2.1. The Federal Investigation Bureau is considered as one of the top class organization, which pays a major role in decreasing the crime by Gang Raids. They have a federal jurisdiction. They can patrol all over the state so it is very important for the director of Federal Investigation Bureau to be experienced of most of the situations, knowledgeable and has potential to run the vast organization.
Over the last 1.5 years playing this project, I have started from EN 3 and currently playing on EN 2, I have always focused on increasing my quality of RP in the state side. I have had served the multiple high command position in different organization and I have also served as Deputy Chief of Police. Due to the time period I have spent in this RP project. I have increased my RP quality.
Serving as a dcp was not just a rank, but it was a rank that needed to manage internal conflicts, handled different negotiations, and see the coordination of the units in events. I actively did meeting with the units in LSPD to solve their problems of conflicts within the organization.
Due to this I have gained a good level of understanding the situations and got to know many things to sort out the conflicts bw the members of the organization. I have already a knowledge of the server rules, legislation. These things show my leadership skill.
I have been worked with multiple leaders of different organization and seen different styles of leadership. I got to know what works and what doesn't and through that I have shaped my own leadership style.


2.2. From the starting of my journey in GRP, I personally love the state RP. It's more immressive and challenging than other. While the crime rp has its own moment, the depth and structure that state RP or Leo RP provide has always kept me engaged.
Patrols, confessions, nego and investigation on a scene is the best thing which I find more engaging for me and FIB offers it more better. FIB is always considered one of the top Law enforcement agency which provides a lot of RP with power as well and it needs a leader who can use its power efficiently and welfare for the citizens of the Los Santos. It needs the agents who have knowledge of the rules as well as knowledge of good startegic awareness.
FIB is the backbone of leo's and serve as the model for entire state side. New leaders have changed a lot of things which personally for me reduced the quality of RP in FIB, I want to bring that old quality and structure of RP back .
My goal is that the director that FIB lives up to its full potential.

2.3. Having worked under many leaders in many successful terms, I have observed that how the successful term is built. I would like to make a strong relationship bw the other organizations. Most importantly with government. Inter-organization cooperation is considered essential for meaningful RP. This means doing regular meetings with the other orgs leaders to discuss about the crime in city or highways.
Moreover, in my leadership, every department will work independently.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1. I will make a high professional and experience HR team which will responsible for hiring and training new recruits. Training will be included RP situations, Tactical RP and a lot more.
3.2. I will introduce well maintained bonus system and will held regular promotion ceremony which will encourage the members to work hard for the organization
3.3. We will do good RP with the citizens and criminals through different situations like UC burst, confession, taking evidences for the case file. It will show the presence of the FIB in the city.
3.4. There will be zero favoritism in the organization. Every member/agent will be fairly treated fairly according to their performace.
3.5. I will maintain the strong bond with the other organizations.
3.6. There will be toxic free environment within the organization.
3.7 Will hire the best AD of UC, as UC plays an important role in FIB for taking the evidences.
3.8 We will do the regular raids (after 48 hours) which will decrease the crime rate in the city.

