hello i was heading to fz with a friend in an lspd vehicle when we arrived near the entrance of ng one of the soldiers suddenly pointed his weapon at us without giving any warning or demands there was no interaction before that and no roleplay context that could justify it during the situation he used disrespectful words and insulted me directly in front of everyone i decided to arrest him for unprofessional behavior and for breaking basic rp rules but his superior officer immediately threatened me and said if i try to arrest him he would point his gun at me and stop me by force they used their rank to stop valid police action and protect someone who clearly acted outside the law the entire scene felt like an abuse of power and a clear attempt to block proper rp from happening i stayed calm and followed the rules but i was blocked from doing my duty by threats and disrespect from military members this behavior ruins the rp experience and creates an unfair environment i hope the situation will be reviewed properly

Thank you for publishing this situation. I am 109550 Kevin Molotov. I had a bodycam record but steam background recorder broke the file so I couldn't go to DOC . If my bodycam file work I would go to government and FIB for your corruption. Let me explain. You passed the line without stopping outside the gate and I thought you are a trespasser . I shooted only once. You said we are LSPD than I said oke show your ID. They showed their ids to me. I said oke you can go now. But he cuffed me after this. After this you can watch the situation on videos. I have tried to get calm and explain the situation but he insisted to cuff me . He didn't listen the orders which given by his HC.

Actually all this situation is IC.

Cuffing and grabbing a person who is visibly armed multiple times is a clear violation of both server rules and roleplay logic. Were you not taught that this is wrong? Whoever conducted your interview process should be immediately reviewed.

This forum should be dismissed from the beginning, as clearly seen in the video titled FULL POV, which includes the start of the incident. Your behavior in that footage is a prime example of inexperience. Cuffing a high-ranking soldier under the claim of “corruption” without proper authority or context is something only someone unaware of the rules would attempt.

Furthermore, in the video titled SE4, it is I who cuffs you. There is no powergaming involved in this scene. On the contrary, you repeatedly attempt to cuff and force my soldier into a vehicle, despite the presence of your higher-ranking officers. The statements you made in this forum are misleading and false. On top of that, your attempt to act innocent and shift blame is completely unacceptable.

My soldier, realizing that your actions were unjustified, lawfully cuffs you. At that moment, I arrive at the scene. However, before I even get there, the individual with ID 117113 repeatedly cuffs my soldier with ID 109550 without issuing a single verbal warning. This is a clear case of abuse.

It is evident who should be penalized in this situation:
117113 and 36947.

Dear administrators, I kindly ask that you review the last video carefully from the beginning. At exactly 10 minutes and 8 seconds, in the chat section, you will see Anik Hossain, a member of the LSPD High Command, stating that the inexperienced officer ExSayo (ID 36947) will be receiving a strike. This statement alone clearly reflects the entire situation.

My request is that this forum be reviewed objectively, thoroughly, and in full compliance with server rules.
