I would like to lead National Guard for this reasons:

(I) In English city 2, I was Assistant General in Army National Guard. I served in the NG for nearly 5 terms. In this term I learn lot of things and i have fully experienced these term. I saw NG gates being vulnerable to gang threats. Also, I saw that there's a lot of gaps between low rank to high rank officers. My duty as NG Leader is to fix all these problems and let NG units have best RP game play.

(II) I have many new ideas and new thing / updates to NG (It's not just text if I accepted to the interview, I'll say some and I'll start doing it according to Real army system. I will discuss them in the interview. (In short i can say that i will try my best with the experience i have acquired to make NG not only active but also largest number of soldiers)

(III) With an emphasis on fair, serious, and humorous role-playing games, new events, regulations and divisions, me as leader will be leading a fair and serious state organization in order to improve the NG's community and make a good impression on its residents.

(I) Making the members skilled when they join. Hosting special training sessions.
(ii) Making plans before attending every event and discuss with high command.
(iii) Keep the org alive and protect the base.
(iv) Attend all events with other LEOs.
(v) give bonuses to everyone to be more active.
(vi) some secret tasks if they do properly, they will get bonuses for that

#Divisions:

Military Police: The division that takes control of Areas of NG base. tow unwanted vehicles and will do the work of handover the 10-15 to DOC. And Fight against internal corruption of NG and weekly background and license check of officers.

Air Force: One of the finest Division Of the NG, which does Air Patrol to gather intel around and outside the military base. They provide air support in special operations and transport soldiers to their designated area of operation

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB): The front liner, they are the first one to push every fight they are highly skilled in marksman and very skilled in be able to communicate during situations. They generally accompany the NG leader on missions outside base. Gather Intel and do covert operations approved by leader.

Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB): Train all the new recruits basically the heart of NG they will lead training simulations and seminars.

2.1-> I was 5 year old when I join Army. My only goal was to protect this city and end the crime in the city. I was very serious about my work I was getting promotion very fast and try to gaining experience so I can help my juniors with my knowledge. After one successful term in NG i spend i got promotion to high command in the next term i joined. I joined MP department to maintain better RP and to make sure everyone is working properly even inside NG. I was giving my best on those days & got promotion to Assist. General. I was very proud to my self on that day. I was thank my seniors who gave me experience and this did this level of trust on me.

2.2-> After becoming General's one of the most trusted staff i add one more goal in my life. To protect the General and his army also. I was giving my best and trying to increase and getting more knowledge about the legislation & Legal orgs working system. To learn some more legislation i joined Government and giving my best to learn legislation. I become a state lawyer and was trying to end the corruption by the LEO's. After some time i choose to become the Minister Of state so i can help the Government by other facilities also.

3.1-> I will improve the Roleplay of NG by making the department work properly. If the internal system works properly then Role Play will also be maintain

3.2-> By doing proper roleplay between orgs. For example in a hostage situation we should do proper departments to contact other orgs and will do proper negotiation.

3.1- The bonus in NG should be increased because many people currently feeling it as boring. I want to ensure that those who are working hard and risking their lives to protect the country do not feel disheartened. Therefore, I will implement an attractive bonus system with rewards for gate duty and participation in all events. Additionally, we will introduce a weekly promotion ceremony to recognize and celebrate our members' contributions.

3.2- Providing quality training for newcomers is essential. I will establish proper training sessions for new members in the city, ensuring they are well-informed about the rules and regulations. This way, they can avoid getting into any trouble and receive support in starting their careers in legal organizations.

3.3- As a leader, I want to implement a zero-tolerance policy for toxicity within the organization and ensure that no favoritism is shown based on rank. Additionally, I will establish a transparent promotion ceremony.

2.1: RP Experience: My experience in roleplay being high commands of multiple orgs will help me establish a great term, my targets for the term and deducing skills will help me take better and decisive decisions. Reason 2.1 - So, I am being in National guard from 6-7 terms so, I know how to manage and lead national guard and as a past national guard (chief of HR) I also know about rules.

2.1 Experience & Knowledge about City:
Speaking about my experience and knowledge about the city, I joined the city a year back and joined the Los Santos Police Department as my first ever legal organization in the city, and became an Deputy Chief of Police because of my honesty and commitment towards my work in the organization. After that i worked in many orgs and National Guards also and that too as an Assistant General Rank which enhanced my knowledge and experience about city. That’s why i want to be the leader of NG.
2.2 Urge to Change NG Management:
As i told in the previous point, i have worked in the National Guard as an Assistant General. Being at that position, i have observed some management issues in the National Guard Organization which i always wanted to fix by being a Higher Position where i will be having enough rights to do all that stuff. That’s also one of the reason why i want to the Leader of National Guard.
2.3 Aspiration to complete a successful term:
Since joining legal organizations, i have always dreamt to become a leader of a legal organization and manage and guide a team of employees and therefore complete a successful term. Now, here is a decent opportunity to become the Leader of the National Guard, so i want to grab this opportunity and showcase my skills as a leader. I believe, i can work upto that level hard so that i can complete a successful term. This is also one of reasons that i want to become the leader of this organization.3. 3.1 Conducting Regular Scouts around the base.
I have always observed in my experience in the National Guard, that some citizens or gangster trespass inside the base very often. Therefore, to prevent this, I will create a team to conduct regular scouts and patrols throughout the NG base so that the base will always be protected from such stuffs.


