I was stealing the car and the other player (72387) who was not the owner started ramming my car. He might have been the friend of the owner but as stealing the car is a one on one RP situation between the car thief and the owner of the car, so stranger (72387) was interfering in an RP situation too making it against the rules.
As after killing me the stranger (96598) confirms that it was his car.
