- This department is responsible for investigating internal matters within the National Guard, including corruption among its soldiers. When corruption is discovered, Military Police files cases against the offenders and deals with them accordingly.

-This department is specially made for the highly skilled shooters and professionals who will represent NG in the 10-10 situations.

2.1 - NG is one of the most interesting organization in this grand roleplay , it has one of the most exciting base called Fort Zancudo ,
NG does have many responsibilities but we all know great power comes with great responsibilities , NG has armoured vehicle and even jets that other orgs cannot even expect , it has its own personal arena and a beautiful sorrounding around its base. It would be a pleasure to lead this beautiful org.

2.2 - The second thing is NG was my first legal org , I joined NG at a trainee rank then I completed my training and was promoted , there I got to some more things about NG , I attended my first FZ raid and tried my as best as I could to win this FZ and save my lovely base. However when I was promoted to HC rank first time in my life I panicked and started think what would I do after becoming an high command but it was easy like lemon squeezy and then I got my dream rank 28 ( Asst. general ) and then I did as much fun and served my org as much as possible.

2.3 - The third thing is I want to fix corruption and lack of knowledge in NG , since I then left and the next term was here I met some corrupt guys they were very very corrupt , and then I was frusted , and now I want to fix it ASAP !!

The National Guards has it's base far off from the City of Los Santos. This allows the members of this Organization to have their separate jurisdiction and a facility all to themselves, basically an area with endless possibilities of Roleplay, I Would like to use this opportunity to increase Roleplay in the Server alongside maintaining discipline amongst the members of my organization.

Being the Leader of National Guard would be a tremendous experience for me and all those who will be present in my term of National Guards, This will allow me to establish control over the base of Fort Zancudo, Make the organization a better and enjoyable place for everyone present in my term.

The National Guard is also a place which is prone to attacks from unofficial families/gangs, this creates a fun roleplay experience for everyone who is a member of the state organizations and gangs, I would additionally use this as an opportunity to boost roleplay and create even more enjoyable scenarios by introducing tactics and strategies meant for situations such as this.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I would like to use my experience in the Server of EN2 and would like to implement certain things in my term which would make the organization National Guard a fun organization to be part of. The things I would like to implement are-

- In most organizations, The HR (Human Resource) Department is often portrayed as a department on the weaker side, I will Introduce a Team of HR which takes care of the Training and hiring process like no one else does, this would prevent rule breaks and would lead to a development of skilled and knowledgeable players.

- One on One Interactions with each and every single employee of my organization to ensure fair treatment of everyone present, so that they enjoy their time in the organization and remember my term as a memorable one, Additionally I will not tolerate any sort of toxicity in my organization and would personally deal with any complaints which mention such topics.

- I would personally oversee the number of Events in my term, and would like to establish a good relationship with the regular citizens of the City, I would additionally try to get more than 55 events in my tenure as the general, if I would be offered two terms. This way the citizens and regular players will get a fun event and prize pool out of, and I get to be on friendly terms with them.

- Providing Regular trucks filled with ammunition, additionally I would have an active term which would provide continuous support to the state organizations, thus establishing good a good relationship with every state organization present.

   I been Doing RP From 3 month I know it's looks so newbie but I've achieved 2x Chief Commander , 1x ACP ,1x Deputy chief of police . I was also selected for LSPD leader interview but I got nervous and its hard for me for the first time but I already told you I failed F.T.O interview 5 times in SAHP , I'll try again and again and not looking back till I get my leader. that's my goal .
   And i don't think so i will stop until i get NG Term !

1.In order to improve the RP in NG and have a lot of ideas and i believe i have the key to unlock NG’s potential, I will be implementing more RP into the generally running for example encouraging are units to do more Proactive policing rather than inactive policing by this i mean trying to get NG more involved in the city and the peoples lives and actually preventing crime rather than just, I will also take care of the people's needs. And we will constantly hold successful vigils

Departments and Their Responsibilities within the National Guard

Each department will have specific tasks and expectations that are aligned with real-world military structures (e.g., Black Ops, Air Force, Human Resource, Military Police).

Providing detailed role descriptions to each department will helps players understand their character’s purpose and perform their duties more convincingly.

Human resources( HR ) : Department to hire new soldiers and train them properly , how to use radio codes , explaining about each departments etc

Military police (MP) : Department will decrease the corruption between the officers ,MP have the right to search any officer if they suspect him, have the right to check his bodycam/Logs and basically to keep NG base Clean without any illegal items and corruption.

Air force (AF) : Department are responsible to remove all gangs cars by Air lifting them, also scouting city very often to get intel's about gang activities , helping Black Ops on their task/mission ,

Black ops (BO) : special forces of the National Guard this units are tasked with engaging in high-risk situations like Ghetto Patrolling / Store Robbery / Hostage / Defending FZ and providing assistance to other organizations if requested and I love this department a lot. For BO “They live by chance, They love by choice, They kill by profession.”