3.2 Practical Training Sessions:
After becoming the General of the Army, i will change the training procedure of the new soldiers in the National Guard. I will add a practical training step in the Training Guide, in that step of their training, they will be taken into Ammo Runs although they will not perform any actions but they will watch that how the things work, this will help them a lot once they complete their training.


3.3 Introducing New Disciplinary action Rules:
The Strike System in the Legal Organizations is being followed as it is from a very long time, that’s why i will introduce a set of rules for issuing strikes/applying disciplinary sanctions. This a very crucial point for improving roleplay within the organization because if the employees will be punished for their mistakes properly, then only they will try to improve their roleplay so that they don’t make any further mistakes.
DEPARTMENTS UNDER MY TERM-

S.T.F- The Special task force would attend all the events.It will have the 3 sub-department.
-H.R.T- The Hostage Rescue Team will lead the hostage situation and negotiate to rescue the hostage.
-Night Stalkers- They would wear blacked out uniforms and performs special operations that requires secrecy.

M.P- M.P or Military Police would be the internal affairs team of NG.

M.I.A- MIA or Military Intelligence Agency units would gather information on gangs and give all information in form of their logs to the chief and the chief would report it directly to me.

1. I want to be the leader of national guards because unlike other state organizations, national guards have their separate agenda and mission which makes it unique.
2. ⁠National guards always need to stay on guard to prevent any sort of attack on their base and/or a fz raid. I want to challenge myself and prevent as many raids and attacks as i can.

3.1. I will try to Do More Events for Our Organization and The Other Organizations As well (In Order to Strengthen The relations Between the Orgs)

3.2. If i become the leader National Guard I will mostly focus on conducting regular training and taking re-interview of the soldier because i want my soldier to be perfect (Which will highly help in the roleplay)

- Firstly my experience in this field. I have been in Legal Orgs for almost an year, throughout my journey I learned a lot of things and gained good experiences. I was the former LT. General and Deputy Chief of Police and Currently working as an Deputy Director. I get know many things that were unknown to me before and that will help me in future. By being the deputy of NG I observed many things, how the organisation work, how to control the organisation and what steps should be taken to make the organisation the best. Despite all these I worked as 28th rank in FIB, LSPD, SAHP and NG. And with this strong and knowledgeable background I believe that I can step up and take the charge of the organisation without any problems.

- I will make sure that in my term there will be no favouritism, everyone will be treated equally. I will build an great environment for all my employees working there so they can work freely without any problems. I will put the best individuals for each ranks and each department to make sure that everything can run smoothly with a great coordination. I will make sure that everyone will get their ranks with proper interview process and I will also separate the work loads on different individuals so everything will be updated and running.

- My main motives. I will make sure that all the state organisations are getting fast response from NG side to get any assistance. I will make sure that there is always soldiers on duty to guard the gates in the gate keeping time and not keeping it empty. We will maintain a High activity within all the events that required NG to respond and provide assistance. I will be also focused in night shift and morning shift soldiers because on that particular time Inactivity can be observed. And I will make sure that every employees gives their full efforts and dedications towards the organisation to maintain a high activity. And me myself will be involved in most situations to keep track on all my units and to observe the things and later on I will fix the loopholes that needs to be improved.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- I will make sure that every new recruits as well as experience ones are well known about the rules and regulations about the RP to avoid any misconducts.

- I will implement a good bonus system for all my employees working there so at the end of they day they will feel motivated.

- I will conduct weekly promotion ceremony and meeting with all the employees. At first we will promote the best individuals to their deserving ranks and secondly we will conduct the meeting to discuss about the internal matters and later on we will fix the problems.

- We will maintain a good relationship with all the other state organisations.

- We will host weekly training sessions and Shooting practice for all the soldiers. By that they will be confident and capable to Handle any situations easily.

- At the very begining I want to explain my overall experience in National Guard. Yeah I was the most time LT. General in National Guard with the number of 3 times and yeah that all theree terms was sucessful. Also I know how to run National Guard better than anyone else I guess. With my vission and countless experience I can be the best leader for National Guard ever in history.

- Frankly telling I was ban in this server and I just came back today and before getting ban I was the LT. Gneral of National Guard too and now it's my time for me of becoming the General of National Guard. I think I can do a lot for National Guard. I can crate a lot of rules, new RP senarios also the previous charter was written by me so I think can modify it more better. Like to the curators of National Guard you can expect most from me like I will try my best to make this term memorial and also I have time for next two month so I can give maximum time as the leader and I am intending of taking two terms too with my hardwork and skills.

- In overall I was the Ex LSPD chief, I spent 1x term as LSPD Deputy Chief, 1x Under Sheriff of SAHP, 3x LT. General, 1x EMS Deputy chief. Also I was multiple time 28th rank holder. Now I want to become leader so that I can gain more experience and make my leader history more glorious through that. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- I will make sure nobody joins the organization without the interview process also I will try to stop illegal transfer among the National Guard.

- I will make my Assistan General team with the guys who are most experienced in National Guard and will try my best to give them enough authority so that they can do whatever is necessary to make the National Guard active.

- Beside of hosting an every week basis promotion ceremony I will issue and list a really good amount of the bonus to all of the Army officials with my authority as their General as will list myself as the best leader of National Guard.

- Will host a regular basis training session of shooting inside the offical arena of National Guard will all of my Army officials and will issue them a good prizepool for making it more interesting.

- Will make good relation between all the legal organization and provide them enough candies (Ammunation) and try to help them in every situations.
