1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? Reason is really simple - I am tired of seeing rule-braking every minute on this server. No one really understand the meaning or RP and players themselves somehow transformed the tradition Gta5 RP environment to completely new one. They do not even ask you if they want to talk to you in OOC, they directly mix without permission. Also I have not seen anyone use /me and /do chats at all (Excepts while hiring) - which is the key core of how to play GTA roleplay. I have played on many Russian servers like downtown, gta5rp and majestic and no where is the same situation as it is on this server. I really want to play my role in administration and I am one hundred percent sure I will shift the quality of RP on higher levels because I have 6 years of gta5 roleplay experience and I really love grandrp. I just want to save the server before there will not be anyone left. It is not in my willing or want to disrespect server - of course not, never - but the quality of how players play nowadays really brakes my heart and upsets me. I really want to take this chance to join administration, leave my RP life because I have already played enough, and help server to revive.
2. What are your strengths? I adapt easily under any circumstances. I have a really good habit of not being able to lie to somebody. I do not know the answer to the questions, I do not start making them up nor searching them up. I just directly say I do not know the answer. But I know how to find the answer in which my skills of brainstorming, evaluation and adequate helps me to stay balanced and make every step carefully and of course in the brackets of justice - because every admin should understand that when they play as administrator, they are not playing as themselves, however they are provided to players as the name of the server, thus every mistake and every negative attitude is directed to the project itself. I have clear understanding of all these and I really think I can play a really good role in this project.
3. What are your weaknesses? My current weakness is that I think I do not have a weakness or I just can't think of it. Don't take this as arrogance, but I think I have no limitation in terms of the qualitative administrator of this project. I have been part of various legal orgs and got exposure to many rules. I have spent a lot of time in the city and got very few punishments and did the some mistake like deceiving admin and other things unknowingly I thought that which mistake done by me and I am suffering from that mistakes that doesn't happen again with new comers Now a days, many new members are coming to the city. I feel that they are committing many mistakes due to lack of knowledge of city rules. This is making their experience bad . I would like to become a wizard and put my best efforts to correct people who are committing mistakes unknowingly and ensure proper RP is done in every situation. Educate the new members in the city and teach them rules. At the same time, punish those who are breaking the rules intentionally and ruining RP in the city.

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
ans-When i started my rp life i spend my all time in legal orgs and illegal orgs and i have a dream to become admin and can i get a chance to become admin and i want take more best expirience of role play up to a best level .and i decide to quit my rp life and when i am enjoying my rp life lots of the time many guys need a help of the admin but that time admin is not available and i want to take a more best expirience for a admin team and when i become a admin to i full try to help other citizen and everyone and I see the lot of situations admins not come that time and they not reply and they reply after situation over our after long time and I want to help citizen and maintain the all situation with good skill and please give me this opportunity and i see lots of time any citizen car stuck and they call for admins to help to take out his car and but they admins not come that time and they not reply also and i will help each and every person and I will full try to help in situation also any time and i see lots of time some gang breaking so much rules during events-gun store robbery store robbery and fz raid and doing cl and lots of rule breaks in eventand i want fix all this things and increase the rp level good and I have a some plans after becoming the admin to help more citizens and maintaining rp life also and i see lot of applications to against player undereview for many days are one week and some applications are also not review that time and i will also help them.

1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I've been roleplaying in GrandRP for around a year now on EN1, EN2 and EN3, I started off on state side as a recruit in FIB, never received training and I was able to get myself up and running by myself by just reading legislation and training documents. I don't enjoy RP'ing as much anymore, but I would still like to improve it and I know the best way would be to become a leader but when I had temp leadership, after carefully thinking about it I realised its not something for me, at least for now. I would still like to help the RP improve by enforcing it, I feel like I could do a good job, I feel confident that i am knowledgeable on majority of the rules, as seen I have kept my punishment history quite clean.

I'm very good at learning things fast, sticking to procedures, picking things up on my own by researching/using written information, doing given tasks

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life : I want to become admin and leave RP life because i have experienced RP and experienced in all orgs in EN2 and was deputy of SAHP for 1 term was DOR Minister for 2 terms there as a first person and experienced all high ranks in EN2, now i have made my mind to help players in city and also punish if they break server rules.

What are your strengths: My communication skills are good, I am very fluent in English, the biggest strength I have is good confidence and I never go out of confidence, and am never too overconfident, and last but not least I am active in city for a lot of time (More than the above-mentioned time).
