2.1: When I was new in city. I joined many state organization like SAHP,LSPD,FIB,NG and GOV I gain many experience as a leo by making many problems. When I got High Command I get many responsibilities and I full fill these responsibilities in less time period. I work under many leaders and they motivate me to become leader of organization. After getting experience in every state organization So I decide that I am capable for General of National Guard.

2.2: In every organization there are some mistakes that create many problems like lack of activity, Conflict between members of organization and etc. I have many plans that can make National Guard active more then other organization. I will try to solve problems that created by my organization members. I will try to active every department in my organization. In every events their will be mor units then other organization.

2.3: I want to motivate my units so they feel proud to wear National Guard Clothes. I have seen that most of the leaders do favoritism in organization and this is the big mistake of that leader. 1) I was Master Sergeant as SASD I was leading some of the operations and I was suggesting some decisions that were confirming the success of the missions I served within this organization for a number of months I know very well how to make the organization go the right way and without any problems.

3) I also learned how to deal with the members of the organization and make them feel that this place is our home and make them members of an organization whose leader is sure to change in a short period into a family that always communicates with each other and make each of them a leader one day.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
. I would make sure that i have active people. Each day they need to play at least 5 hours. If they cannot play that day they should inform us on the e-mail. I will make sure that i am in good contact with all LEOs. I will archive that by helping them as much as possible(providing them with ammoruns, helping them in any possible situation). Also ill do mass recruitment like 2 times in the beginning one at the morning and the other one at the midnight to make sure that I can be confident that I can cover the city at all times and prove the effectiveness of the organization.

I will also teach all members of the organization their respect for each other and their respect for other organizations and to maintain communication and intertwining between us and finally to respond quickly to any request from other organizations to maintain the security and safety of the city and citizens

1. Objectives Resolve as Internal an Issues: As a leader I want to lead the National Guard. I think that unity and motivation are the most important factors that affect the performance of the organization. I will also make sure that each and every soldier feels valued and taken care of, this will in turn boost the morale of the soldiers and increase their productivity.

2. Leadership and Discipline: In my opinion, leaders should set high standards of discipline within the society of soldiers. Such measures as dictation cast a negative impact on the Soldier's morale, while the measures that imply the respect for people enhance it. A leader should always command respect.

1. Regular Bonuses - I will provide regular bonus which would increase courage of the units and would motivate them to work more.

2. Updated Documents - I will make sure that all the documents which would be required by the solders are updates up to the demand so that none of the unit face any problem while learning new things.

3. Regular Training Sessions - I would make a special team in my term that will provide training to all the units, and will make sure that each and every unit in my term is very trained and professional in its work.

4. Professionalism - From my past experience in other organizations, One thing I have noticed is that the Radio(Both Voice and Text) are being used unnecessarily and unprofessionally, I would bring a change to this and put a stop to this during my leadership, along with that I would increase professionalism in my organizations by helping my soldiers in the betterment of their communication skills, I would also teach the importance of professionalism to my soldiers.

5. Realistic Hiring - The Hiring process would constitute multiple rounds of challenges that the interview cadets will have to overcome to be a part of the National Guards, It would take aspects such as combat and tactical skills, decision making ability and knowledge into consideration.

6. Weekly Promotion Ceremony - I will organize weekly promotion ceremony in my term which does not only gives them courage and motivation to work more but it will also give them new chances to gain more experience by getting more responsibility.

This involves working alongside a knowledgeable human resources team that ensures our units possess the necessary skill sets to meet the required standards of role-playing and mitigate the negative impacts of incorrect role-playing. Attending events and organizing candy runs for other law enforcement officers is also critical for role-playing, as it provides us with direct experience in role-play scenarios and settings. My aim is to create a conducive environment so that we can manage the gates and participate in the event, ensuring that all employees have a good time. If everything goes as planned, my team and I will strive to extend the role-play for as long as possible before transitioning to the next term. Moreover, we can involve other organizations to enhance the role-playing experience.

>> I want to become the leader of NG as following-

A) I started Role play 1 year ago as a Vagos turfer then i did some mistakes and learned from them and progressed up to the under deputy in the same term. After then when i joined ng i thought every thing i done as a vagos was wrong and i realised the value of life's and then decided to give full support to FIB LSPD & SAHP as an NG LEADER so they can protect the citizens.



B) As an NG high commands i saw many flaws in NG so ill be filling those gaps by becoming an NG leader. Ill improve NG in all the terms and make it a number one State org and ill make sure that all the members of NG are not treated badly as in the terms of past leaders so that they can be proud to be an National Guard unit .





C) As i saw that it is hard to recruit members in National Guard because every one thinks that it is not such a important organization among others so ill prove them wrong by showing them the activity they can do as an National Guard and recruit the people those have a same mindset as me. Those who want to improve the position of NG among others and those who want to protect city with the terrorist and support the other orgs so they can protect over Precious citizens.



3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.



1. Ill make sure every one from NG gets a good training before getting in action.



2. Ill make sure no Unprofessional Activities will be done in my term.



3. Ill make sure all the units does not brake the rules and if they then ill make sure the Military Police gets in action.



4. Ill make sure that every one gets the bonus as per there activity

. Each hour on gates- 5k

. Fail to stop a raid - 5k

. The person interviewed - 5k

. Events attended - 5k

. Person Trained - 10k



I will recruit experienced and dedicated leaders to every departments like JAG,AF,MP,SOF,HR - I will hire the best possible soldiers to these departments who knows rules and know how to lead.

1. JAG (Judge Advocate General)



-This is where military law kicks in in this department the case files and the arrest warrants are made they are the defenders of the legal rights of national security employess.



2. Human Resources



- This is the department responsible for the training and recruiting new soldiers in the National guards and they will make sure that all the units are ready with all the knowledge till they come on duty.



3. Military Police



- This department is responsible for investigating internal matters within the National Guard, including corruption among its soldiers. When corruption is discovered, Military Police files cases against the offenders and deals with them accordingly.



4. SOF



-This department is specially made for the highly skilled shooters and professionals who will represent NG in the 10-10 situations.



5. Air Force

- This is one department is responsible for taking my soldiers to the global and to patrol the National Guard base from the sky
