1. As per my knowledge the first person of the state is always on duty. And the fact that this guy was wearing a balaclava in UC clothes meant hes on duty.
I asked him for his id multiple times and he didnt show me his id. So i cuffed him. Then right when i search him after saying "im gonna search you" he mentioned hes the first person of the state. However Before i searched him he never mentioned hes the first person of the state. Now i have a bio and i dont need to follow state laws as per my outcome.
2. When i searched him i found out he is carrying a people scanner which is an illegal item. If a leo without a bio carries something illegal thats corruption without bio as per my knowledge.