1. For starters, I believe I carry the knowledge and the experience needed to fulfill the given duties needed to allow FIB to operate smoothly. I believe the experience that I gained while in FIB on the first English server, as a SPEC OPS Unit member, allowed me to truly understand what is needed within FIB. From early on I was given large tasks within FIB like arranging black market raids, arranging submarine strategies and convoys, and leading negotiations in store robberies and gun store robberies. I was made aware of the quotas needed for FIB when it came to responding to events and arranging black market raids and I took it upon myself to make sure that those quotas were met with ease without any issues or concerns from the administration team. I was also high command in SAHP as a "Swat Sergeant" before joining FIB and fulfilled similar duties as the ones given in FIB.
2. Secondly, I believe FIB has the most potential within all organizations to provide positive roleplay to the remainder of the server this is because FIB is involved in most events in comparison to other organizations. FIB is viewed as the backbone of the other legal organizations and without a strong standing, the legal organizations would fail to truly reach their true potential. As I previously stated I believe I am a viable candidate for completing these tasks and ensuring that all organizations succeed.
3. Finally, I am aware that a lot of the people applying can also be viewed as viable candidates but I believe what differs me from them is the people that I will bring alongside me. If chosen as the new FIB leader I will bring a group of people to work alongside me and ensure that everything I am doing is done properly. I am extremely confident in the people I am bringing with me, I am bringing people that previously led organizations, held deputy roles in organizations, and held high command positions in organizations. I am not only confident that they will do extremely well as high command but if given the chance they would also lead FIB well. I believe that this is essential in leading an organization to make sure that there is a check and balance system in hand to ensure that there are little to no issues and if any issue arises it can be handled quickly internally.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in an organization.
For starters, I would like to add more interactive roleplay for both criminals and Legals. I plan to add a negotiating phase before the completion of an arrest of medium to high value targets, offering viable information towards the capture of a higher value target or any information that could lead to a raid or seize of assets would result in a decrease of prison time. Furthermore, I would like to bring back the focus on tracking criminals that are wanted. I understand that some agents don't find it entertaining and choose to avoid tracking wanted suspects but to motivate my agents I would add an incentive for certain value captures or after reaching a certain amount of captures. I would also like to increase the interaction with Civilians as I feel like they don't get enough interaction between organizations. I would arrange events like Food drives, talent shows, ballroom dances, and many more events. Finally, I want all parties to understand that it is a game at the end of the day. Everyone is here to have fun, regardless of which side of the roleplay you are on. I ensure the relevant staff that myself and the agents that I will entrust to fulfill the duties will make sure that the roleplay will never be one sided and our number one goal will be solely to benefit the roleplay for all parties rather than to just win the RP interaction.

2.1 Experience in Legal Orgs


Since starting of my career in the city, I have always tried to explore and gain experience in the Legal Organizations in the city which gave me the opportunity to gain more and more experience within the Organizations. I had the opportunity to gain more experience in Government , SAHP , NG , LSPD and FIB, all in a notable positions.

2.2 Ability to manage FIB

After spending a lot of time in legal organizations like GOV, LSPD, SAHP, NG. I joined FIB to explore and manage the crimes occurring within the whole state, from there I got the chance to develop my experience as an Federal Agent High Command and abilities which enabled me to manage a team of Federal Agents and managing crimes in the Federal Jurisdiction. That’s why i want to become the Leader of FIB and serve the whole state.

2.3 Vision to Improve Departments within FIB

In my experience with the FIB, I have noticed that the Departments which are there in the Federal Investigation Bureau are not doing there works upto the mark which they should do in order to improve the functionality and smoothness between all the organizations around the state. Alongside that, i have noticed some more issues also, which I want to improve by becoming the Director of FIB.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

3.1 Improving Relations Between Organizations:

What i have noticed in my experience within FIB, the leaders do not focus on how their Agents are communicating with the employees of other organizations of the State of San Andreas. They communicate with the State Employees in an very arrogant manner as they are a Federal Agent, I will focus on this stuff so that we can improve relations with every org in the State.

3.2 Giving attention to Lower Ranked Agents:

At some point of time in my experience, i have experienced that High Command usually exploit the lower ranked Agents which causes a decrease in their motivation to work for the organization, that's why they should be given more attention towards them, so that we can get to know what's going on with their daily working hours towards the organization. They will be taught how to negotiate being at a lower rank, this will cause a boost in their confidence, which is very necessary being a Federal Agent.

3.3 Managing the Raids in a Decent Manner:

What i have saw in my experience, during the raids the officers of every org make some mistakes which shouldn't be done at that point of time. To overcome this problem, i will coordinate with every org, arranging an special session with their employees and teaching them some basic stuff about the raids, so that they do not make any mistakes while being in such situation. I will choose some highly experienced Agents to conduct these sessions so that the State Employees can get the best knowledge about raids.