1 - when I first arrived in the city. I joined numerous state organizations, including SAHP, LSPD, FIB, NG, and GOV. By creating a lot of difficulties, I developed a lot of leo experience. I was given a lot of responsibilities when I was promoted to High Command, and I completed them quickly. Many of the leaders I work with inspire me to lead an organization. I believe I am qualified to be a General of the National Guard after gaining experience in all state organizations.

2 - Every organization makes mistakes that lead to a variety of issues, such as inactivity, disputes amongst members, and more. I have a lot of ideas to increase the National Guard's activity compared to other organizations. I'll make an effort to resolve issues that my organization's members have caused. I'll make an effort to engage every department within my company. There will be more units than other organizations at every event.

3 - In order for my units to be proud to wear National Guard uniforms, I want to inspire them. 1.NG was the first Organization When i joined the city. I've been to mostly All the Orgs in the City But NG was always a Home to me. I've been in NG for more then 5-6 Terms. I love the Environment of NG. Nobody disrespects any soldier. They all have a great bonding regardless of the Ranks. I want to Continue this journey, Respect will always be prioritized.

2.When other orgs cannot stand the store robberies, hostage situations, and other illegal activities, NG can act as a backup to the three major orgs such as LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and if needed for GOV. And we can provide help to them in BM raids, Gang Raid, Ghetto Patrol, etc.

Communication : Comms hold the backbone of the RP structure, We believe comm is the key to success in this field, so me and my team will always ensure that we focus on pure professional comms during situations and events to make sure to have the best RP exp out of it, we will also make sure to make the org radio as clean as possible and it being only used for important things during situations.

Relationship : A good relationship with other org is one of the main things to uphold the state section, so as NG we will make sure to have the best relation with other orgs and do things like we are a team, we will also coordinate with other orgs to fullest during situations to make RP more lively and fun, we will use unique strategies to tackle situations with other orgs improving RP to fullest.

1 - when I first arrived in the city. I joined numerous state organizations, including SAHP, LSPD, FIB, NG, and GOV. By creating a lot of difficulties, I developed a lot of leo experience. I was given a lot of responsibilities when I was promoted to High Command, and I completed them quickly. Many of the leaders I work with inspire me to lead an organization. I believe I am qualified to be a General of the National Guard after gaining experience in all state organizations.

2 - Every organization makes mistakes that lead to a variety of issues, such as inactivity, disputes amongst members, and more. I have a lot of ideas to increase the National Guard's activity compared to other organizations. I'll make an effort to resolve issues that my organization's members have caused. I'll make an effort to engage every department within my company. There will be more units than other organizations at every event.

3 - In order for my units to be proud to wear National Guard uniforms, I want to inspire them. I've observed that the majority of executives in organizations engage in favoritism, which is a grave error on their part. Favoritism of any kind will not be encouraged by me. 1 - I'll do my best to engage the National Guard more than any other organization.

4 - I'll promote soldiers who put put in a lot of effort.
5 - I will prevent raids on the National Guard base.

Since that moment I have dedicated myself to improvement in preparation for NG leadership. I assure you that at the start of my term, you will witness the passion and dedication within me.

My first priority be to ensure that functions effectively, with a team highly active and experienced professionals. Additionally, I would personally oversee and monitor the proper functioning of the HR department.
2. The (MP) a very important department for the National Guard (NG), as this department oversees all logs and continuously the background of soldiers in Personnel Data Archive (PDA). They ensure no one engages in corruption. .
3. All the departments hold equal importance in ensuring efficient regulation of ORG, and I will ensure that each department is to highly skilled and experienced hands. I will not promote favoritism
4. I will consistently organize promotional ceremonies and ensure that deserving individuals receive their promotions.
5. I will promise that NG will attend every single event the NG can do .
6. In my term, I have guys who will assist me and provide support, as they are former leaders and experienced individuals working with me. I promise this term will be the best anyone has ever see.
7.There is an issue I have observed in NG where the gates are left unattended, allowing gang members to trespass. I implement special bonuses for gatekeeping to motivate them, so that they remain at the gates consistently.
8. Last but not the least I promise National Guard will be active more then other organization.

2.1 : To Strengthen Discipline and Military RP Standards
Our discipline and organization are just as strong as our firepower as a military force. Setting standards is, in my opinion, the essence of leadership, and I plan to lead by example. I will make sure that every soldier complies with SOPs, respects the chain of command, and participates in professional, immersive roleplay that captures the essence of NG, from gate procedures to emergency responses.

2.2 : To Set Up Specialized Units and Strategic Operations
The National Guard is essential to emergency response and base security. By creating clear procedures, creating specialized patrol units, and maintaining tactical readiness at all times, I hope to increase operational efficiency. In addition to defending Fort Zancudo, I want to ensure that NG plays a key role in state-wide emergencies.

2.3 : To Develop, Encourage, and Improve Upcoming Leaders
Strong leaders create more leaders, not followers. I want to make investments in the training of lower-level personnel, offer guidance, conduct impartial assessments, and provide each committed soldier with a clear path to advancement. I want to leave a legacy of strength and cohesion within our ranks by establishing organized training programs and making promotions based on merit.
