Mass Rule Break ID: 81805
CR + UB Driving ID: 40068
GR 6.8 ID: 141185

POV 1 - ID 81805 after giving stop requests didn't stop and entered the fam house garage leading to rule break of GR 6.2 and then he comes out of the house and tries to kill me without giving demands, breaking rule of GR 6.15. And ID 40068 even does CR on me.
POV 2 - I called for backup there at the scene and when one of my units tried to stop him, he did a Code-A breaking rule again of GR 6.2 and after that ID 40068 was provoking so much by honking his car continue. I spiked his car in which he still kept driving which is a UB driving. Driving on flat tyres.
POV 3 - In this POV, he calls his friends which is okay here they didnt shoot without demands and didnt gave UB demands. Here you can see that ID 81805 came back after leaving the game breaking the rule of MG as he was not known of the sit after he left game and still came back and when my other unit came we then tried to knock them and arrest when ID 81805 killed both of us in a strange movement, that's ok but afterwards he killed his friend so that if a backup comes he should not get arrested, breaking the rule of MK. and after a while a taxi driver comes ID 141185 and dances on dead body breaking rule of GR 6.8.
