2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
>> I want to become the leader of NG as following-
A) I started roleplay 1 Year Ago i was always intrested in legal orgs So i joined sahp and started to gain experience, Till now from last 1 year i am straight working in legal orgs and now i have experience of every legal org as a high command and now i think its my time to lead National Guards.
B) I want to lead National Guard because as per my experience ng is least active state org also when i worked in ng in the last term is see much flaws in the org and now i wanted to lead National Guards and make it the most active and best in the city.
C) Since i have a lot of experience in legal orgs from the starting i am monitoring how illegal orgs work and now i am ready with my strategies to fail their every move, also i recruit members to have mindsets to make the city a safe place for civilians.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. ill Make sure every interview will done by experience HR and every rank should be given on the basis of their knowledge and experience.
2. Ill make sure no one will be in action without proper training and tests.
3. Ill make sure Necessary action will be taken if any soldier found doing wrong actions.
4. Ill make sure that every one gets the bonus as per there activity
5. No misbehaviour or toxicity will be tolerated strict actions will apply
6.ILL make sure i will be available for every situation and every time i needed.
7 ill make sure every citizen should be served with respect and politeness.

1. JAG (Judge Advocate General)
-This is where military law kicks in in this department the case files and the arrest warrants are made they are the defenders of the legal rights of national security employess.
2. Human Resources
- This is the department responsible for the training and recruiting new soldiers in the National guards and they will make sure that all the units are ready with all the knowledge till they come on duty.
3. Military Police
- This department is responsible for investigating internal matters within the National Guard, including corruption among its soldiers. When corruption is discovered, Military Police files cases against the offenders and deals with them accordingly.
4. SOF
-This department is specially made for the highly skilled shooters and professionals who will represent NG in the 10-10 situations.
5. Air Force
- This is one department is responsible for taking my soldiers to the global and to patrol the National Guard base from the sky
