Today, I was at black-market as FIB UC roaming around looking for 10-15s inside who are open-carrying or doing crimes then I saw this guy outside BM open carrying so I cuffed him to arrest him cause he was open-carrying then his friend(143341)came out of the car and gave me demands which I think its UB demand referring to Adham in this forum Reviewed - Wrong Decision + Missing Punishment | Harry Marsh ( Demanding someone leave your property is the only activity that is allowed in the city. ) and also he didn't even count 5 secs and then when I was dead in the second POV ID 35011 came with his car while I was unconscious and started burning out his car on me as a dead body on purpose which I think I saw before someone getting punished for GR 6.8 for that reason.
