximum number of members and the families are the best gang in the city. I will do my best to make it happen, don't doubt that and I have seen high-ranking people in gangs treat other members badly and bully them before. If I take the gang, I will create a family environment like the name of the gang, everyone will be respected and no one will be superior to anyone else, hcs will teach and help the new members of the gang, the rules of the families, and I want to participate in all gang activities together with the maximum number of people and I will do everything I can to achieve this.
