This guy was holding an Assault Rifle (Carbine Rifle) in their hand and still communicating through the radio. This is considered Power Gaming because in real life, it is not practically possible to operate a radio with both hands occupied by a large firearm. Such behavior breaks the immersion and realism of the RP experience.