- I have spent many terms as a high command in legal organizations and have been a part of many operations. These experiences have taught me a lot, and with these experiences I believe I can lead the Federal Investigation Bureau well and help it do even better.

- During my previous terms with the FIB, I saw how hard it can be to keep enough members active for events. If given the chance to lead, I will focus on keeping the organization active and engaged. I plan to choose department heads based on their experience and their ability to keep the department active in all time zones. To encourage activity, I will introduce a variety of bonus systems which can lead to increase in the activity. I will also try to host events such as training sessions for improving activity.

- I believe that staying connected through radio is absolutely necessary for sharing important information. I am willing to stress the importance of effective communication. This will improve the coordination as well as professionalism among the members of the organization.

- Introducing certificates, such as heavy weapon certification or other skills certifications can greatly improve roleplay. Through these certifications we can give out new challenges while helping them improve their individuals skills.

- I believe that creating good relationships with other organizations is very important for the organization to run smoothly. I will try to establish healthy relations with other organizations to make the roleplay experience better for all organizations.

I am here to apply for the leadership position at the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB). I've been working in this field for a long time , with my strong commitment towards FIB , my experience, how hard I work, and my ideas would help the department reach its goals. Here are some reasons why I'm interested in this leadership job:

2.1. My Experience of working with legal organizations have taught me what good leadership looks like and how to handle the specific challenges our department faces. 2.2. I really want to make sure our department stays busy and involved in their work. 3.1. While recruiting , I want to find folks who really care about working together, building friendships, and keeping things positive. I'm searching for people who either know the city and general laws already or are willing to learn them - we'll definitely provide training for anyone who needs it. I'll make sure everyone understands how important it is to work together as a team and help each other out

3.2. All the new people we bring on board will complete our improved training program so they can pick things up quickly and begin making a meaningful contribution to the FIB right from their first day.

3.3. I've noticed that some law enforcement officers don't always act professionally when things get tough, so I'm going to make sure we maintain high standards of professionalism no matter what happens.

3.4. To keep everything running smoothly and professionally, I'll have my Field Training Officers and HR staff show new recruits the right way to use RP commands like /me, /do, and /try.

3.5. During my term, I’ll foster a culture of unity and respect where every officer feels valued, no matter their rank.I'm going to work hard to get rid of any favoritism and create a team full of well-trained, dedicated people. 2.1.
Since I came to the city, I have almost always chosen to be on the side of law and justice. I focused on arresting criminals and stopping robberies. I have gained a lot of experience and managed many events. I have learned a lot by being very active. Now I want to pass on this knowledge and experience to other people.

2.2. I want to bring back to the organization those who have not wanted to join the organizations for a long time due to the unfairness of the ranking system. Many of them accepted my offer and stated that they wanted to work in FIB together with a good management team.

2.3. My team and I will not only focus on gang raids and black market raids, but also on all events like store robberies, gun store robberies, bank protection, data breaches, and subtitles and ensure maximum member participation. I believe that FIB should be the most active organization in all events and should have a staff experienced enough to manage all events.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1. Drills and training will be given as needed especially to low command agents.

3.2. If it is determined that an agent's skills and knowledge are not appropriate for his/her rank, he/she will be quickly brought down/up to the rank he/she deserves.

3.3. We will prioritize experienced people when hiring. People who will join FIB for the first time will learn a lot from experienced people.

3.4. There will be good planning before each event. Juice will be given before very critical events like bank protection, data breach, prison protection. In this way we will minimize the risk of loss.

3.5. We will increase bonuses, which is one f the biggest problem of legal organizations.

3.6. We will establish an IA and HR team that will work hard on education and investigation of corruption.

3.7. UC and OO department will consist of people who know their rights and laws thoroughly and who perform RP accordingly.

3.8. The Spec Ops department will be made up from turfers and good leaders.

3.9. The DEA department will minimize canabis in the city and conduct narcotics raids in conjunction with the Spec Ops department.

3.10. We will have good interactions with other organizations. And if needed, we will create training and exercises with other legal organizations.
