Hello dear official,

When i was driving my car i have spotted 2 LSPD vehicle stopped on the side walk.
and give them a honk, and they start saying that im provoking so i asked them is honking provoking?
and they gave a rude answer.

so i asked the driver his ID and he have refused to show it.

there where 3 Officers over there but 1 of them did not do anything
but the other officer also answer with no i wil not show my ID

I do not know if they are corrupted so i stil place this GOV

I trust in the review of the officals.
